BRIELMAIER, JOHN J., SR. On Thursday, March 22, 2001, John J. Brielmaier, Sr., age 78, of Adrian, returned home to the Lord our God, to once again join his loving wife, Peg. John was born September 10, 1922 in Detroit, MI to Joseph E. and Louisa M. (Meyer) Brielmaier. He married Margaret "Peg" Rogan on May 11, 1946 in Detroit. She preceded him in death on October 21, 2000. John is survived by their children, Nancy, Patricia, John Jr., James, Robert, Barbara, Nancy and Thomas; 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday, March 26, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Adrian, with Father Michael Williams and Father Thomas Helfrich as celebrants. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 6-8 p.m. and on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. Visitation will also be held on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
