Councilor moved out in 1903, the home was owned by John McGill and Thomas Wilson. Between the years 1924 and 1926 the second floor of the three story home served as the Marlette Hospital. Town residents stayed at the hospital to have children and even undergone surgery. The Storey’s purchased the home in 1951. They also developed a five-acre seven home subdivision behind their home. The subdivision’s only street bears their name “Storey Drive”.
