Marvin Jensen Sr.
Funeral services for Marvin Peter Jensen Sr., 72, Elk River, took place Feb. 21 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Chapel, Anoka. Rev. Liane S. Rock officiated.
Jensen died Feb. 17, 2004 at Mercy Hospital. He was born Jan. 1, 1932 in Anoka to Peter R. and Irene C. (Hagen) Jensen and was a supervisor at Ware Manufacturing in New Hope.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Linda (Greg) Lambrecht, Colleen (Bobby) Houle, Michelle Anderson, Marvin Jr. (Wanda), Joe, Steven, Allen (Laura), Lisa (James) Francisco, Melvin (Kathy), Jody (Julio) Felix, Sarah (Manuel) Guzman; 27 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Adeline Watson; brother, Terry (Judy) Martineau; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Melvin 'Wimpy' Jensen, George Jr. and Larry Martineau.
Pallbearers were Jerry Koehler, Mike Lambrecht, Matt Jensen. Jamie and Michael Houle, Jason Moos and James Francisco.
Interment was at Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home.
Janelle Martinson
Janelle 'Jan' Martinson died Dec. 27, 2003 in Naples, Fla.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Martinson; son, Rick (Monica) of Louisville, Ky.; daughters, Sherie (Blaine) Barton, Karie (Vic) Heartline, both of Naples, Fla.; seven grandchildren; sister, Moneen 'Butch' (Danny) Martinson of St. Francis; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, LeRoy and Nancy Martinson and Delores Martinson, of Anoka; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester 'Les' and Pauline 'Babe' Cass; and sisters, Ronnalee 'Ronnie' Wolff and Dixie Weaver Hanson.
Charles Mulcahy
Funeral services for Charles M. Mulcahy, 59, St. Francis, took place Feb. 24 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Oak Grove, Rev. Bill DeZiel officiated.
Mulcahy died Feb. 19, 2004 in St. Francis. He was born Feb. 19, 1944 in Olympia, Wash., to Kenneth and Charlene Mulcahy and was a system analyst for NSP.
He is survived by his wife, Pam; daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Bob Schmitz; uncle and aunt, Ed and Dorothy McKay; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenny and Char Mulcahy; sister, Sis; and brother, Don.
Interment was at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Arrangements were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Doris Peterson
Funeral services for Doris M. Peterson, 80, Coon Rapids, took place Feb. 21 at First Baptist Church of Coon Rapids. Rev. David Johnston officiated.
Peterson died Feb. 19, 2004 in St. Louis Park. She was born Jan. 22, 1924 in Minneapolis to Gust and Edith Johnson and was a retired clerical worker.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dean and June; grandchildren, Joshua and Jonah; sister, Marlys Wallin; brother, John Johnson; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice; sister, Marie Schultz; and parents, Gust and Edith Johnson.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Sharron Ramacher
Funeral services for Sharron Lee Ramacher, 58, Blaine, took place Feb. 20 at Gearhart Funeral Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Scott Gjerve officiated.
Ramacher died Feb. 14, 2004 in New Brighton. She was born Dec. 17, 1945 to Walter and Virginia Spears and was a teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Gary; children, Julie, Paul (Abby) and Birdie; brothers, David (Karen) Spears and Alan (Mary) Spears; and sister, Patricia Olson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Virginia Spears.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel.
Kathleen Warhol
Memorial services for Kathleen R. Warhol 'Kack,' 50, Coon Rapids, took place Feb. 19 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids, Rev. Joel Cycenas officiated.
Warhol died Feb. 14, 2004. She was born Oct. 5, 1953 in Minneapolis to Charles and Jeanette (Ellering) Kuhn and was an assembly worker at Honeywell.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Lucking (Jason), Patience Warhol, Janelle Warhol (Vanessa); grandchildren, Blake and Nicholas Lucking; mother, Jeanette Kuhn; special friend and companion, Dan Boyum; and brothers and sisters, Pat Enebak (Don), Joey Anderson, Bob Kuhn (Betty), Bill Kuhn (Linda), Jeanne Carlson (Larry), Mike Kuhn (Joanna) and Rene Splett (Bill).
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Kuhn.
Interment was private. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel.
Betty Wenzel
Funeral services for Betty Jean Wenzel, 76, Anoka, took place Feb. 20 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Chapel, Anoka. Chaplain Naa-Abashia Ankrah officiated.
Wenzel died Feb. 17, 2004 at Bethesda Rehabilitation Hospital, Minneapolis. She was born March 31, 1927 in Minneapolis to Rufus and Margaret (Munn) and was a retired principal's secretary in School District 281.
She is survived by her children, Marty, Richard, Lynne and husband Peter; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Harold; and sister, Terri.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis; sister, Shirley; and daughter-in-law, Judy.
Interment was at Champlin Cemetery. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home.
Roy Wredberg
Memorial services for Roy Lester Wredberg, 76, Bertha, formerly of Anoka County, took place Feb. 7, 2004 at Zion Free Lutheran Church, Wadena.
Wredberg died at his home. He was a retired teacher, government worker and lay pastor. He published a book of poems and, more recently, a novel about World War II.
He is survived by his sister-in-law; nieces and nephews; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Edna; and brothers, Morris and Donald.
Interment was at Hewitt Cemetery, Hewitt.
Susan Zettergren
Funeral services for Susan J. Zettergren, 61, Blaine, took place Feb. 25 at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Blaine Chapel. Deacon Kevin Jentz officiated.
Zettergren died Feb. 19, 2004. She was born Feb. 5, 1942 in Hollywood, Calif., to Kenneth Adair and Shirley Brady. She was a bookkeeper and a lifetime member of the Coon Rapids VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Chuck; daughter, Cathy (Ryan) Saens; mother, Shirley Adair; granddaughter, Kylie Sue; siblings, Red (Lonnie) Adair, Nancy (Terry) Ebinger, Tom (Nancy) Adair, Mary (Mike) Balfany, Robin (Scotty) Scott; nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth.
Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home.
Raymond Alatorre
Funeral services for Raymond L. Alatorre, 64, Andover, took place March 1 at Grace Lutheran Church, Andover. Rev. Mark Hillman officiated.
Alatorre died Feb. 24, 2004. He was born March 8, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Rene Stewart (Tom), Michele Martinez (Mark), Darcy Schlechter (Rick); grandchildren, Chris, Courtney and Tyler Stewart, Lexi Martinez, Brittany, Stephanie and Ian Schlechter; mother, Dorothy Brown; brother, Robert Aguiniga (Corina); sister, Carolann Ward (Jerry); and many other relatives and friends.

Jessica Archambault
Funeral services for Jessica Marie Archambault, 16, Andover, took place Feb. 27 at Prairie Oak Community Church. Rev. Stephen Gahagen officiated.
Archambault died Feb. 24, 2004 at Fairview University Medical Center, Minneapolis, from Hodgkin's disease. She was born Oct. 21, 1987 in St. Paul to Gerald Thomas Elling and Jamie Lynn Archambault and was a student at Andover High School.
She is survived by her parents, Gerald Elling and Jamie Archambault; guardian aunt, Kendal Elling; good friend, Kathy Larson; grandparents, Dave and Judie Willemssen and Mary Archambault; great-grandmothers, Fran Muller and Marcella Archambault; sisters, Nicole, Danielle, Skylar and Kyla; brothers, Billy, Gerald and Caden; many aunts and uncles; and other relatives and friends.
Interment was at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Oak Grove. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Mary Bauer
Funeral services for Mary Elizabeth Bauer, 96, Coon Rapids, took place Feb. 28 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Joel Cycenas officiated.
Bauer died Feb. 22, 2004 in Harlingen, Texas. She was born Dec. 19, 1907 in Racine, Wis., to Theodore Jansen and Antonia Horsthemke and was a retired general store owner.
She is survived by her sons, Ted (Barbara) and Frank; daughter, Diane; daughter-in-law, Emilie; grandchildren, Mark (Chris), Gwen (Warren), Lisa, Aaron, Marcus, Maria (Wesley); and great-granddaughters, Allison and Samantha.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben; son, Bernie; granddaughter, Kay Ann; and brothers and sisters.
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery. Arrangements were by Gearhart.
