Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Mr. Piette retired as a Police Officer with the City of Detroit Police Department and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, January 11, 2000, 11:00 am at St. Perpetua Catholic Church, 134 Airport Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends Monday 2-5 & 7-9 PM at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. Interment Ottawa Park cemetery.
