Wanda Lou Kitchen
Wanda Lou Kitchen, 67, of Marlette passed away Friday, November 6, 1998 at her residence following a long illness.
Survivors include her husband, Howard Kitchen of Marlette; a son, Dr. Albert Kitchen of Deckerville; two daughters and son-in-laws, Diane (Ernest) Tomlins of California and Renee (Garland) McPeters, California; eight grandchildren, Albert Kitchen, Jason Kitchen, Timothy Tomlins, Jill Fischer, Kelly Fischer, Alika McPeters, Elizabeth McPeters and Emily McPeters; a sister and brother-in-law, Jerie and Mike Morrison; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Anita F. Fischer who passed away September 18, 1985.
A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, November 12, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Marlette. Interment will follow at the Kingston cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Huron Memorial Hospital Friends for Life Hospice, 1100 South Van Dyke, Bad Axe, Michigan, 48413.

Raymond E. Knaggs
Raymond E. Knaggs, 86, of Marlette, passed away Monday, November 9, 1998 at Medilodge of Yale, Michigan.
He is survived by his wife, Ola Jean of Marlette; three sons, Thomas and Shirley Knaggs of Lum, Michigan, Gene and Mary Knaggs of Elkton, Michigan and Mike and Sandy Knaggs of Orfordville, WI.; a daughter, Marlene and George Lazar of Attica, Michigan; a sister, Eleanor Farnham of Vassar, Michigan; a sister-in-law, Edith Knaggs of Caro, Michigan; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thomas.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, November 12, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel, Marlette with Rev. Mark Nieman officiating. Interment was at Marlette cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Marlette District Library.
George Kenneth Brown
George Kenneth Brown, 66, passed away at his residence on November 12, 1998.
Surviving besides his wife, Lois, are three sons and their wives, Wendell and Linda Brown, Birch Run, Michigan, Mark and Cyndi Brown, South Carolina and Scott and Lisa Brown, Saginaw; three granddaughters, Corine, Christine and Kathleen; two grandsons, Andrew and Zachary; and two brothers and their wives, Alan and Peggy Brown of California and James and Mary Brown of Marlette.
Funeral services were conduced Saturday, November 14, 1998 at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens Chapel. Michael Sousa officiated with entombment in Eastlawn Mausoleum.

Patricia Ann North, 63, of Brown City, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 1998 in Marlette.
She is survived by one son, Kevin (Tami) North of Brown City; two daughters, Cynthia (Marlow) McCready of Melvin and Cheryl (Jerome) Lewis of Marlette; four grandchildren, Nathan, Samantha, Brittany and Katelyn; two step-grandchildren, Todd and Erick; her mother, Mrs. Lena Howard of Marlette; two brothers, Warren (Wendy) Howard of Minneapolis, MN. and Karl (Marilyn) Howard of Marlette; two sisters, Lois (Bruce) MacRae of Cass City and Karen (Roger) Thomessen of Springfield, Missouri; a mother-in-law, Helen Lucille North; and a sister-in-law, Mary Helen (Richard) Alhgren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Baron.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 31 at the Carman Funeral Home in Brown City with Rev. James Case, pastor of Bethel Church, officiaiting. Interment was at Marlette cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Gideons or Bethel Church.
Harold W. Dickerson
Harold W. Dickerson, 66, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 1998 at the Lapeer Regional Hospital in Lapeer.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; a son, Harold Dickerson Jr. of Silverwood; two daughters, Tanya and Daniel Friend of Holly, Michigan and Rebecca and Michael Hauxwell of Silverwood; two grandsons, Daniel Friend of Holly and Adam Hauxwell of Silverwood; and a sister, Mary and Louis Hatfield of Kingston.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Vienna Cotter.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, November 6, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette with the Rev. Ron Hutchinson officiating. Interment was in West Burlington cemetery, Silverwood.
Casketbearers included Brian Summerset, Tracy D'Arcy, Kevin Turner, Todd Rose, James Bader and Richard Hauxwell.
Memorials may be given to the Silverwood United Methodist Church.

Rose C. Kasik
Rose C. Kasik, 89, a homemaker, passed away Thursday, November 5, 1998 at the Marlette Extended Care Facility in Marlette.
She is survived by three daughters, Dolores and Vincent Fantauzzo of Kingston, Jeanette and Steve Zagar of Kingston and Madelyn and Edgar Osteen of Ocala, Florida; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; one brother; and four sisters.
Cremation has taken place at the Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City, Michigan.
A private memorial service will be held at the Calvary cemetery in Midland at a later date.
Memorials may be given to the Marlette Extended Care Facility.

Florence M. Fulcher
Florence M. Fulcher, 94, a homemaker, passed away Saturday, October 31, 1998 at Fisher Convalescent Home in Mayville, Michigan.
She is survived by two daughters, Melva and Ralph Davidson of Madison, GA. and Jane Ann and Frank Fielder of Lima, OH.; three grandchildren: and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl: her parents, John and Cassie Hager; brothers, Kent, Carl and Donald Hager; and a sister, Beatrice Hether.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Marlette Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph Davidson and Rev. Mark Nieman officiating. Interment will be at the Marlette cemetery.
Acting casketbearers include Beryle Hager, Robert Hager, Paul Stevens, Jack Hager, Verlin Morgan and Ray Clendenan.
Visitation will be at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Memorials may be given to the donation of choice.
