He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nora and his children; Joanne (Joseph) Piechocki, Robert (Hedie), Walter (Rita) and Thomas (Penny), seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He worked as a chemist at Akzo Corp. and retired after nearly 50 years of diligent service. He was a life long parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church in Hamtramck and Both 3rd and 4th Degree knight of the Knights of Columbus Cardinal Mercer. Visitation at the Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. 36900 Schoenherr Rd., at Metro Parkway (16 Mile) Tue. 3-9 PM and Wed. 1-9 PM. A rosary service will be given Wed. 7 PM. The Funeral Mass will be Thursday, April 5, 2001 at Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church in Hamtramck at 10 AM with final viewing at the Church at 9 AM.
