Edward Irving Hanson
Mr. Edward I. `Bud` Hanson, age 74, of 9449 50th Street NW, Annandale, MN died Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2002 at the Annandale Evangelical Free Church. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, French Lake Township, Wright County. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to services at the church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel in Annandale.
Edward Irving Hanson was born July 10, 1928 in Minneapolis to Edward and Gladys (Bjurstrom) Hanson. He served his Country during WW II in the U.S. Army. Edward married Ida M. Raisanen January 27, 1951 in Cokato and they lived in Minneapolis until moving back to the Annandale area in 1984. He was a longtime member of Carpenter`s Union Local #851 of Minneapolis and worked M.A. Mortenson Construction, Minneapolis many years, retiring in 1984. He also was a member of Maple Lake VFW Post #7664 and enjoyed hunting, fishing and sporting events.
He is survived by his wife, Ida of Annandale; six children, Charlene Cannon & her husband, John of Grayslake, IL, Byron Hanson, Bruce Hanson & his wife, Terry, Robin Hanson, Lynn Hanson, Kimberly Hanson, all of Annandale; four grandchildren, Adam & Amanda Cannon, Blake & Emily Hanson; two sisters, Gloria Raisanen of Annandale, Dolores Kallunki & her husband, Roland of Annandale.
The pallbearers will be Leslie & Jeff Kallunki, Mark Dunderi, Todd Nolan, Jim Kielty, and Ronald Raisanen. Music will be provided by Eleanor Partridge, organist and Rev. Gary Partridge, soloist.
Arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
Inez Louise Vincent
Mrs. Inez L. Vincent, age 88, of Annandale, formerly of Kimball died Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2003 at the Kimball United Methodist Church with Rev. Heather E. Klason officiating. Burial will follow in the Kimball Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Kimball and one hour prior to services at the church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Thursday. Memorials are preferred to the Kimball United Methodist Church.
Inez Louise Vincent was born January 7, 1915 at Kingston to Edward and Molly (Nelson) Johnson. She married John W. Vincent on May 1, 1937 in Kingston and he preceded her in death on August 22, 1990. She was a homemaker and the bookkeeper for Vincent Construction. She lived in Kimball since 1947 and at Centennial Villa Assisted Living, Annandale the past 3 years. She was a member of the Kimball United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, and Kimball American Legion Post #261 Auxiliary.
She is survived by her two children & their spouses, Mary & Sherill Fischer of Waite Park, Robert & Carol Vincent of Lawrenceville, GA; sisters, Alice Boreen of Oak Harbor, WA, Clara Johnson of Dassel; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 step great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. Her husband, two brothers, Emil & Albert, and sister, Florence Hannula preceded her in death.
The pallbearers will be Greg & Jamie Vincent, Scott, Joe, Todd, and Preston Fischer. Music will be provided by Jamie Miller, organist and Esther Marks, soloist.

Evangeline Mabel Serger
Evangeline M. Serger, age 76, of Annandale died Saturday, March 8, 2003 at the Annandale Care Center.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 13, 2003 at the Annandale Evangelical Free Church, with Rev. Dennis L. Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Annandale. Friends may call from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the funeral Thursday at the church. There will be a prayer service 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel.
Evangeline Mabel Serger was born May 10, 1926 in Annandale to Albert and Mabel (Hoglin) Benson. She lived in Annandale all her life where she was a homemaker and a very active member of the Annandale Evangelical Free Church. Evangeline married Math L. Serger September 19, 1980 in Annandale; he preceded her in death September 24, 1985. She was known for being a selfless person who loved her church, Pioneer Park, and volunteering countless hours for the Blood Mobile.
Evangeline is survived by a daughter, Janet Vail of Brush, CO; sister, Isabel Hansen of Dassel; grandsons, Terry, Tommy, Todd, and Tracy Vail; nephews, David and Stewart Hansen.
Pallbearers will be Terry and Tommy Vail, Jody and Mary Lovold, David Hansen, and Roger Fobbe.
Music for the funeral provided by Eleanor Partridge and Floyd Brown.

Elvira Helen Kiehn
Elvira H. Kiehn, age 90, of Annandale died Monday, March 3, 2003 at home.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2003 at Zion United Methodist Church, South Haven with Rev. Heather E. Klason officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery, South Haven. Friend may call one hour prior to the funeral at the church.
Elvira Helen Kiehn was born September 22, 1912 in Kingston to Harrison and Esther (Hall) Kline. She married Emil Kiehn March 6, 1935 in South Haven; he preceded her in death March 1, 1962. Elvira taught country school, was a homemaker, and cooked for 15 years at Camp Koinonia. She lived in South Haven most of her life where she was a member of Zion United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star Clover Leaf Chapter # 128. Elvira has lived in Annandale the past 15 years. She loved her family, church, collecting dishes, cooking, crossword puzzles, eating cookies, and drinking coffee.
Elvira is survived by one son, Dennis and his wife, Carol of Sanger, CA; brother, Leland of St. Paul; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald; sister, Marjorie Borman; and daughter, Barbara Becker.
Pallbearers will be Pat Becker, Darin Kiehn, Mark Mielke, Ron Becker, Doris Wynia, and Ed Borman.
The organist for the funeral will be Jamie Miller.

Lempie Marie Davidson
Lempie M. Davidson, age 88, of Annandale died Saturday, March 1, 2003 at North Memorial Medical Center, Robbinsdale.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2003 at Our Saviour`s Lutheran Church, French Lake with Rev. Edward Groop officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, French Lake. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the funeral at the church. There will be a prayer service 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel in Annandale.
Lempie Marie Davidson was born September 21, 1914 in Cokato to Miika M. and Selina (Porkola) Kotila. On February 25, 1935 Lempie married Robert J. Davidson in Minneapolis. He preceded her in death August 29, 1994. She has lived in Annandale most of her life where she was a homemaker and member of Our Saviour`s Lutheran Church, French Lake. Lempie loved her family, friends, and church.
Lempie is survived by daughters, sons, and their spouses, Joy Marie Hengtes of Litchfield, Carol Jean Burnett of Mobile, AL, Robert Joseph Jr (Patricia) of Aitkin, Cheryl Faye (Fred) Carter of Brooklyn Park, Larry Michael (Karen) of Maple Grove; sisters, Ailie Irene Wadman of Buffalo, Wilma Sophia (Don) Hodges of Eau Claire; brothers, Martin (Martha) of Menahga, Arnie (Trudy) of Delano; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson. She was preceded in death by grandson, Jon R. Davidson; infant daughter, Donna Mae; infant son; brothers, Earl and Arvo; two infant brothers; and sister, Elsie Swanson.

Donald Alfred Rose
Donald A. Rose, age 72, of Annandale died Saturday, February 22, 2003 at home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Rev. Arden Malotky officiating. Burial will follow in Our Saviour`s Lutheran Cemetery, French Lake. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday at the funeral chapel in Annandale.
Donald Alfred Rose was born October 17, 1930 in Danville, IL to Alfred and Ann (Mark) Rose. He married Patricia L. Keto June 30, 1951 in Minneapolis. Donald was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a salesman most of his life before retiring in 1992. He lived in Eden Prairie before moving to Annandale 10 years ago. The toughest battle of his life was the one he waged against cancer. For 3+ years his struggle was fought with courage and grace.
Donald is survived by his wife, Patsy of Annandale; sons, Tom (Mimi) of Tampa, FL, Jim (Diane) of Chaska; daughter, Annie Rose and her husband, Bob Hartshorne of Annandale; grandchildren, James Patrick, Julia, Jaclyn, Emily, and Angela.
Pallbearers will be James D. Rose, James P. Rose, Annie Rose, Thomas Rose, George Balch, and Paul Bredt.
Music for the funeral provided by Sarah Goelz.

Carrie Ann Dahl
Carrie A. Dahl, age 53, of Annandale died Monday, February 24, 2003 at the Buffalo Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2003 at Zion Lutheran Church, Annandale with Rev. Thomas Queck officiating. Burial will follow in Corinna Cemetery, Corinna Township, Wright County. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday at the church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel.
Carrie Ann Dahl was born March 24, 1949 in Fosston to Albin and Ruth (Wright) Vaa. She was a 1967 graduate of McIntosh High School. On May 30, 1968 she married Orlan R. Dahl. Carrie was a plant coordinator for Foam Fabricators, Maple Lake for 23 years; retiring in 2001. She has lived in Annandale since 1974 where she was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Home Extension, Maple Lake VFW Auxiliary Post # 7664, and Maple Lake American Legion Auxiliary Post # 131. Carrie was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She was dedicated to her family, work, and church.
Carrie is survived by her husband, Orlan of Annandale; sons and daughter, Denis of Annandale, Tina (Brian) Diedrick of Norwood Young America, Bradley (Stacy) of Greenbush; mother, Ruth (Frank) Vaa-Duncan of Annandale; sisters, Judy (Jerry) VanDenEinde of St. Joseph, Sandy (Keith) Sather of El Toro, CA; brother, Harry Vaa of Jordan; grandchildren, Mason, Morgan, and McHayl Diedrick.
Pallbearers will be Jay VanDenEinde, James `Ted` Dahl, Keith `Kit` Sather, David Sweep, Earl Vaa, and Allan Dahl.
Organist for the funeral will be Kathy Queck.

Rose Agnes Lee
Mrs. Rose A. Lee, age 88, of Annandale died Monday, March 24, 2003 at her daughter’s home near Delano.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2003 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale with Rev. Frank Tomasiewicz officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Annandale. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Thursday.
Rose Agnes Lee was born July 30, 1914 at Balsam Lake, WI to Edward and Louise (Germain) Baribeau. She lived near River Falls, WI moving to South Haven in 1952 and to Annandale in 1958. She married Leonard J. Lee August 25, 1934 in Stillwater and he preceded her in death in 1958. She was a homemaker and member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
She is survived by eleven children & their spouses, Dorothy & David Cegon of Minneapolis, Lyman & Norma of Wadena, Norma of West St. Paul, Judy & Jerry McKenzie of Kandiyohi, Pauline DeLage & Wayne Hanson of Willmar, Kathleen & David Cecka of Elk River, Arlan Lee & Carol Bach of Annandale, Carolyn of Minneapolis, Norman of Forest City, Janice & Howard Stein of Delano, Daniel & Lisa of Dover, DE; sister, Marie Blake of Robbinsdale; brother, Raymond of Richfield; 26 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Shirley O’Leary; great grandson, Logan Boehlke; brothers, Roy, John, & Benjamin; and sisters, Bernadette Hying & Florence Smith.
The pallbearers will be grandchildren; Mike O’Leary, David Cegon, Steven Lee, Brad DeLage, Brian Cecka, Tim McKenzie, Jesse Lee, Mark Stein, and Randy Stein. Her remaining grandchildren will be honorary pallbearers. Dureen Gasser will provide the music for the funeral service.
