Ben of LaCresenta, CA, Dr. William R. Engelman of Freeland and Gertrude Borders of Roseville. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Engelman, brothers, Vern, Roy, Lyndel, Marian, Morton and Frank Engelman and niece Mary Fry. Miss Engelman was a graduate of Marygrove College and taught Economics, History and Government at Pershing and Henry Ford High Schools in Detroit for over 45 years. She was an inspired teacher and loved her family (caring for her mother and brothers for many years) she also loved gardening, golf and bridge. A Funeral Mass will be said 10:30AM Tuesday from St. Annes Church, Ortonville. Interment in Holy Sepulchre cemetery. Miss Engelman will lie in state at the Sherman Wilk Funeral Home, Sunday & Monday 3-9PM, where a Parish Rosary will be recited Monday 7PM.
