CLELAND, OTTILLE G. (WISMER) Age 84, of Sarasota, FL. Died Friday, April 16, 1999 in Florida. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday June 5, 1999 at Sharp Funeral Homes, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Disposition was by cremation. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests rememberances to the American Cancer Society. Ottille was born February 14, 1915, in Pontiac and was raised in and around Detroit and Flint. She married Douglas H. Cleland and he preceded her in death in 1994. They lived in many parts of the country as Mr. Cleland was employed by General Motors and retired to Sarasota, FL in 1983. Ottille was an accomplished artist and she played the organ beautifully. She also loved to play golf and in her later years would never miss a match on T.V. She was a gourmet cook and loved her daily crossword puzzles. She loved her home in the Country Club of Sarasota and derived great pleasure having friends and family visit. Surviving are: 3 children, Robert D. Cleland of Naples, FL, Brent N. Cleland of Rochester, MI and Diane B. Cleland-Boyle of Corvallis, OR; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Eileen Callahan and Dorothy Williams, both of Fenton; brother, Raymond Wismer of Pisgah Forest, NC, Robert Wismer of Grand Blanc. Ottille was also preceded in death by daughter, Beverly Nolan; sisters, Elaine Wright, Eleanor Wismer; brother, Fred Wismer.

JACOB, JANET, The last survivor of a large merchant family she was the sister of Heim Jacob, Abraham Jacob, Reba Rashti, Irwin Jacob, Rose Schermer, Frieda Jacob and Morris Jacob. Aunt Janet sold hosiery at Cunningham s after World War II, then she sold fine women s wear at Belle Jacob s. She was born in Atlantic City, she lived in Detroit, St. Petersburg, and Sacramento. OLIVERO, ALDO, Aldo Olivero, 78. A 31 year resident of Warren, died Thursday, May 27, 1999 while hospitalized in Detroit. Mr. Olivero was born April 29, 1921 in Bracebridge, Ontario. His family moved to Detroit in 1930. Mr. Olivero served honorably in the U.S. Army Air Corp in WWII and was injured while in service. Upon his return to civilian life he founded Grinding Products Co. in 1951. The company has been continuously in business since that time and is now owned and operated by his children. Mr. Olivero loved his family and the outdoors. He maintained a second residence near Cadillac, MI and spent as much time there as possible with family members and friends. He was an outstanding golfer and an accomplished Bridge player. He is survived by his wife Emily, daughter Ardis (Joseph) Kosmala, sons Clifford (Christine) of Troy, Clyde (Julia) af Warren and Robert (Lisa) of Macomb Twp., and 11 grandchildren.
