Worcester - Crispin A. Zamora, 74, of 35 Elliot Street and Miami, Florida, a former machine worker, died Friday May 31st in Worcester Medical Center at St. Vincent Hospital, after a short illness.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Maria M. (Gomez) Zamora; five daughters, Vincenta Torna, Belkys Alvarez, Ivonne Zamorra, Marilyn Fernandez, and Yamiles Zamora, all of Miami Florida; fourteen grandchildren including Erik P. Torna of Belchertown who was one of his primary caregivers; 1 great-grandson; nieces and nephews; A son, Roberto Zamora and siblings Maria, Eraelio and Carlo Zamora all died before him. He was born in Cruces, Las Villa, Cuba, son of the late Alfredo and Bacila (Hernandez) Zamora and moved to the United States in 1971 living most of his life in Miami.
Mr. Zamora worked as a machine operator for Phalo-Beldon Corporation for many years, retiring in 1988.
The funeral will service will be held at 10:00AM Tuesday, June 4th in The Arthur S. Manzi & Son Funeral Home & Garden Chapel, (www.manzifuneralhome.com) 179 Shrewsbury Street. Interment will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting hours are 5-8PM Monday June 3rd at the funeral home.

Anna M. (Bisceglia) Caffone, 91 of 59 Merrifield St.died Thursday August 15, in the UMass Memorial Hospital, Memorial Campus after brief illness. She is survived by her husband Of 59 Years, Frank J.Caffone; a son Francis J.Caffone of Worcester, two grandchldren, nephews and nieces. Three brothers, Matteo, Domenic, and Pasquale Bisceglia, and two sisters Mary Giannino, and Josephine Goguen, all predeceased her. She was born in Worcester daughter of Vincenzo and Christina(Palumbo) Bisceglia, and lived here all her life.
Mrs. Caffone enjoyed being a Homemaker
She was a member of Our Lady of Mt Carmel - St. Ann Church.

Worcester - Francis J. "Frank" Rossi, 75, of 14 Leon Street, an avid Cleveland Indians baseball fan, died Sunday, Decemebr 1st in Worcester Medical Center at St. Vincent Hospital after a long illness.
He leaves three nephews, John F. Rossi of Lexington, John "Jack" Healy of Sterling, and John Ross of Ventura, CA; three nieces, Christine Deweis and Kathleen West, both of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Margaret Landry of Jefferson, MA; many grand nieces and grand nephews; Three brothers, Harold F. Rossi, John "Jack" Ross, Robert V. Rossi and a sister, Gloria Healy all died before him. He was born in Worcester son of John F. and Rose (Pessalano) Rossi. He graduated from Commerce High School and New England School of Accounting.
Mr. Rossi was terminal and sales manager for Consolidated Freight Ways, P.I.E. Trucking Co., and Transcom Company, retiring in many years ago.
He was a member of Pope John XXIII Knights of Columbus; former member of the ITAM Club; He was nicknamed "Feet Rossi" for he was a pitcher in many Worcester Area Baseball leagues and an avid Cleveland Indian baseball fan.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, December 5, in The Garden Chapel of The Arthur S. Manzi & Son Funeral Home & Garden Chapel, (www.manzifuneralhome.com), 179 Shrewsbury Street. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Entombment will be in Saint John's Cemetery.

Holden - Ann M. (DiMarzio) Dube, 76, of 9 Pinecroft St., formerly of Worcester, longtime cafeteria worker and active member of her church, died Tuesday, December 3 in UMASS Memorial Healthcare, 119 Belmont Street after a short illness.
Her husband of 46 years, Wilfred J. Dube died in 1993. She leaves three sons, Ronald W., Steven P., and David A. Dube, all of Holden; two sisters, Clara L. Magnuson of Worcester and Lena E. Cornacchioli of North Grafton; nieces and nephews; Three brothers, Michael, Anthony and Edward DiMarzio all died before her. She was born in Worcester daughter of the late Giuseppe and Congetta (Stansiland) DiMarzio and moved to Holden in 1970. She graduated from Worcester Girls Trade High School in 1946.
Mrs. Dube was a cafteria worker at the former Shawmut/Worcester County National Bank for over 21 years, retiring in 1990.
She was an active member of The Church of Saint Christopher and an avid bingo player.
The Funeral will be held Friday, December 6, 2002 from The Arthur S. Manzi & Son Funeral Home & Garden Chapel (www.manzifuneralhome.com) with a Mass at 10:00AM in The Church of Saint Christopher, 950 West Boylston Street, Worcester. Interment will be in Notre Dame des Canadiens Cemetery, Worcester.

Shrewsbury - Martha C. (Mantyla) Sbrogna, 79, of 18 Old Mill Road, a registered nurse, died Monday, December 9th in Fairlawn Rehabilitation Center, Worcester, after an illness.
Her husband, Anthony A. Sbrogna died 1991; She leaves a sister, Elvie K.Lantiegne of Auburn; nieces & nephews; grand nieces & grand nephews; She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Bruno and Mary (Wilson) Mantyla and lived many years in Shrewsbury. She graduated from the former Commerce High School and Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing, Boston and attended Worcester State College.
Mrs. Sbrogna was a registered nurse for Dr. Mario Moretti in Shrewsbury for many years, before retiring. She previously had worked for Dr. Pasquale Tomaiolo.
She was a member of The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Ann.

Carol P. Amorello, 39, of 511Grafton Street, and Osterville, died Friday March 7th at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
She leaves her father, John E. Amorello, Sr. of Shrewsbury with whom she lived two sisters, Irene A. Amorello -Whelan of Worcester and Janet L. Amorello of Holden; two brothers, John E. Amorello, Jr. of Shrewsbury and Edward C Amorello of Worcester; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was born in Worcester daughter of the late Louise M. (Paldino)Amorello.and lived in Shrewsbury most of her life.
Miss Amorello was the Vice President of J.E. Amorello Inc. of Worcester for 7 years and was still working at the time of her death. She was a graduate of Holy Name High School and LaSalle College.
She was one of the first participants in the Grace Study at Dana Farber in Boston, on the Genetics of Breast Cancer and also one of the First Patients in the Lead Lymph Node Research Program at UMASS Memorial Hospital. She was an active volunteer and Coordinator for the UMASS Memorial Walk for Cancer. She was a Member of Our Lady Of Mount Carmel-St Ann Church, She was a member and active Volunteer at the Worcester Art Museum and also The Worcester Center For Crafts. She enjoyed travelling, music and fashion.

She leaves her husband of 55 years, Generoso Adimari; three daughters, Nancy Bianco of Worcester, Angela Manieri and Maria Bifano, both of D'Acri, Italy; a sister, Bomina Coffone of Italy; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces & nephews; She was born in San Giacomo D'Acri, Provincia di Cosenza, Italy, daughter of the late Federico and Anunziata (Morone) Grandinetti and moved to Worcester in 1969.
She was a member of The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Ann.

She leaves three sons, Richard A. Novia, Sr., of Barre, Robert L. Novia of Worcester and Michael L. Novia of Leicester; three daughters, Darlene A. Novia, Janet M. Rosa and Michele L. Rosa, all of Worcester; her mother, Janet (Brown) Arachikavitz of Indiana; three brothers, Stanley Arachikavitz of Illnois, Arthur "Skip" and Henry Arachikavitz, both of Indiana; five sisters, Faith Pichette of Grafton, Regina Krekorian of Holden, Patricia Lehto of West Boylston, Barbara Blair of Indiana and Karen Mackie of North Carolina; twenty-one grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces & nephews; A sister, Janet Amador died before her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Henry Arachikavitz and graduated from Commerce High School where she was a cheerleader.
She was a communicant of The Church of Saint Stephen. She enjoyed bingo and the lottery while being a home maker.

She leaves her husband of 36 years, Felix C. "Phil" Palermo of Worcester; a son, Daniel F. Palermo of Worcester; two brothers, John "Jack" and Daniel Sullivan, both of Worcester; one grandchild; nieces and nephews: She was born in Worcester daughter of the late Dennis and Irene (Kelly) Sullivan and graduated from Saint Peter's High School.
Mrs. Palermo worked in the dietary department at Memorial Hospital for many years before retiring.
She was a communicant of The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Ann.

Worcester - Italia D. "Tillie" (Quatela) Gallo, 97, of 33 Alvarado Avenue, died Wednesday, March 19th in Worcester Medical Center at Saint Vincent Hospital after a short illness.
She leaves three sons, Louis C. Gallo, Albert G. Gallo, and Domenic "Tex" Gallo, all of Worcester; a brother, Anthony C. Quatela of Worcester; two sisters, Bella Nolli of Shrewsbury and Raffaela Johnson of Auburn; four grandsons; nieces and nephews; A son, Carmen J. Gallo and a brother, Charles Quatela and a sister, Grace Camosse all died before her. She was born in Biscegliese, Provincia di Bari, Italy daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Pellegrini) Quatela and came to the United States at the age of 9. She was educated in both Italy and the United States Schools.
Mrs. Gallo enjoyed being a homemaker and was a member of both The Church of Saint Margaret Mary and The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Ann.

Boylston - Elaine M. (Favreau) Petrone, 67, of 18 Highland Street, a long time hairdresser, died Friday, March 28th in Saint Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center after a short illness.
She leaves her husband of 45 years, Anthony C. "Pal" Petrone; twin daughters, MaryEllen Petrone of Boylston and Elizabeth A. Petrone of Worcester; a brother, Paul E. Favreau of Lakeville; two sisters, Mary R. "Jean" Fusaro of Worcester and Christine A. Lowe of Sterling; a granddaughter, Coleen A. Petrone; nieces and nephews; A brother, John H. Favreau died before her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Henry and Alice (Shaughnessy) Favreau and graduated from Saint Stephen's High School.
Mrs. Petrone was a hairdresser at the former Elegante Salon in Worcester for many years, retiring 25 years ago. She then continued to work from her home. She also was a driver for Robert. L. McCarthy Transportation Service for many years, retiring in December due to illness.
She was a member of The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Ann, Worcester and The Church of Saint Mary of the Hills and the Ladies Auxillary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 6097 in West Boylston.

Worcester - Peter S. Cipro, Sr., 91, of 166 June Street, a retired pharmacy owner, died Saturday, June 21, 2003 in The Autumn Village Nursing Center after a long illness.
He leaves his wife of 67 years, Rose M. (Capurso) Cipro; two sons, Richard P. Cipro of Worcester and Dr. Robert P. Cipro; three brothers, Louis Cipro of Lady Lakes, Florida, Henry Cipro of Worcester and Pasquale "Pat" Cipro of Shrewsbury; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; A son, Peter S. Cipro, Jr. and four brothers, Frank, Anthony, Angelo and Vito Cipro all died before him. He was born in Worcester son of the late Sebastiano and Anna (Niccoletti) Cipro and lived here most of his life. He graduated from North High School and The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. He was an was an Air Raid warden in Providence during World War II. He also volunteered at City Hospital during the tornado of 1953.
Mr. Cipro owned and operated Cipro's Chadwick Square Pharmacy for over 30 years retiring in 1978. Previously, he was a medical pharmaceutical sales representative for the Eli Lily Company.
He was a life member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Ann Church where he served a as eucharistic minister; a member of its Holy Name Society; member and past president of the Golden Age Club; past president and district governor of UNICO; member of Christoforo Columbo Loggia #168 Sons of Italy in America; Opera Worcester member of the Travelling Men Association; Pack 97 Cub Scout Master; Massachusetts Pharmaceutical Association and was the 2nd past president; Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Alumni Association and was a tutor to many students at the school. He enjoyed Italian music, opera, travelling and dancing.
