Dr. Duffy died March 26th after a brief illness. He was born in Boston and lived most of his life in the Town of Palmer. He graduated from Palmer High School, Clark University, and Tufts Medical School. For more than thirty years He practiced Ophthalmology and Surgery in Palmer and served as Chief of Staff at the Wing Memorial Hospital in Palmer. During World War II he served as medical officer in the Army and was assigned to the 48th Surgical Hospital, a mobile field hospital. He participated in the North African Campaign and the invasions of Sicily and Europe. Following his medical practice, he retired to West Harwich.

By request funeral services and interment were private.
Graduate Quincy High School Class of "35". Played on the High School Basketball and Baseball teams. Also played semi-pro baseball. Played for the So. Shore Fast Pitch Softball League, the Fore River Long Service Club and various other softball leagues.

The beloved husband of Joyce Lennon McFadden of Hull formerly of Cohasset. Devoted Stepfather of Kara (MacDonald ) and her husband Sean Flanagan of West Hartford, CT. Heather MacDonald of Hingham, John & Terri MacDonald of Scituate. His adopted son Kwan IL Lee and his wife Martha of Alberta, Canada. Brother of Jack McFadden and his wife Mary of Philadelphia, Marguerite "Bonnie" Ritchie of Phoenixville, PA. Son -in-law of the late Rita Lennon. Brother in law of John & Joanne Lennon of Cohasset, Paula & Peter Sullivan of Centerville and Kevin & Pat Lennon of Canton. Also survived by 2 granddaughters Fiona and Aine Flanagan and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Celebration of Life Funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church - Cohasset, Tuesday at 10am.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17 in St. Anthony's Parish Center from 4-8pm.
Cremation will follow.

Mr. Vitti was originally from Port Chester, New York. He graduated from Fordham University in New York where he earned his Bachelors in English and his Masters Degree in social work. He worked as an LICSW (licensed clinical social worker) working with individuals, married
couples and families for Family Counseling and Guidance Centers in the Boston Area. Before moving to Massachusetts 36 years ago, he worked as a social worker in Harlem for the Archdiocese of New York. Recently, he worked in private practice.

Beloved husband of the late Alice H. (Bogan). Devoted father of Jean M. Murphy and father-in-law of Charles Murphy of Milton. Loving brother of the late Albert Feeley, Rita Connare and Anna Feeley. Loving grandfather of Katie Murphy of Milton, Kevin Feeley of Malden, Joey Feeley of NH and Colleen Feeley of Malden. Great grandfather of Timothy Joseph Feeley of NH. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Feeley lived only a short time with his daughter in Milton. Prior to that he lived most of his life in Quincy. He worked as a stereotyper at the Patriot Ledger, Boston Herald, Christian Science Monitor and retired from the Boston Globe in 1977. He was an avid sports fan enjoying the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots. Above all else he enjoyed spending time with his family.

She worked as an attorney and was former Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court. The first female clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, she retired in 1984 from the federal government. She loved music, birdwatching, walks on the beach, plays, reading, and gardening.
