Suzanne Link, 55
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Suzanne (Salo) Link, 55, a former Cape resident, died Jan. 29, 2001, of thyroid cancer.
She was the wife of George Link.
Mrs. Link was a 1962 graduate of Barnstable High School.
She worked as a hairdresser until 1970. She was a flight attendant for Pan-Am until 1991, and also worked as a Realtor.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother and stepfather, Gloria Karkam and Calvin Karkam of Marstons Mills; and her father, Henry Salo Sr. of Davie.

Anjelina R. Ramirez, 48
Hyannis - Anjelina R. Ramirez, 48, of Hyannis, died Jan. 22, 2001, at her home following a sudden illness.
Ms. Ramirez was born in Havre, Mont., and was raised there and on Cape Cod. She later settled in Hyannis and was a graduate of Barnstable High School in 1972.
Ms. Ramirez was fond of her family and had a special interest in children and in animals. She was known for her sense of humor and was proud of her Mexican-American Indian heritage. She enjoyed music, reading and her time living near Hyannis Harbor with its constant activity.
She was a member of the Audubon Society and a strong supporter of women's social issues. She was an active volunteer for the Good Samaritans and at Independence House in Hyannis.
Surviving are her mother, Mae (Cash) Ramirez of South Yarmouth; a brother, Ronald Ramirez of West Yarmouth; three sisters, Nancy Mauch of Gillette, Wyo., Rita Seaman of Marstons Mills, and Barbara Simcoe of Corvallis, Ore.; and many nieces and nephews.

John J. Rielly, 92
Barnstable - John J. Rielly, 92, a resident of Barnstable, died Jan. 29, 2001, at the Cape Regency Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Centerville.
He was the husband of Dorothy M. (Jones) Rielly, who died in December. They were married for 70 years.
Born in Boston, Mr. Rielly was raised in Canada by his grandmother. He then returned to Boston, where he met his wife and raised a family.
Mr. Rielly and his family later moved to the Cape and he worked at Cape Cod Hospital as a baker, retiring after 23 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith A. Cahoon of Barnstable and Dorothy Joan Dunnells of Fort Mills, S.C.; a son, John R. Rielly of Mashpee; a sister, Mary Jacoby of South Weymouth; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Dorothy M. Small, 89
Hyannis - Dorothy M. (Small) Small, 89, a lifelong Cape resident, died Jan. 26, 2001, at her home.
She was the wife of the late Joseph W. Small.
Mrs. Small was born in Brockton and raised in Harwich.
A homemaker, she sang at the Osterville Baptist Church and was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Hyannis.
Surviving are two sons, Richard W. of Hyannis and Donald J. of La Connor, Wash.; two grandchildren; two nieces and a nephew; a grandniece and a grandnephew.

Jean F. 'Hubbard' Young, 80
West Hyannisport - Jean F. "Hubbard" Young, 80, of West Hyannisport, died Feb. 1, 2001, at the Island Terrace Nursing Home in Lakeville after a long illness.
She was the wife of Norman G. Young who died in 1985.
Mrs. Young was born in Dedham and educated in Roslindale. She was a 1938 graduate of Girls Latin School in Boston and a graduate of Burdett Secretarial School in Boston.
Mrs. Young lived in Roslindale and West Roxbury for many years, as well as in North Carver before moving to the Cape in 1972.
Mrs. Young was a secretary for several years for the Jackson & Moreland Engineering Co. of Boston. She worked for more than 30 years at the Kingston Animal Hospital.
She also worked for 12 years after she retired at the Hoyts Cinema Co. in Hyannis.
Mrs. Young was a member of Plymouth Chapter No. 163 Order of Eastern Star and a past mother adviser of Plymouth Rainbow Assembly No. 86.
She served as an active board member of the Middleboro Rainbow Assembly, was a former Boy Scout troop leader in Carver, a member of the Hyannis Senior Citizens and a member of the American Association of Retired Persons.
Her hobbies and interests included gardening, skiing, nature, piano playing and Scrabble.
Surviving are four daughters, Linda Jean Paquin of Brockton, Laura D. Andrade of Whitman, Lorraine E. Martin of North Carver, and Leila R. Milley of Franklin; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Genevieve Anzalone, 75
West Yarmouth - Genevieve (Zelinsky) Anzalone, 75, a resident of West Yarmouth, died Feb. 5, 2001, at Hospice House in Barnstable after an illness.
She was the wife of Thomas J. Anzalone, who died in 1964.
Born, raised and educated in Wilkesbarre, Pa., Mrs. Anzalone moved to New York City and worked at the Palace Theater for many years for Arlene Francis.
After her marriage in 1947, she settled in New York City and opened a luncheonette in Astoria, N.Y., which she operated for many years.
She moved to Cape Cod and settled in West Yarmouth. She worked for the Sheraton Tara in Hyannis at the Tara Health Club until retiring in 1998.
Mrs. Anzalone loved quahoging and working in her garden. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Hyannis.
Surviving are a daughter, Patricia J. Christensen of Hyannis; a brother, Michael Zelinsky of Paramus, N.J.; a sister, Nellie Gaudreau of Nottingham, N.H.; a grandchild; a great-grandchild; and her close friend, Alice Hansen of West Yarmouth, with whom she shared her home.
She was also the mother of the late Richard Anzalone.

Nancy Shaw Blasetti, 49
Hyannis - Nancy (Keeton) Shaw Blasetti, 49, who was active in several community organizations, died Feb. 4, 2001, at her home.
She was the wife of William Blasetti.
Born and raised in Worcester, Mrs. Blasetti was a 1969 graduate of Burncoat High School. She received a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Massachusetts in 1973.
Mrs. Blasetti graduated from MassBankers School of Banking in 1979 and from the National School of Finance and Management at Fairfield University in 1987. She also attended many other bank courses and programs.
She was the vice president of human resources and an officer of the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank.
Her memberships included Bankers Professional Network, Savings Bank Human Resources State Committee, Brewster Board of Trade, Cape Cod Human Resources Association and Cape Cod Ski Club. She was director of Big Brothers/Big Sisters from 1987 to 1990, vice chairman of Brewster Finance Committee from 1988 to 1993 and director of Harwich Junior Theatre from 1996 to 2001.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Annette (Ethier) Keeton; a brother, John Keeton of Shrewsbury; and two nephews.

Ruth Norma Bond, 76
Centerville - Ruth Norma Bond, 76, died Jan. 31, 2001, at the Cape Cod Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
She was the wife of the late Borden Bond.
Born in Norwood, she and her husband had been West Hyannisport residents since 1963.
Mrs. Bond is survived by a son, Edward Bond of Vero Beach, Fla., and Hyannis; a daughter, Candice Psichopaidas of Huntington, Conn.; two sisters, Florence Holman of Norwood and Magda Larson of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
