WILLIAM "BILL" E. ANDREWS
Age 75, of Marine City, died Jan. 30, 2001. Mr. Andrews was retired from Bridges Jewelry Store, Marine City, served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II and was a member of the Marine City United Methodist Church and the Marine City Rotary Club. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughters, Susan Steinmetz of Maryland and Kathryn Patrick of East China; sons, William Jr. and Steven, both of Marine City; eight grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Maggio, Barb David and Lois Ferris; and brothers, Tim and Dick. Services were held in Marine City United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Donna J. Osterhout officiating. Cremation has taken place with burial in Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements were made by Bower-Rose Funeral Home, Marine City. Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
LENA F. DECAUSSIN
Age 53, of Algonac, died Feb. 1, 2001. Mrs. Decaussin was a member of the St. Catherine's Ladies Guild. She is survived by her husband, Charles Sr.; daughters, Sheryl Teschler and Judy Kers; sons, Charles Decaussin Jr. and Jim Michon; mother, Francis Terrasi; and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her father, Jack Terrasi; brothers, Angelo, Carl and Jackie Terrasi; and sister, Rose Socia. Services were held in Gilbert Funeral Home, followed by Mass in St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Algonac, with the Rev. Wallace officiating. Burial was in Oaklawn cemetery.
WAYNE R. THIBODEAU
Age 58, of Memphis, died Jan. 19, 2001. Mr. Thibodeau was co-owner of John Wayne Builders in Memphis. He is survived by his wife, Karen Sue; sons, Wayne of Sandusky and Thomas of Goodells; daughter, Wendy Sue Schneider of Wales Township; brothers, Lawrence of Richmond and John of Memphis; sisters, Carolyn Carpello of California and Sally of New Baltimore; mother, Blanche of Memphis; and ten grandchildren. Services were held in Kammeraad Funeral Home, Memphis, with the Rev. Dennis Nowicki officiating. Burial was in Memphis cemetery. JOHN "JACK" G. GRAY
Age 87, of Port Huron, died Jan. 30, 2001. Mr. Gray was owner and founder of Gray Sign Service, and was a member of First Congregational Church, Moose Lodge 158, BPOE Lodge 343, and Port Huron Power Squadron. He is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Stabenow of North Street and Joan Smith of Port Huron; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Arlene Gray and Doris Swackhamer, both of Marysville. He was predeceased by his wives, Gladys, Ernestine and Ada; sisters, Florence Lockman and Dorothy Denby; and brothers, Archie, Don and Eugene Gray. Services were held in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home, Port Huron, with the Rev. Gary Aupperle of Colonial Woods Missionary Church, officiating. Burial was in Riverlawn cemetery, Marysville. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society or to the donor's choice.
CHARLOTTE ANN AHLES
Age 72, of St. Clair, died Jan. 28, 2001. Mrs. Ahles was survived by her husband, Harry; sons, Stephen and Andrew; two granddaughters; brother, Walter Suisse of Rose City; sisters, Marilyn Wood of Mio, Joan Charron of St. Clair, Caroline Varty of Grayling and Carol Nichol of Florida. She was predeceased by her sisters, Frances Bending and Elaine Korany; and brother, James Suisse. Services were held in St. Mary's Church, St. Clair, with the Rev. Edward Ritter officiating. MARY E. OLDS
Age 87, of St. Clair, died Jan. 27, 2001. Mrs. Olds was retired from Chrysler Corporation, Marysville, and was a member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her six nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence; and sister, Evelyn Kukulka. Services were held in L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home. Burial was in Riverlawn cemetery. BEULAH ANNE SIEMEN
Age 95, of Marysville, died Jan. 29, 2001. Mrs. Siemen was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church. She is survived by her sons, John "Jack" and Gerald, both of Marysville, Richard of St. Clair, Raymond of Colorado, and Robert of Lexington; daughters, Rita Simmons of Florida and Audrey DeNardin of Bloomfield Hills; 31 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchidren. She was predeceased by her husband, John; son, Charles; and daughter, Eileen Reardon. Services were held in St. Christopher Church with the Rev. Arthur Baranowski officiating. Arrangements were made by Marysville Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Christopher Catholic Church or Blue Water Hospice.
THERESA "MA" OKE
Age 75, of Sparta, died Jan. 29, 2001. Mrs. Oke is survived by her sons, Ralph Jr. and Ron, both of Rockford and Rick of Conklin; daughters, LuAnn of Rockford, Patricia Campbell of Sparta, Betty Sleight of Trufant and Sandra Speek of Cedar Springs; 25 grandchildren; 15 grat-grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Fern of Warren and Margaret Nicolai of St. Clair. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley; one grandson; and brothers, Joseph, Buck, Bill and John. Services were held in Pederson Funeral Home, Rockford, with the Rev. Wayne Wheeler officiating. ANDREW ROBELLI
Age 44, resident of Clinton Township, died July 11, 2005 in Petosky, Michigan. He was born November 14, 1960 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Co-owner of "Making Waves Pool & Spa" in Lennox Square Mall. He is survived by his wife, Kandice (nee Diamond); step-children, Paige, Gary Benoit; parents, John and Ada Robelli; siblings, John, Carl (Sue), Ann (Mike) Miller and Ada (Chris) Mielke; uncle of many; son-in-law of Martina and the late Charles Diamond. He is predeceased by siblings: Mark, Joseph and Nancy. Funeral mass was at St. Thecla Church in Clinton Township. Fr. Gary officiated. Burial was at Resurrection cemetery in Clinton Township and visitation was held at The Sterling Heights Chapel of Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home.
GEORGE CLAYTON MOE
Age 82, a 20 year resident of Chesterfield, died July 15, 2005 in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Clinton Township. He was born July 30, 1922 in Tilbury, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Moe is survived by his wife of 45 years, Frances; sisters, Geraldine Nead of Delaware, Ontario and Thelma Nead of Blen eim, Ontario and predeceased by siblings, Arnold, Stewart and Opella Reardon. A memorial service will be held July 23 at 12 noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 49655 Jefferson, Chesterfield. Arrangements were made by Gendernalik Funeral Home, Inc., 35259 23 Mile Rd., New Baltimore.
GERALD RICHARD LOVELAND
Age 72, born May 9, 1993, died June 1, 2005, at his home with his companion Mildred Kennel Schwab. Surviving are his five daughters, Clara Mae (Lee) Sweet, Agnes Martha (Jim) Van Noller, Geraldine Mona (Larry) Streight, Victoria Ann (Floyd) Hollenbeck, Denise Jeanne (Douglas) Oles; son Richard Wayne Loveland, eight grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Betty Mae Kennel. Burial in Rosedale Memorial Park, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
TERRY LYNN HEPBURN
Age 52, a 20 year resident of Clay Township, died July 10, 2005 in Mt. Clemens General Hospital. She is survived by her husband, James; sons, Michael Hepburn of New Baltimore, Matthew Hepburn of Algonac; siblings, Linda (Ken) Hackett of Sarasota, Florida, Michael (Kathy) Staebler of Dexter, and Margo (Jeff) Sindlinger of Grass Lake. VIRGINIA LOZEN
Age 86 of Algonac died June 25, 2005 in St. Johns River District Hospital. She was born October 12, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan. She is survived by daughter, Joyce (Alger) Marsden; granddaughters, Dawn (Tom) Kreusel, Vicki (Tony) Mauk; great-grandchildren, Joey Kreusel, Nikki Kreusel. Services were held at St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac. Fr. Tim Birney officiating. Visitation was at Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.
