Nellie F. (Nell) Wagner, age 93, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 11, 2005 at Carroll House in Carrollton.
Nellie was born December 2, 1911 in Norborne, Missouri, the daughter of James and Lula Belle Bales Scheible. She graduated from Norborne High School.
On October 14, 1932 she married Everett E. Wagner in Norborne, Missouri. He preceded her in death on September 24, 1986. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Carrollton and the Order of the Eastern Star. She and Everett had been owners and operators of the Huff-Wagner Paint Store in Carrollton. Nellie had also worked as a Bookkeeper for Forsythe Plumbing and Heating and McClure Motors.
She is survived by one son, Sam Wagner and wife Bernice, Lexington, Missouri, one daughter, Mrs. Don (Janet) Hoddle, Carrollton, Missouri, three grandchildren, Steve Hoddle, Donna Windsor and husband Bill, Jeff Wagner and wife Joyce, thirteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Nellie was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lenora Fisher, and one grandson, Doug Hoddle.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 13, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Bert Hughes officiating. Burial was in Carroll Memory Gardens, Carrollton, Missouri.
Visitation was held from 2:00 p.m. until service time on Sunday.

Rosie Etta Bondy, 87, of Brunswick, MO died on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at the Midland Hospice House in Topeka, KS. She was born on March 7, 1918 at Brunswick, MO the daughter of Adolph and Hattie Parks Unternaehrer. She married Ardien Henry Bondy on September 8, 1943 at San Luis Obispo, CA. Ardien preceded her in death on February 9, 2001. Rosie had been a housewife and homemaker. She was member of St. John’s Lutheran Church at Brunswick, MO. She is survived by two daughters, Denise Bitter and her husband Glenn of Topeka, KS and Mary E. Laaker and her husband Damon of Omaha, NE; and three grandchildren, Micah (Carrie) Patton of Palo Alto, CA, Sarah (Tom) Emery of Omaha, NE and Amanda Laaker also of Omaha, NE. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Udell Unternaehrer. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. at the Gibson Funeral Home in Brunswick, MO. Pastor Glen Drewitz officiated. Burial was in the Elliott Grove Cemetery at Brunswick, MO. Pallbearers were Charles and Josh Bondy, Paul and Rick Manson, Clyde Moore and Steve Metzger. Memorials may be made to: St. John’s Lutheran Church or to the Midland Hospice.
Wilma B. Clinkscales, age 88, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Carroll House in Carrollton, Missouri.
She was born June 5, 1917 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada, the daughter of Carroll and Mabel Hite Blevins. She graduated from Carrollton High School.
On July 30, 1940 she married John Conway Clinkscales in Carrollton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 1, 1968. She was a loving mother, housewife and homemaker and had worked at the Stanford Laundry and Dry Cleaners. She was a member of the Carrollton First Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Vesta Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Beta Sigma Phi and Woman’s Club.
Wilma is survived by two sons, Bill Clinkscales, Carrollton, Missouri, Bob Clinkscales and wife Kathleen, Hertford, North Carolina, one daughter, Nancy Clinkscales, Chillicothe, Missouri, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Her parents, one brother, Donald Blevins and one sister, Vivian Johnson, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, November 14, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Fred Seba and Reverend Joe Barone officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri.
Visitation was from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Monday.

Lee Roy Stobaugh, 75, of Triplett, Missouri died on Sunday, November 13, 2005 at his home. He was born on August 7, 1930 at Triplett, Missouri the son of Henry L. and Maude Street Stobaugh. Lee Roy had worked for Ray-Carroll in Triplett, MO and had also worked at Conagra at Marshall, MO. He was a member of the Triplett Christian Church. He is survived by two brothers, John Stobaugh and his wife Virginia of Henderson, NV, and Dale Stobaugh and his wife Ilene of Triplett, MO; two sisters, Thelma Kipp and Joann Branstuder both of Brunswick, MO and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, J.W. and Charles Stobaugh and two sisters, Shirley Bartlett and Viola Corbit Wilson. Graveside services were held in the McCullough Cemetery at Triplett, Missouri on Friday, November 18, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. Reverend Lanny Lybarger officiated. Pallbearers were Steve & Bruce Harmon, Bob & Chris Bartlett, Forrest Sharp and Kenny Wright. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Funeral arrangements were by the Gibson Funeral Home at Brunswick, MO.
William Logan McCampbell, 87, of Mendon, Missouri died at his home on Monday, November 14, 2005. He was born on September 17, 1918 at Musselfork in Chariton County, Missouri the son of Orville and Nellie Logan McCampbell. He graduated from Mendon High School in 1936 and joined the Army in November 1942. He fought in World War II and served under General Pattons 3rd Army, 6th Armor Division. He landed on Utah Beach and met with the Russians. He was also in North France, Normandy, and Central Europe as well as the Battle of The Bulge. He was part of the liberation of Burkenraw Concentration Camp in 1945. Mr. McCampbell received a certificate of merit and many other honors. He came home in December of 1945. Logan was married to Betty Lucille Cooper on April 15, 1950 at the Mendon Christian Church Parsonage. Betty preceded him in death on June 25, 1999. Logan had been an electrician and a farmer. He was member of the Mendon Christian Church, the Warren Masonic Lodge #74 and the Mendon Order Of the Eastern Star # 351. He is survived by two sons, John McCampbell and his wife Barbara, and Dale McCampbell and his wife Amy all of Mendon, MO; and one daughter, Sandy Singleton and her husband Mike of Bucklin, MO; three brother-in-laws, Carlos Cooper and his wife Jean of Branson, MO, Bob Cooper and his wife Darlene of Independence, MO and Don Cooper and his wife Virginia of Texas and three grandchildren. Logan was also preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Cheryl and one sister, Jewell McCampbell. Funeral services were held at the Mendon Christian Church on Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. Gail Brown officiated. Burial was in the Mendon Cemetery, with Military Honors provided by the Swan Lake Memorial American Legion Post 586 of Sumner, MO. Pallbearers were Steve Barnett, Paul Speichinger, Glen Stanley, David Cooper and Bobby and Ricky Smith. Honorary Pallbearers were Chet Smith, Velma Clark, Pat Smith, Ralph Allen, Milton Fox and Raymond Grotjan. Wilfred Wallace Chapman, 86, of Mendon, Missouri died on Thursday, November 17, 2005 at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri. He was born on July 9, 1919 in Mendon, Missouri the son of Leslie T. and Julia Scranton Chapman. He graduated from Mendon High School in 1937. He was married to Mary Alice Hess on August 22, 1941 at Mendon, Missouri. Wilfred served his country as a member of the US Army during WWII. After returning from the war in 1945 he began farming. From 1955 until 1965 he also owned and operated the Chapman Implement Company at Mendon, MO.
From 1965 until his retirement he was engaged in full-time farming. He was a devoted member of the Mendon United Methodist Church where he had served on the church board for several years. He was a Fifty Year Mason and a member of the Warren Masonic Lodge #74, and a Lifetime member of the Swan Lake Memorial American Legion #586 at Sumner, MO. Wilfred is survived by his wife Mary Alice of the home; one son, Bill Chapman and his wife Carol of Webb City, MO; one daughter, Carol Ann Ladd and her husband Paul of Glendale, AZ; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Lorine Sargent, Georgia Mae Chapman and Marjorie Nannen. Funeral services were held at the Mendon United Methodist Church on Monday, November 21, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. Reverend Joanne Davis officiated. Burial was in the Siloam Chapel Cemetery at Mendon, Missouri. Military Honors were provided by the Swan Lake Memorial American Legion Post 586 of Sumner, MO. Pallbearers were Brad Chapman, William Roderique, Patrick & Kevin Ladd, Joe Moser and Cody Stark. Memorials may be made to the Mendon United Methodist Church. Mary Ann Aldredge, age 65, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2005 at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri.
She was born February 13, 1940 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Obbie and Maria Cavallaro Davidson.
She attended schools in Omaha, Nebraska. On April 27, 1963 she married Newton William Aldredge in Potowatomie County, Iowa. Mary was a Baptist and was a loving mother and housewife.
Mary is survived by eight children, Donald Aldredge, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Beverly Mae Nelson, Missouri Valley, Iowa, Marvin D. Aldredge, Bobby A. Aldredge, Jimmy L. Aldredge, all of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Sharon K. Brockman, Nevada, Missouri, Steven W. Aldredge and Joyce A. Sumner, both of Carrollton, Missouri, two sisters, Sarah Adams, State of Tennessee, Margaret Young, State of California, twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Her parents, two husbands and one daughter, Christina Dizmang, preceded her in death.
There will be a visitation from 1-3:00 p.m., on Monday, November 21, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri. Memorial graveside services will be held at a later date at Farm Creek Cemetery, Henderson, Iowa.

Jacklene Wayland, age 55, of Norborne, Missouri; formerly of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Monday, November 21, 2005 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 16, 1950 in Carroll County, Missouri, the daughter of Eddie, Sr. and Ruth Ellen White Holly. She graduated from Norborne High School in 1968.
On January 8, 1972 she married Wanzo E. Wayland, Jr. in Carrollton. He survives at the home.
Jacklene was a loving wife and mother. She was a member of St. Luke’s A.M.E. Church in Norborne, Missouri.
She is also survived by four children, Carla Renee Wayland White and husband Dru Lee, Christie Lynn Wayland, Kimberly Denise Wayland, all of Carrollton, Missouri and Melissa Ann Wayland, Norborne, Missouri, nine brothers and sisters, Dorothy Thompson, Norborne, Edna Jean Holly, Norborne, Zona Henderson, Marshall, Missouri, Ruth Ann Johnson, Norborne, Eddie Holly, Jr., Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Carmen Denise Robinson, Carrollton, Carolyn Sue Holly, Norborne, Mark Anthony Holly, Columbia, Missouri, Donna Ruth Holly, Norborne, four grandchildren, Hayden Lydell White, Christian William Wagoner, Brian Wayne Rice, Jr., and Taya Nicole White.
Jacklene was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Janet Rae Holly and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 25, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home, Norborne, Missouri, with Reverend Valencia Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Stemple Cemetery, Norborne, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 9:30-10:45 a.m., at the funeral home in Norborne before the service on Friday.

Evelyn Marie Weisz, age 91, of Norborne, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at Ray County Memorial Hospital, Richmond, Missouri.
She was born October 24, 1914 in Ray County, Missouri, the daughter of Henry and Katie Bruemmer Reiter. She graduated from Norborne High School.
On October 29, 1936 she married Bill Weisz at the Sacred Heart Rectory in Norborne. George preceded her in death on March 3, 1974. She was a loving wife and homemaker. She had served as a member of the Norborne Library Board, Opportunity Enterprises board, Spring Manor and expanded services board. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, St. Ann’s Alter Society, Moss Creek Homemakers Norborne Garden Club and numerous card clubs. She had received an honorary FFA Farmer Degree with the Norborne Chapter and received the Bishop’s Recognition Award with the Kansas City-St. Joseph Diocese.
Evelyn is survived by two daughters, Mary Katherine Riehle and husband George, Shawnee, Kansas, Elaine Theresa Plackemeier and husband Kent, Maryville, Missouri, three daughters-in-law, Faye Weisz, Bonnie Noelker and Susie Franklin, all of Norborne, Missouri, one brother, Leonard Reiter, Chillicothe, Missouri, seventeen grandchildren, Keith Weisz, Patricia Weisz Stalcup, Billy Weisz, Carolyn Weisz Marquez, Theresa Riehle Betz, Edward Riehle, Michael Riehle, Katherine Riehle Benne, Daniel Riehle, Matthew Riehle, Ben Weisz, Olivia Weisz Kilburn, Brad Plackemeier, Kyle Plackemeier, Hans Plackemeier, Anna Franklin, Kylee Franklin, and twenty great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Russell and Virgil Reiter, three sons, William Francis, George Henry and Donald Eugene Weisz, one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Holten and two grandsons, Kevin Ray and Patrick Lee Weisz.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norborne, Missouri, with Reverend Ken Criqui officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Norborne, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 6-8:00 p.m., Friday, November 25, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home, Norborne, Missouri, with a rosary at 6:00 p.m.

Russell Patton,84, of Carrollton, Missouri. was called "Home" Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at Carroll House. Funeral services were held at two o'clock on Saturday, November 26, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home and internment with military honors followed at the Carroll Memory Gardens. A celebration of Iife "fore" Russell followed the service.
Mr. Patton was born August 5, 1921 in Huntsville, Missouri to Effie and Frank Patton. After graduating from Huntsville High School and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for one year, be enlisted in the United States Army in 1942.
Russell was a member of the headquarters battery of the 531st Anti-aircraft Artillery Automatics Weapons Battalion and was attached to the 30th Infantry Division during World War II. He received five Batt1e Stars: Normandy. France on D-Day + 6, Battle of St. Lowe in Northern France, the fighting in the Ardennes, the Battle of the Bulge in Central Europe, and the Battle at the Rhine River. After the war ended in Europe Russell and the 531st were on their way to fight in the war in the Pacific when the atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagaski thus ending the war and al1owing them to return home.
Approximately a year after returning from the war, Russell married Letha Hagar also of Huntsville on September 29, 1946, and they soon moved to Carrollton where he was the manager of Goddard-White Co. for 40 years from 1949-1989. He was extremely active in the community and held many leadership positions donating his time for community betterment. He was the President of the Little League, a charter member and president of the Carrollton Country Club, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Jaycees Man of the Year. He also served as a board member for Carroll Memory Gardens, Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Carrollton Airport and Carrollton Fire Department. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and the United Methodist Church of Carrollton serving on the Administrative Board and church building committee.
Russell had several true loves in his life; his wife, Letha, children, Steve and Sherry, grandchildren, Kimberly and Jonathan, and golf. He played golf throughout the United States and even a few places around the world; but enjoyed playing with his family and friends at the Carrollton Country Club the most.
He is survived by his daughter, Sherry Patton Kaiser, and grandchildren Kimberly and Jonathan Kaiser all of Carrollton. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Letha, and son Steve.
Memorial contributions can be made to the United Methodist Church in memory of Russell Patton. Though he will be greatly missed, his memory lives on in the hearts of those lives he touched. He's gone "Home".
Maud Winifred Kennedy, 100, of Mendon, MO, died on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2005 at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. She was born on January 26, 1905 at Mendon, MO the daughter of Mike and Ollie Sublett McClelland. She had attended the Blakely Country School and the Mendon High School. She was married to Vern Kennedy on February 13, 1931 at Crowley, Colorado. Vern preceded her in death on January 28, 1993. Maud had been a School Teacher for twenty-eight years, mostly at Mendon, MO. She was a member of the Mendon Christian Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Carole Kennedy of Columbia, MO; one son, Patrick Lynn Kennedy of North Kansas City, MO; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters. Private burial was in the Mendon Cemetery at Mendon, MO. Memorial services were held at the Mendon Christian Church on Sunday, November 27, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. Gail Brown officiated. Memorials may be made to the Maud Kennedy Scholarship at Northwestern High School. Cremation arrangements were by the Gibson Funeral Home at Mendon, MO.
James Richard “Dick” Linville, age 90, of Norborne, Missouri, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2005 at the Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Missouri.
He was born on October 7, 1915 at Rural Norborne, Missouri, the son of John T. and Ovetta Vantrump Linville.
He attended school at Midland Grade School and Central High Schools, in The Rockingham Community.
He served his country during WWII as a member of the U.S. Army in the Quartermaster Corps during the occupation of Italy.
Dick was married to Nadine F. Hofmann on October 15, 1955 at the Scared Heart Catholic Church at Norborne, Missouri. Dick and Nadine celebrated their Golden Aniversary on October 15, 2005. Nadine survives him at the home.
Dick had been a farmer. He worked as an Aircraft Assembler at the Consolidated Aircraft Company in San Diego, CA manufacturing B24 Liberators from 1941-1945. After his time in the U.S. Army he worked for the Thrift-T-Gas Propane Company at Norborne, Missouri from 1947 – 1980.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Norborne, Missouri and a member of the Norborne American Legion. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, Dick was a Little League baseball Coach and Scoutmaster for the Norborne Boy Scout Troop. Dick was blessed with a beautiful singing voice and was frequently requested as a soloist for weddings at the Sacred Heart Church.
Dick is also survived by one son, John Joseph Linville of Kansas City, Missouri; one daughter, Elaine M. Linville of Liberty, MO; one sister, Frances Schifferdecker of Norborne, Missouri, and two grandchildren, Andrea J. and Sara E. Linville.
Funeral services will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Norborne, Missouri on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Ken Criqui officiating. Visitation will be at the Gibson Funeral Home in Norborne, MO on Monday from 7:00 – 8:00 P.M. Rosary will be said at 7:30 P.M. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Norborne, Missouri. Emma Joan Kinder, age 82, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Carrollton, Missouri.
Jo was born January 10, 1923 in the State of California, the daughter of Homer T. and Eda Sue Goodson Minnis. She graduated from Carrollton High School.
On September 26, 1942 she married Eldon W. Kinder in Richmond, Missouri. Jo was a loving mother, farm wife and homemaker. She had worked for J. C. Penney and at the Ben Franklin Store. In the 1970’s she owned and operated Mode O’ Day Clothing Store in Carrollton. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Carrollton and the Trotter Hustler’s. Her grandchildren and many friends knew her as “Ma Jo”.
Jo is survived by one son, Rex Kinder and wife Patty, Carrollton, Missouri, one daughter, Cathy Minnis Kinder, Ithaca, New York, four grandchildren, Lori Layton and husband Chris, Carrollton, Missouri, Mary Jo Price and husband Ragan, Rogers, Arkansas, Robin Kinder, Carrollton, Missouri, Gretchen Lee (Trinkle) Salm and husband Michael, Ithaca, New York, six great grandchildren, Jana Cat Finlay, Ithaca, New York, Ryan Isaac Layton, Seth William Layton, and Adrienne Nicole Layton, Carrollton, Missouri, Sawyer Benjamin Price and Dawson Burke Price, Rogers, Arkansas, one aunt, Kate Goodson Bugg, Fort Myers, Florida and three cousins, Doris Bowles Draper, Carrollton, Missouri, R. F. Goodson, Jackson, Missouri, Jane Goodson Shingleton, State of California.
Her parents, her husband Eldon (“Pa Pete”), and her sister, Martha Tietjens, preceded her in death.
Memorial services were held on Thursday, December 1, 2005 at 7:00 p.m., at the United Methodist Church, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Rod McNeall officiating.
Visitation was from 6-7:00 p.m., at the church prior to the service.

Carolyn Joan Nicholson, age 62, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at the Life Care Center of Carrollton.
She was born August 6, 1942 in Carrollton, Missouri, the daughter of Jewell M. and Virginia Josephine Brouhard Hardwick. She graduated from Carrollton High School. She had worked as a meat wrapper. She was a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Two brothers, Todd Hardwick, Wassilla, Alaska and Bob Hardwick, Odessa, Missouri, survive Carolyn.
Her parents and one sister, Josephine Ruth Hardwick, preceded her in death.
Graveside memorial services were held on Saturday, December 3, 2005 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Bert Hughes officiating.
Visitation was from 12:30-1:15 p.m., Saturday, prior to the service at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri.

Clarence E. Wood, age 95, of Norborne, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at North Kansas City Hospital.
Clarence was born February 26, 1910 in Hardin, Missouri, the son of John T. and Hattie McGrew Wood. He attended Norborne, Missouri schools.
On August 29, 1937 he married Mary E. (Jane) Koontz in Marceline, Missouri. She survives at the home. Clarence was a farmer in the Norborne area his entire life. He had served on the Egypt/Prairie Drainage District Board, Prairie Township Board, Central School Board and Lebanon Telephone Board. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Norborne, serving as a Deacon and Sunday school secretary for over fifty years.
In addition to his wife Jane, Clarence is also survived by one son, Willard D.Wood and wife Kay, Norborne, Missouri, one daughter, Velda Buhrmester and husband Robert, Wellington, Missouri, one sister, Blanche Hawkins, Waco, Texas, four grandchildren, Kenneth Wood and wife Staci, Norborne, Missouri, Paul Wood and wife Tammy, Warrenton, Missouri, Veronica Lee and husband Bill, Columbia, Missouri, Vanessa Buhrmester, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, eight great grandchildren, Kendra, Tyler, Kaylea and Katie Wood, Cole and Nikayla Wood and Ethan and Elyssa Lee.
His parents, one grandson, Clark Wood, one brother, Herbert Wood and one sister, Kate Ferguson, preceded Clarence in death.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 9, 2005 at the First Baptist Church in Norborne, Missouri, with Reverend M. R. Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Fairhaven Cemetery, Norborne, Missouri.

Jewell W. McCoy, age 77, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at Liberty Hospital.
Jewell was born July 3, 1928 in Bosworth, Missouri, the son of Lester and Lottie Hanavan McCoy. He attended Bosworth schools. He had worked on the railroad as a section gang foreman and for Banquet Foods. He was a Baptist.
Jewell is survived by two sons, William Jewell McCoy and wife Sherry, Carrollton, Missouri, Junior Lee McCoy and wife Mary, Carrollton, Missouri, two brothers, Lester McCoy and wife Sharon, Archie McCoy, three sisters, Mary McCoy, Shirley Brayton and husband Richard and Barbara Sturgeon and husband Russell, all of Carrollton, Missouri, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Gloria Ann.
Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 17, 2005 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Bert Hughes officiating.

Allen Michael Rambo of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2005 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
He was born August 28, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of James and Elaine Allen Rambo. He attended schools in Osage Beach, Missouri. He worked in Lake Ozark, Missouri at the Blue Heron Restaurant for fifteen years. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Carrollton.
On December 31, 1981 he was married to Sylvia Wakefield in Kaiser, Missouri. She preceded him in death on June 15, 2001.
Allen is survived by eight step-children, Kathy Ziegler, Norborne, Missouri, Rachael Walters, Jefferson City, Missouri, Gina Nichols, Carrollton, Missouri, Carmelina Brewer, Carrollton, Missouri, Phil Zamarripa, Carrollton, Missouri, Antonio Zamarripa, Carrollton, Missouri, Carlos Zamarripa, Eldon, Missouri, Tino Zamarripa, Carrollton, Missouri, one sister, Nettie Percival, Lebanon, Missouri, one brother, Cleve Rambo, Osage Beach, Missouri, twenty-one grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
His parents and two brothers, Larry and Jamie Rambo, also preceded him in death.

Donna R. Bates, age 52, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2005 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
Donna was born February 3, 1953in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of William and Lois Bowersock. She graduated from Fontana High School in Fontana, California.
On April 1, 1971 she married Joe Bates in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives at the home. She was a loving mother and housewife. She was a Baptist.
Donna is also survived by three children; Joseph L. Bates, Carrollton, Missouri, Amy M. Bates, Carrollton, Missouri, Christopher W. Bates, Marshall, Missouri, one step-son, Joseph G. Bates, Jr., St. Louis, Missouri, one brother, two sisters and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Edith M. Isom, age 78, of Norborne, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri.
She was born December 14, 1927 in Carroll County, Missouri, the daughter of Burl and Jesse McGuire Parks. She graduated from Norborne High School, Norborne, Missouri. She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. Edith was a member of the First Baptist Church of Norborne and the Merry Mixer Coffee Club.
On March 29, 1950, Edith married William Fay Isom in Richmond, Missouri. He preceded her in death on August 4, 1979.
Edith is survived by three children, Patricia Faye Edwards Butler, Smithville, Missouri, John Wesley Isom, Carrollton, Missouri, Sandra Kay Johnson, Kearney, Missouri, one sister, Sarah Catherine Michaels, Norborne, Missouri, eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, one daughter, Mary Anita West, one grandchild, Anthony Edwards, two brothers and one sister, also preceded her in death.

Alta Dean “Deanie” Joseph, 78, of Keytesville, MO died on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at the Moberly Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 31, 1927 in Chariton County, MO the daughter of Walter and Grace Brown Arp. She graduated from the Hale High School. Deanie was married to Beuford W. Joseph on May 12, 1950 at Worthington, MN. Beuford survives her at the home. She had been a secretary for the Fort Osage School District at Independence, MO for 17 years. She was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church, the Rucker-McAllister Post #7 American Legion Auxiliary of Brunswick, MO and the Merry Mixers Club. She is also survived by two daughters, Sue Spencer and her husband Donald of Williamsburg, VA and Becky Mizener and her husband Rex of Blue Springs, MO; three grandchildren, Jennifer Spencer and Jason and Joe Mizener and one great grandchild, Sydney Nutakor. Deanie was preceded in death by her parents, one infant son, Winfield Glen Joseph and two brothers, Darrell and Verl Arp. Funeral services were held at the Gibson Funeral Home in Brunswick, MO on Thursday, December 22, 2005 at 11:30 A.M. Gail Brown and Joseph Smith officiated. Dianna Jo Wakeland, infant daughter of David James Wakeland and Bonnie Jean Dollins, passed away Monday, December 19, 2005 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Carrollton, Missouri.
She was born October 4, 2005 at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Her parents and one brother, David James Wakeland, III, Tina, Missouri, survive her. Her paternal grandmother, Tammy Johnson, maternal grandparents, Brenda and Joe Susewind, maternal grandfather, James Dollins, paternal grandfather, Dave Wakeland and several aunts and uncles, also survives Dianna.
Her maternal great grandmother Jerne Dollins, paternal great grandparents, Charles and Delores Wakeland and Robert and Shirley Gibson, preceded her in death.

Breonna is survived by her parents and one brother, Dalton Michael Canfield, Carrollton, Missouri; her maternal grandparents, Sharon and Paul Canfield, maternal grandfather Louis Doss, paternal grandfather Victor Grapes, Sr., maternal great grandfather, John Canfield and maternal great grandmother Margaret Ann Doss.
Her paternal grandmother and her maternal grandmother, Alice Marie Canfield, preceded her in death.
