She lived all her life in the Imlay City area. She attended kindergarten at Weston Elementary School. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She liked Barbie dolls and Beanie Babies.
She is survived by her father, Rene Anzures of Holly; grandparents, Norman Anzures of Imlay City, Paul and Marie Harm of Attica; great-grandparents, Elena LaBoy of Imlay City and Nativida Anzures of Lapeer; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Vera Anzures.

Visitation will be held 1-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m., Monday (March 18, 2002) at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday (March 19, 2002) at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Imlay City. The Rev. Ezequiel Mondragon will officiate.

Christine Anzures, 31, of Attica, died Wednesday (March 13, 2002) at home with her children.
She was born Sept. 18, 1970, in Mount Clemens, to Paul and Marie (Muszynski) Harm.
She graduated from Imlay City High School. She was employed by Toyo Seat Corporation in Imlay City for four years. She enjoyed bowling, golf and the outdoors.
She is survived by her parents, Paul and Marie Harm of Attica; brother, Chad (Lita) Harm of Lapeer; sister, Cynthia (Jay) Szezesniak of Imlay City.

She lived all her life in the Imlay City area. She was in fourth grade at Borland Elementary School. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Imlay City. She liked outdoor sports and singing.
She is survived by her father, Rene Anzures of Holly; grandparents, Norman Anzures of Imlay City, Paul and Marie Harm of Attica; great-grandparents Elena LaBoy of Imlay City and Nativida Anzures of Lapeer; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Vera Anzures.

She lived all of her life in the Imlay City area. She was in 3rd grade at Borland Elementary. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She liked dancing, sports and horses.
She is survived by her father, Rene Anzures of Holly; grandparents, Norman Anzures of Imlay City, Paul and Marie Harm of Attica; great-grandparents, Elena LaBoy of Imlay City and Nativida Anzures of Lapeer; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Vera Anzures.

Yvonne L. Seames, 74, of Lapeer, died Tuesday (March 12, 2002) at Lapeer Regional Hospital.
She was born Feb. 13, 1928, in Flint, to Leland and Addie (Harrington) Taylor.
She was a graduate of Lapeer High School in the Class of 1947. She met her husband in Lapeer where she worked at McClellen Dime Store. Together they shared 53 years of marriage.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; children, Michael, Wendy (Gary) Garner, Patricia Michael, Terry (Bridget) and Dawn (Jeff) Brower; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Gernith (Donald) Streu of Illinois; brother, David (Deb) Taylor of Virginia; and aunts, Naomi Beardsley, Maxine Taylor and Jean Maudsley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leland and Addie Taylor; granddaughter, Jessica Garner; brother, Ronald Taylor and son-in-law, Dale Michael.

Funeral services were Thursday (March 14, 2002) at Baird-Newton Funeral Home, Lapeer. The Rev. Chong Y. Won officiated. Burial was in Stiles cemetery, Lapeer

Ervin Roy

Ervin Erv Roy, 72, of Imlay City, died Tuesday (March 12, 2002) at Lapeer Regional Hospital.
He was born April 12, 1929, in Imlay City, to Henry and Ida (Nolen) Sr.
He lived most of his life in California. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was active with the Imlay City Historical Museum.
He is survived by his brothers, John (Doris Winnie) Roy of Imlay City and Edward Roy of Socorro, New Mexico; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Roseanna Walker; brothers, Henry Roy, Jr. and William Roy.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Ann Duncan, 65, of Columbiaville (formerly of the Marine City), died Tuesday (March 12, 2002).
She was born June 11, 1936, in Warren, to Wright and Velma (Beamer) Tharret. She married Herman Skip H. Duncan Sr. in Marine City on Sept. 14, 1957.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She especially enjoyed being involved with her grandchildren's lives.
She is survived by her husband, Herman Skip Duncan Sr. of Columbiaville; children, Herman (Janet) Duncan Jr., of Imlay City, Cory (Frank) Haley of Georgia, Tina (Todd) Myers of Oxford, Nan (Ken) Butterfield of Columbiaville, Greg Duncan of Lapeer and Eric (Dawn) Duncan of Columbiaville; 19 grandchildren; and siblings, Robert (Alice) Tharret of Smith Creek and Irene Bridges fo Smith Creek.
She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Duncan in 1991 and her parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
Funeral services were Saturday (March 16, 2002) at Immaculate Conception Church, Lapeer. The Rev. Janusz Iwan officiated. Burial was in Mount Loretto cemetery, Lapeer.

Kathleen E. Blake, 40, of Brown City (formerly of Warren), died Tuesday (March 12, 2002).
She was born July 12, 1961, in Akron, Ohio, to Walter and Marlen (Hamilton) Blake.
She enjoyed horseback riding, swimming, snorkeling, dancing and adored little children.
She is survived by her lifemate, Martha Blake of Brown City; parents, Walter and Marlen Blake of Ypsilanti; step-daughter, Jeannie Bohley of Fraser; grandson, Raymond Willard Jr.; siblings, Gerald McClellan Jr. of Waterford, Dawn Danczenko of Alaska, Michael McClellan of New Mexico, Matthew (Sheila) McClellan of Pontiac, Colleen (Carl) McDonald of Metamora, Kevin (Jessica) Blake of Burton; cousins, Carolyn Coppy, Shirley Burgey; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Friday (March 15, 2002) at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. The Rev. Ken Bracken officiated. Burial was in Mount Hope cemetery, Lapeer.
