She was born May 3, 1936 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Jacob Wilson Jenkins and the late Eleanor Jenkins (nee Pletzer).
She was a homemaker and a manicurist. She loved shopping, dancing and oil painting.
Devoted Mother of Susan Dawn Hunt and her husband Walter Richard of New Windsor.
Dear sister of Marlene McCarthy of PA and the late Betty Alfred.
Loving grandmother of Christopher Richard Hunt and Shannon Dawn Hunt.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday August 10, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield, (Beside South Carroll High School) with the Pastor William Hunt officiating.
Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD

Albert J. Razgaitis, age 87, Of Eldersburg, formerly of Lutherville, died Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Westminster Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center, Westminster .
He was born January 14, 1918 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Carl and Mary Razgaitis.
He was a self-employed painter.
He was the husband of Rosabell U. Razgaitis (nee Dill) of Eldersburg
He was the father of Barbara Ann, Donald A., and Steven J. Razgaitis.
Also survived by 4 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Albert L Buckingham, 84 of Winfield, MD, died Tuesday February 1, 2005 at his home with family.
He was married
for 58 years to Ruth Hoff Buckingham.
Mr. Buckingham was born October 22, 1920 in Winfield, MD the son of the late Willie Fenton Buckingham and late Carrie Leatherwood Buckingham.
Mr. Buckingham was a former farmer and retired from Congoleum Industries in 1983 after 23 ½ years. He was an active member of Salem United Methodist Church in Winfield. He was a 40 year Charter Member of Winfield Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Carroll County Fire Police.
Surviving besides his wife are son and daughter-in-law A. Wayne and Faye Buckingham of Frederick . Son: Galen Buckingham of Winfield. Daughter and Son-in-law Ruthann and Ernie Pittinger of Winfield. Grandson: Bryan Pittinger and wife Evie of Elizabethtown, PA . Granddaughter: Stacy Baxter and husband Stephen of Frederick.
Sister and brother-in-law Thelma and Charles Mann of Westminster, Sister-in-law Ethel Buckingham of Eldersburg. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by Sisters: Myrtle Muller, Edith Deardorff, Rosa Crumbacker, Brothers: Chester Buckingham and Floyd Buckingham.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday February 5, 2005 2:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A., 1212 West Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 .
Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 3 PM until 9 PM. There will be a Memorial Service at 7:00 PM by the Winfield Volunteer Fire Department.

Albert W. Selby, 85, of Eldersburg, died Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at Continuum Care Rehabilitation Center in Sykesville.
Born December 25, 1919 in Eldersburg, he was a life-long resident of Carroll County . He was the son of the late Bessie and William Walters and was the adopted son of his maternal grand-parents, Alice and Albert O. Selby of Eldersburg. He was the husband of Joan Candy, whom he married
in 1997. He was previously married
for 50 years to the late Jean Hoffman Selby.
He is survived by two sons, Lester Selby of Eldersburg and Stephen Selby and his wife Kathleen of Westminster. He is also survived by four stepsons William Candy and his wife Brenda of South Carolina, Robert Candy and his wife Donna of Cumberland, Richard Candy and his wife Joann of Westminster, David Candy of Freeport, N.Y., and two stepdaughters, Kathleen May and husband Richard of Arnold, and Susan Candy of Eldersburg. He was predeceased by and adopted sister, Elva Alexander.
He joined his family’s construction business in 1936 before going into business for himself operating a gasoline station and also becoming an automobile dealer.
He was a dedicated worker for the Republican Party in Carroll County ever since his youth, joining the Young Republican Club as a teenager. He was a member of the Republican Central Committee for four years. He was active in community activities, volunteering at his church, Wesley Freedom Methodist Church, for many years, and also at the Carroll County Farm Museum . He helped establish and worked with The Carroll County Wine Festival. He was one of the founders of the Eldersburg Improvement Association.
He served as a member of the Carroll County Board of Zoning Appeals 1979 to 1985 and was a Judge of the Orphans Court from 1985-1998.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church, 961 Johnsville Road, Eldersburg, with the Rev. Richard McCullough of Wesley Freedom U.M. Church in Eldersburg officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Alexander A. “Al” Bibeau, age 65, of Owings Mills, died Sunday February 20, 2005 at his home.
He was born December 31, 1939 in Holyoke, Massachusetts, the son of the late Alexander Bibeau and the late Blanche Bibeau (nee Labonte).
He was a Senior Materials Scientist at Sweetheart/Solo Cup Co. He enjoyed Home improvement projects. He enjoyed reading, golfing and poolside get together.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 45 years, the former Kathie Kennedy Bibeau.
He is also survived by 3 sons, Alan, Richard and Kevin Bibeau; Sister Claire Thibeault, brothers Donat and Frederick Bibeau, grandchildren, Ryan, Sean, Danielle, Nicole and Alex Bibeau, as well as several nieces and nephews and loved as a grandfather by Megan and Ryan Cahill.

Ambrose Robert “Beau” Cremen, Jr. age 64. of Marriottsvile, died at his home on Tuesday November 22, 2005
He was born November 25, 1940 in Baltimore, MD the son of Dorothy A. Cremen (nee Swach) of Pikesville and the late Ambrose Robert Cremen, Sr.
He was the Beloved husband of Mary S. Cremen (nee Smith) for 37 years.
He was a 1958 graduate from Calvert Hall. He was in the US Air Force from 1961-1964. He was a Retired Supervisor/Analyst at Social Security Administration. He was a lifetime member of the Randallstown Optimist Club. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating and family activities.
He was the father of Mary Colleen Cremen of Cockeysville and Joseph Robert Cremen and fiancé Ita Merles of Eldersburg.
Brother of Catherine M. Trently, Richard E. Cremen, Dorothy A. Rankin, Matthew J. Cremen, Mary Ann Lord and the late Jane F. Cole.
Survived by many in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral Liturgy (MASS) will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Road, Eldersburg on Monday November 28, 2005 at 12:00 noon with Fr. Pat Tonry officiating.
Interment Druid Ridge cemetery, Pikesville.

Annie Florene Shipley (nee Schellar), age 95, of Thurmont, died Wednesday July 27, 2005 at her son’s Raymond and Kenneth Shipley and grandson William J. Shipley’s home.
She was born April 12, 1910 in Carroll County, Maryland the daughter of the late Jessie Edward Schellar and the late Annie Bart Schellar.
She was a homemaker.
Mother of Millard S. Shipley of Woodbine, Robert E. Shipley of Keymar, Raymond D. and Kenneth L. Shipley both of Thurmont and the late Edna F. Shipley.
Sister of the late Carrie Crumbacker, Reinee Criswell, Ruth Dayhoff, Evelyn Reaver, and Charles Schellar; predeceased by all.
Also survived by grandson William J. Shipley whom lived with her, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
