STROMME, CARL H., Age 91 of Lakeview, MI, passed away Friday evening at Kelsey Memorial Hospital in Lakeview. He was preceded in death by his first wife Leone of 54 years and his mother and father. He is survived by his four children; Carl O. (Maxine) Stromme of Oxford, Arnold L. (Lois) Stromme of South Lyons, Marlene (Howard) Marshall of Lakeview, and Karen M. (Troy) Rider of Warren. Leaves 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. VITALE, LARRY, Riverside, CA. Formerly of Belleville. Larry Vitale, age 49, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 14, 1998 in Riverside, CA. Larry was born on Feb. 5, 1949 in Detroit, MI. The son of Michale and Mona Viatle. A graduate of Lakeview High School in St. Clair Shores. He rec. his B.S. degree in Biology at EMU. After working at Beaumont Hospital, he moved to CA to work for the state waterboard in Riverside. He enjoyed and excelled in sports, especially basketball. Larry is survived by his present wife Pavlova and son Matthew. 3 adult children; Larry (Renae), Becky (James) Ritchey, Angie (Joshua) Evans. 9 grandchildren; Kailyn, Lawrence Jr., Joshua, Justin, Jeremy, Kody, Joseph, Jordan, Lucas. His mother Mona and 8 siblings; Tina (Merle) Newbery, Samuel (Marilyn), Diana (Bart) Fiumano, Michael (Mary), Mona Hartley, Joe (Carol), Nick (Linda), John (Marilyn). ADAMS, DENNIS L., Aged 56, passed away quietly on November 6. 1999 at his home in Ada, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his father Edmond Adams. He will live on in the memories of those he left behind: mother Mary C. Adams (Ed Johnson) of Bradenton, FL, beloved wife of 36 years, Kay; his daughters Amy (Gary) VanGundy of Dallas, TX, Beth Adams; his son Brian Adams. The youthful spirit of "Papa" will live on in his adored grandchildren, Scott and Michael VanGundy, his faithful "boys" D.Q. and Ozzie. He is also survived by his brother David (Suzie) Adams and his sister Susan (Harold) Hathaway; his uncle Jack (Barb) Adams and many nieces and nephews. Denny served his country through active and reserve duty as a Major in the US Army, 2nd Battalion, 13th Infantry. He received his Masters Degree from the University of Detroit, and was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa. He was highly recognized in the telecommunications industry for remarkable sales and leadership, most recently as the West Michigan Sales Manager of Primex Leasing Corporation. He was an active member of the Penninsular Club and past member of the Detroit Golf Club. He was a passionate fan of the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Lions. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at St. Robert of Newminster Catholic Church, 6477 Ada Dr. in Ada, MI, with burial in Shrine cemetery, Indian River, MI.
