She is survived by a sister, Frances Niemela; a brother, Daniel Rozman; and 11 nieces and nephews.

Frances A. Glatch, 89, of Biwabik died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001, in the White Community Hospital, Aurora.
She is survived by a son, Stephen Louis Jr. (Patricia); a daughter, Carol Jean (Albert) Haavisto; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-7 p.m. today with 6 p.m. parish prayers in Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home, Gilbert. Visitation continues at 10 until the 11 a.m. service Friday in St. John's Catholic Church, Biwabik. Burial in Lakeside cemetery, Biwabik.
Toivo "Dave" Makie
Toivo "Dave" Makie, 83, of Fridley, Minn., formerly of Finlayson died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001, in St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Paul.
He was born April 18, 1917.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday and continuing from 10 until the 11 a.m. service Saturday, all in Methven Funeral Home, Babbitt.

Ellen Krall, 80, of Gilbert died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, in Virginia Convalescent Center.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Bernice Jarvinen; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Judith Ann Larson
Judith Ann Larson, 56, of Calumet, formerly of Nashwauk died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, in her home.
She is survived by a son, James (Amy); a daughter, Jessica (Bruce) Hoshal; her father, Russell Larson; four grandchildren; two brothers; four sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Stanley E. Sindelir, 84, of Marble died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001, in Leisure Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, Grand Rapids.

Frances T. Keller
Frances T. Keller, 90, of Two Harbors died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, in the Aftenro Home, Duluth.
She was born Sept. 9, 1910, to Frank and Mary (Gardner) Carrell in Two Harbors. She grew up in Two Harbors, graduated from high school in 1929 and married
George S. Keller in 1931. She moved to Duluth in 1934 and returned to Two Harbors in 1962.
Frances was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Council of Catholic Women, Daughters of Isabella and Catholic Order of Lady Foresters, Sunrise Home Auxiliary, and the Lay Carmelite.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George, in 1981; a son, George F. Keller, in 1987; a daughter, Carol J. Bates, in 1991; sisters Margaret Mealey, Marie Fuller and Katherine Wells; and a brother, Perry Carrell.
Frances is survived by son-in-law and daughter-in-law Rick and Mary Jane Bates of Duluth and Northridge, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6 until the 8 p.m. wake prayers today in Cavallin Funeral Home, Two Harbors. Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Friday in Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Two Harbors. Burial in Lakeview cemetery, Two Harbors.
Darren Keith Knute
Darren Keith Knute, 35, of Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Brookston, Minn., passed suddenly Feb. 12, 2001.
He was born March 5, 1965, to Russell Ralph and C. Patricia (Long) Knute in Cloquet. The family moved to Lake Worth in 1967. Darren was employed as a mason.
Darren was loved and will be sadly missed by all his family members and many friends. He is survived by a daughter, Tina Marie; his parents, Russell Ralph and C. Patricia Knute; a sister, Rae Lynn; and his maternal grandfather, Paul Long, all of Lake Worth; seven aunts; five uncles; a niece, Nicole; a nephew, Franklin; and numerous cousins.
Memorial service will be held today in All County Funeral Home, Lake Worth. Memorials are preferred for his surviving daughter, Tina in trust of Pat Knute, 7772 Blackwood Lane, Lake Worth, FL 33467.
Kenneth L. Graden
Kenneth L. Graden, 80, of Two Harbors died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, in the Sunrise Home.
He was born Dec. 29, 1920, to Gustav and Eleanor (Scherp) Graden in Two Harbors, where he was a lifelong resident. After graduating from high school, he went to work for Duluth Missabe and Iron Range Railway as a section laborer.
He served in the Army in France, Germany and Belgium during World War II. After the war, he returned to Two Harbors and the railroad, where he was employed as a clerk in the store department until retiring after over 40 years of service. In his free time, Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and woodworking.
He was a member of the United Church and American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Wallace, Roy, Alden and Myron.
Ken is survived by his wife, Bertha; a son, James of Two Harbors; daughters Kathy (Dennis) Anderson, Betty (John) Lundgren and Patty (Doug) Ohlund, all of Two Harbors, and Mary Johnson of Duluth; a sister, Florence Alexander of Two Harbors; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. today in Cavallin Funeral Home, Two Harbors. Service at 2 p.m. Saturday in United Church, Two Harbors. Burial to follow in Lakeview cemetery, Two Harbors. Arrangements by Cavallin Funeral Home, Two Harbors.

Walter J. Syrjanen, 78, of Embarrass passed away Thursday, Feb. 15, 2001, in Virginia Regional Medical Center.

Eloise M. Buchholz, 90, of Coon Rapids, Minn., died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; her son, Robert; and her daughter, Mary Anne Schroeder.
Eloise is survived by her son, Roger (Betty); her daughter, Therese (Elwood) Ochsner; a son-in-law, Edwin Schroeder; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Vicki L. (nee Russell) Paulson, 42, of Lino Lakes, Minn., formerly of Eveleth, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001, in Lino Lakes.
She is survived by daughters Tanya and Dayna; her parents, Leland and Betty Russell; two sisters; a brother; her former husband, Jeffery Paulson; two nieces; a nephew; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Visitation: noon until the 1 p.m. service Sunday in Bauman-Cron Funeral Home Chapel, Virginia. Interment at a later date in Eveleth cemetery.
Jeremy D. "Jerry" Boone
Jeremy D. "Jerry" Boone, 57, of Side Lake, Minn., died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, in his home.
He was born to Wiley and Novia (Peterson) Boone in Seattle on June 15, 1942, graduated from Hibbing High School in 1960 and had lived in the Side Lake area for many years. He was a French Township supervisor for 22 years and was employed with the Department of Transportation as intermittent supervisor from 1969 to 2001. He attended the Side Lake Community Church and was active in the AFSCME Local 1426.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Novia and Wiley Boone.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen; daughters Lisa (Chad) Pingel of White Bear Lake, Minn., and Michelle Nellis of St. Paul; a son, Marc (Emily) Boone of Richfield; stepdaughters Kathleen (Jon) Dropp of Hibbing, Karin (Rick) Seopa of Side Lake and Karla Anderson of Hibbing; and 10 grandchildren.
Visitation: 10 until the 11 a.m. memorial service Saturday in Dougherty Funeral Home, Hibbing, the Rev. Chris Teien officiating.
