Routhier, 2 daughters Linda M. Bean and Jo-Anne Ouimette, a brother William Barnett, her former husband George Routhier Sr., and 7 grandchildren. Of Easthampton, June 25, 2003, Kathleen M. Phillips 48, of 4 Winter Street. She is survived by her sister Ruth E. Tickner, a half brother Michael Phillips and a half sister Joyce Degnan, four cousins Marylyn Holt, Patricia Judd, John Shaw, Jr., and David Shaw, and her aunt Marion Shaw. CONSTANTINE
Of Wakefield, NH, Harold E. Constantine, Sr., of Whippoorwill Rd., died Wednesday June 25, 2003 at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born in Bangor, ME. December 21, 1924 the son of Frank and Elsie (Pinkham) Constantine. Frank was a Career Veteran, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force. He was in the Underwater Demolition Corps of the Marines during World War II. He was a graduate of NH College in 1969. He served on Project Greenhouse, early Atomic Testing, also in Air Weather Service as a Flight Engineer on weather missions in Guam and the South Pacific. He retired in 1966 at Pease Air Force Base where he had been a member of a combat ready crew serving with the Strategic Air Command. He and his family lived in Dover from 1962 to 1986, and a Wakefield resident since 1986. Harold had also worked as a Real Estate Broker and he was a member of the D.A.V. Members of the family include his wife, Grace H. (Baxter) Constantine, his sons, Harold E. Constantine, Jr. of San Diego, CA, and Robert L. Constantine of Ossipee, NH, his two daughters, Kristen (Mrs. Robert) Coz of Rochester and Sandra E. Constantine of Northampton, MA. His 8 grandchildren, Jennifer and Jonathan Constantine of Strafford, VA, Jessica Constantine of NY, NY, Brooks and Brady Constantine of Dover, NH, Benjamin Constantine of Ossipee, Dylan and Sydney Cox of Rochester also survive him. Mary A. (Poreda) Lefebvre, 59, of Rock Valley Road, Holyoke, died Friday at the Holyoke Hospital. She was born in Holyoke, August 7, 1943, the daughter of the late Edward and Pearl (Quinlan) Poreda. She was educated in the Holyoke schools and a graduate of the Holyoke High School, Class of 1961. Mrs. Lefebvre was employed for several years at the Hampden County Employment and Training Consortium in Springfield. Previously she was employed at the Shawmut Bank in Springfield. Mrs. Lefebvre also owned and operated a tax preparation business, for many years. She leaves her daughter Dawn M. Demarey of Greenfield and her son Mark D. Lefebvre of Freetown, MA. Her three brothers James D. Poreda of South Hadley, Michael J. Poreda and Raymond P. Poreda both of Holyoke, her 2 sisters Pearl C. Poreda of Holyoke and Frances A. Crankright of Chicopee. One grandson, several nieces and nephews. A daughter Deborah A. Lefebvre died in 1973 and a grandson Thomas J. Demarey died in 1997. Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10am at the O'BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 17 Clark Street, Easthampton, followed by burial in the St. Jerome's Cemetery in Holyoke. SOKOP
Jane Maloney Sokop, 88, of Pittsfield, died Wednesday morning, June 18, at her home after a short illness. Born in Troy, August 28, 1914, the daughter of John and Margaret Gilligan Mahoney, she was a graduate of Catholic Central High School in Troy and the Troy Business School. Primarily a homemaker, she has been employed at the Watervliet Arsenal prior to her marriage. From 1966 to 1970, she was employed at Berkshire Community College as Secretary of the Dean of Administration. Mrs. Sokop was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Parish and did volunteer work there. She enjoyed knitting and crafts, and loved being with her family and friends. Mrs. Sokop leaves her husband, Henry G. Sokop, with whom she would have celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on June 26. She also leaves three sons, Lawrence H. Sokop of Holyoke, Gerard J. Sokop of Hatfield, and Thomas G. Sokop of Pittsfield; two daughters, Patricia J. Babineau of Meriden, Connecticut and Margaret M. Winslow of Dalton; 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Another son, Peter J. Sokop died on February 3, 1999. Funeral services for Mrs. Sokop will be held Saturday, June 21 at 8:15am, from DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME, Dalton followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9am at St. Agnes Church, celebrated by Rev. Christopher A. Malatesta, Pastor. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. CALLING HOURS WILL BE FRIDAY FROM 4PM-7PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME. DUNN
Mr. Jeremiah 'Gerald' A. Dunn, 83, of 2 Drake Lane, Holyoke, retired Superintendent of the Mt. Tom State Reservation, died Tuesday at the Holyoke Hospital. Born in Holyoke, son of the late Joseph E. and Catherine (Griffin) Dunn. Educated in Sacred Heart schools. He retired from the Mt. Tom Reservation in 1981. He was a Veteran of World War II, serving from 1942-1946 as a T-5. The US Army was in New Guinea and the Philippines during World War II with the 31st Infantry Dixie Division. He was a Communicant of Holy Cross Church. He leaves his wife, Elaine (Browhell) Dunn, one son, Jamie Dunn of Holyoke, two daughters, Ellie Dunn Murphy and Katie Fern both of Holyoke. Six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one brother, John F. Dunn of Holyoke. He was predeceased by a brother Joseph Dunn and a sister Mary Hynds. He leaves several nieces and nephews. PASZKO
Stephen Paszko, 90, of Pequot Road, Southampton, died after a brief illness on Saturday, June 14th at Holyoke Hospital.
For over sixty years he operated a vegetable and flower farm in Southampton.
He sold his produce to local retailers such as Big Y, Agway, Hadley Garden Center, Fruit Fair, and Big E.
He leaves his beloved wife of 64 years, Genevieve (Sypek) Paszko, three daughters, Emily Fitzgerald, and her husband John of Southampton, Joan Rush and her husband Thomas of Southampton, and Shirley Anop and her husband Victor of Chicopee.
Also, he leaves 7 grandchildren: John Fitzgerald, Karen Fitzgerald, Lynn Berthiaume, Tara Blondin, Robert Rush, Terence Rush and Katrina Anop.
In addition, he leaves 4 great grandchildren and a cousin, Henry Paszko of Lancaster.
The funeral will take place from the CZELUSNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 145 Maple Street, Holyoke, Wednesday June 18, 2003, at 9:15am with Mass at 10am at Mater Dolorosa Church.
Burial will be in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery, South Hadley, MA.

Beatriz Harms, 75, of the Harms-Hickman family, died unexpectedly on June 5, 2003.
Beatriz had been a long time resident of Oranjestad, Aruba and loved visiting her family in New England, especially during the fall.
Beatriz was born on January 30, 1928 in Curacao, Netherlands-Antilles.
She died of complications due to diabetes and was buried on June 9, 2003 in the Protestant Cemetery in Aruba.
Beatriz leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Clyde R. Harms, two daughters, Ruth Harms and family Stephen, Sarah and Rachel Hickman of Amherst, and Donna Harms Hansen and family of Andover, MA, and son Russell Harms and family of Aruba.

Evelyn Popielarczyk, 84, formerly of 75 Parsons Street, Easthampton, died Tuesday June 10 in East Longmeadow.
She was born November 1, 1918 in Easthampton.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church of Easthampton.
Surviving is her beloved sister Anne DiPietro of Springfield, and her cherished nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Thursday morning June 12 at 8:45am in the MITCHELL FUNERAL HOME, 15 Park Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Sacred Heart Church at 9:30am.
