Bradley Bodell, Infant
Bradley Howard Bodell was delivered to his parents’ arms on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
Private graveside services were previously held at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Cemetery near French Lake, Minn. with Rev. Dave Nelson officiating.
With an expected delivery date of Oct. 11, 2016, twins, Bradley and Jesse, filled their family’s heart with love and joyful anticipation. The joyful anticipation turned into devastating heartbreak when Bradley was delivered on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 7:18 p.m., after his tiny heart stopped beating. He weighed 3 lbs. 11 oz. and was 16 inches tall. Bradley blessed his parents with the sound of his heartbeat and the fluttering of his movements as he grew in his mother’s womb for 29 weeks, along with his brother, Jesse. Eagerly awaiting their arrival at home were big sister, Brittney, and big brother, Trevor, who were excited to welcome them home and teach them everything they know. The hopes and dreams everyone had for Bradley became cherished memories in the hearts of all who loved him.
Bradley is survived by: his parents, Josh and Angie of Monticello; big sister, Brittney; big brother, Trevor; twin brother, Jesse; grandmas, Peggy Bodell of South Haven and Colleen McKee of Blaine; great-grandmas, Frances Snabb of Annandale and Marcia McKee of Blaine; uncle, Nick Bodell of South Haven; as well as other family members. Bradley was preceded in death by great-grandpas, Clifford Snabb and Gerald McKee.
Arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
Thomas Bukowski, 62
Thomas Lee Bukowski, 62, of Fridley, formerly of Loretto, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
He was born on July 26, 1954 in Buffalo, Minn. to Lambert and Helen (Van Lith) Bukowski.
Thomas was preceded in death by: the love of his life, Judy Hoppe; parents; sister, Linda Franzen; nephew, Todd Ristau; and brothers-in-law, William Woollard, Joseph Faue and John Franzen.
Thomas is survived by: his brother, William; sisters, Susan (Dave) Ristau-Pawlitschek, Nancy (George) Choban, Kathleen Woollard, Carol Faue, Julie (Sam) Zimmermann, Joellen Nelson, and Connie (Larry) Leuer; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 6 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Loretto. Gathering of family and friends will be Saturday from 10-11:30 a.m. at the church prior to Mass. Inurnment will be in the church cemetery.

Dorothy Ende, 95
Dorothy M. Ende, 95, of Buffalo, Minn. passed away on July 27, 2016 at Cottagewood in Buffalo.
Mass of Christian Burial was scheduled on Saturday, July 30 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Corcoran, Minn., with visitation at the church on Saturday prior to Mass and interment at Hanover Village Cemetery, Hanover, Minn.
Dorothy was born on April 19, 1921 to Edmund and Rosabelle (Berthiaume) Laurent in Medina Township, Hennepin County, Minn. She attended rural school in that area.
She married Norwin Ende on March 6, 1943 in Dayton, Minn. Following their marriage, they farmed in Hassan Township. Dorothy was a cook for 25 years with the Elk River School District. She enjoyed embroidery, gardening and canning, puzzles, and traveling with Norwin.
Preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Norwin; sons, Ronald and Wayne; grandson, Clinton Hartkopf; brother, Edward; and sisters, Ruth, Arlene and Virginia.
Survived by: her daughters, Barb (Paul) Hartkopf and Sharon (Harvey) Bursch; son, Doug (Mary Jo) Ende; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Margaret “Mike” Ende; and sisters, Elaine and Beverly.

Marion Faue-Berge, 81
Marion B. Faue-Berge, 81, of Osseo passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale.
She was born on April 22, 1935 in Corcoran, the daughter of Fred and Gertrude (Bursch) Bauermeister. Marion was baptized on May 19, 1935. She was also instructed in the Lutheran Catechism and confirmed in the Christian faith on March 21, 1948. Her confirmation memory verse was John 15:5 “I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me, ye can do nothing.”
On June 19, 1954, Marion Bauermeister and Gaylord Faue were joined in holy marriage at Faith Lilac Way Lutheran Church in Robbinsdale. God blessed their marriage with four children. Gaylord preceded his wife in death on May 2, 1988.
On Jan. 1, 1994, Marion Faue and Eldor “Al” Berge were joined in holy marriage at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Maple Grove.
Marion was formerly employed for many years by Independent School District 279. She also was a faithful, lifelong member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Maple Grove.
She enjoyed the Minnesota Twins, playing cards, baking, traveling, ice cream, and being with her family and friends.
Survived by: her husband, Al Berge; children, Roger (Jeanine) Faue, Randy (Candace) Faue and Rhonda (Richard) Schlegel, all of Corcoran, and Wendy (John) Filipczak of Elk River; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Howard (Evie) Bauermeister of New Hope, Fritz (Joy) Bauermeister of New Richmond, Wis., Myrtle Gelle of North Branch, and Judy (Loren) Marschel of Okabena; a brother-in-law, Alvin Cook of Rogers; and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her first husband, Gaylord Faue, Marion was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Vernon Bauermeister, and sisters, Lucille Cook, Ruth Mahler and Lois Manzke.
Funeral services for Marion Faue-Berge were scheduled on Tuesday, Aug. 2 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Maple Grove, with Pastor Matthew P. Johnson officiating and with interment following at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Crystal.
A visitation was scheduled on Monday, Aug. 1 at the church, with further visitation Tuesday morning an hour prior to services.
Casket bearers: Ryan Schlegel, Christopher and Nicholas Faue, Robert Preuss, and Joseph and John Filipczak.

Pastor William Hicks, 82
Pastor William L. Hicks, 82, of Buffalo, formerly of Hobbs, New Mexico, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Lake Ridge Care Center.
He was born on Feb. 1, 1934 in Greenwood, Ind., the son of Jessup G. and Alice (Ferree) Hicks.
On Nov. 28, 1959, William L. Hicks and Mary Farina were joined in holy marriage. God blessed their marriage with two children.
Mr. Hicks loved being a Pastor and formerly taught at North Central Bible College. He loved his family and enjoyed crossword puzzles.
Survived by: his loving wife, Mary; children, Pastor Bill (Julie) Hicks of Buffalo and Jennelle (Paul) Taylor of Bloomington; grandchildren, Hannah, Caleb (Alyssa), Abigail, Michaiah and Chloe Hicks, and Erica Kingsriter and Kody Taylor; a sister, Mary Ann (Thurman) Grimes of Rendon, Texas; and many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and by two sisters.
Funeral services for Pastor William L. Hicks were scheduled on Tuesday, Aug. 2 the Buffalo Community Assembly of God Church with Reverend John Farina officiating and with interment at the Swedish Mission Cemetery. A visitation was scheduled on Tuesday an hour prior to services at the church.
Honorary casket bearers: Erica Kingsriter, Hannah Hicks, Abigail Hicks, Michaiah Hicks, Chloe Hicks, and Alyssa Hicks.

Vic LeCorno, 89
Vic LeCorno, 89, of Eldon, Mo. passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles, Mo.
He was born March 25, 1927 in Montana, the son of the late Joseph and Nora (Dionne) LeCorno.
Survivors: his partner of 25 years, Trudy Ganske, of the home; daughters, Yvonne Packer of Florida and Roxanne LeCorno of Buffalo, Minn.; two grandchildren, Rachel Packer and Shane LeCorno; and a niece, Mary Ann Reed of California.
He served in the United States Navy. He was a lifetime member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), where he received his gold card. He was a member of Eldon VFW Post 2442 and the American Legion in Delano, Minn. He was employed with Circle Y Saddle Company for 25 years before retiring in 1965.
Per his wishes, his body has been cremated, and a service will be planned at a later date.
Memorials in his name are suggested to Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eldon, Mo.

Edward Reinmuth, 89
Edward Reinmuth was born March 25, 1927 at the home of his parents, Louis, Sr. and Florence (Stoll) Reinmuth, in rural Howard Lake, Minn. A lifelong member of St. James Lutheran Church, Howard Lake, he was baptized on May 1, 1927 by Pastor C.G. Seltz and confirmed in his faith on March 25, 1941 by Pastor E.N. Seltz.
Edward and Rosalynde Nelson began their married life together on Aug. 29, 1948. This marriage was blessed with two children.
They lived in Howard Lake with Ed being employed by Bullert Construction of Glencoe. He then began his career as the road maintenance and heavy equipment operator for Middleville Township. Over the years, he rebuilt and maintained the township roads, as well as clearing land for farmers to expand their fields. His skills and dedication benefited the residents of the township. For a time, he also owned and operated the Howard Lake Laundromat.
Ed was active in his church and community. He served on various boards at St. James Lutheran Church and School, taught Sunday school and sang in the church choir for many years. In the community, he served on the Howard Lake Fire Department, as a Scout Master and for many years sang with the Litchfield Male Chorus.
Fishing and hunting were favorite activities, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis, Sr. and Florence Reinmuth, and wife, Rosalynde.
Edward is survived by: his daughter, Diane (Paul) Kobernusz; son, Ron Reinmuth; three grandsons, Jeffery (Dana) Kobernusz, Kelly (Raeanna) Kobernusz and Terry Kobernusz (special friend Julie); nine great-grandchildren; brother, Louis, Jr. (Phyllis) Reinmuth; sisters, Donna (Harold) Renollet and Mary Ann (Jerry) Linser; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Casket bearers: Jeffery Kobernusz, Kelly Kobernusz, Terry Kobernusz, Debbie Kueche, Joni McDowel, and Robert Linser. Honorary bearers are his great-grandchildren: Ashley, Zach, Emma, Elizabeth, Noah, Micah, Gadise, Jonah, and Riley.
Officiating at the celebration of his life on July 30 was Reverend Mark Loder. Nancy Butterfass was asked to serve as pianist, with special music by the Litchfield Male Chorus. Interment was planned at the Howard Lake Cemetery.

Dennis Bodin, 69
Dennis “Denny” Bodin, 69 years, 7 months and 23 days, of Watertown, S.D., formerly of Montrose, Minn., passed away Saturday, Aug., 27, 2016 at his residence from complications of liver and bone cancer. He fought a short but courageous battle.
Visitation was scheduled on Tuesday, Aug. 30 at Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown. The funeral service will be at Montrose, Minn. in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, with visitation an hour before the service. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Montrose.
Honorary casket bearers will be Denny’s many friends at Terex and his nephew, Fr. Daniel Bodin.
Casket bearers will be: Nathan, Aaron, Jared, and Ronald Bodin, and Michael and Christopher Daniels.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Prairie Lakes Hospice, 401 9th Ave. NW, Watertown, SD 57201.
Dennis Charles Bodin was born on Jan. 4, 1947 in Buffalo, Minn. to Earl and June (Duske) Bodin. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montrose. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 1965.
On Nov. 6, 1965, Dennis and Shirley Wandersee were joined in holy marriage at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montrose. God blessed their marriage with one child.
Dennis was employed at Terex (Telelect) for 49 proud years. He retired in 2014. He was looking forward to his retirement and enjoyed his yard, fishing, hunting, spending time with his friends and family, and a special puppy, Sadie.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley; his daughter, Lori Bodin Sawatzke; granddaughters, Brittany (Dave) Keltgen and Brooke Sawatzke; great-grandson, Brayden; stepson, Dan (Annette) Lindeman; grandchild, James (Heather); great-grandchildren, Lucy and Gryphen, Jason (Megan), and Kristin (Jonathan); his siblings, David (Judy) Bodin, Nancy (Dale) Daniels, Susan Bodin, and Richard (Mary) Bodin; six brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Carolyn Bodin.
