TERWILLIGER, PATRICIA "TRISH" L. 60 of Traverse City, formerly of Onekama, died at her home in the Old Mission Peninsula on Thursday, March 30, 2000. A retired English teacher, she had taught at Schafer High School in Southgate from 1963-1974. Trish is survived by her husband, Neil Terwilliger of Traverse City; her son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Mary Terwilliger of Woodhaven; her grandchildren, Kelsey and Zachary; her sister, Alberta (Donald) Parks of Mason; and her sister- in-law, Diane (Alan) Lakso of Bear Lake. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, April 3, 2000 at the Terwilliger Funeral Home in Kaleva, with the Rev. Russell Garrigus officiating. Private interment will be in Maple Grove Township cemetery in Kaleva. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 Sunday at the funeral home. WOOSTER, DR. WILLIAM E. William E. Wooster, D.O. age 73 passed away on March 7, 2000 in Phoenix, AZ of Respiratory Disease. He was born in London, Ontario, Canada on January 11, 1927, the son of Ernest and Gladys Wooster. Bill grew up in Rosedale Gardens, Livonia, MI. He graduated from Cass Tech High School and the University of Detroit. He attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1953, with highest honors. He was certified in Family Practice. He practiced on Schoolcraft Road in Detroit from 1955-1979, on Seven Mile Road in Livonia from 1979-1989 and at Providence Hospital, Livonia Medical Center from 1989-1998; a total of 43 years. He was a trumpet/coronet player, taught by Leonard Smith, Detroit Concert Band Master and attended the Ernest William Music Camp in upstate New York. On July 24, 1948 he married his high school sweetheart, Gwendolyn Nicholson who preceded him in death in 1978. He married Joanne (Damen) Wright in 1980. He is survived by wife Joanne; children Cynthia and Mark Roberts of Longwood, FL, William and Kathleen Wooster of Spring Hill, FL, Scott and Shari Wooster of Farmington Hills, MI. Stepchildren Kathryn and Terry Lotz of Howell, MI, Leigh and Brian Lindstrom of Yuma, AZ and Erik and Penni Wright of Neosho, MO. Grandchildren Rex, Ryan and Colleen Roberts, Julie, Heather and Angela Wooster, Derek and Brendan Wooster, Leslie Ann Wright, as well as brother Harry Wooster of Oxford, MI. He retired in 1998 to his cabin in Gladwin, MI, enjoyed gardening (especially Tomatoes), fishing, having the grandchildren up to the lake and traveling around the USA in his motorhome, especially Yuma, AZ in the winter. Medicine and family were his love and life. Memorial service and visitation at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, 23720 Farmington Rd., Farmington, MI. Visitation from 12-2 PM and Memorial service 2 PM on April 8, 2000. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.

BRIGGS, ANNA G., 96, died March 30, 2001 at the Cadillac Mercy Hospital in Cadillac, MI. She was born on June 14, 1904 in Armada, MI, and was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Esther (Ridley) Green. She is survived by her son, Howard Briggs, and a daughter, Phyllis Flechsig; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at the United Methodist Church in Richmond, MI. The Rev. Reed Swanson will officiate.
