FITCHBURG - Jose Luis Rodriguez, 38, of 296 Kimball St., died Wednesday, May 29, in Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville, N.C., from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
He leaves three sons, Justin, Joel and Jonathan Rodriguez, all of Worcester; his mother, Juanita Cruz of Fitchburg; a brother, Samuel Rodriguez of Florida; six sisters, Anna Cartagena and Luz Rodriguez, both of Fitchburg, Iris Maldonado, Noemi Rodriguez, Magaly Rodriguez and Jesenia Cruz, all of Worcester; his fiancee, Lorraine Barbosa, with whom he lived; many nieces and nephews. He was born in Toabaja, Puerto Rico, son of the late Leonardo Rodriguez, and came here in 1979.
Mr. Rodriguez was a welder. He was an avid musician and enjoyed cooking.
The funeral will be held at noon Tuesday, June 4, in Smith - Mallahy - Masciarelli Funeral Home, 243 Water St. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, June 3, in the funeral home.

LEOMINSTER - Fortunato "Danny" Scopelliti, 76, of 94 Summer St., Fitchburg, formerly of Leominster, died Sunday, June 2, in Hillcrest Nursing Home, Fitchburg.
He leaves a brother, Joseph Scopelliti of Maine; a sister, Angela L. DiRusso of Leominster; nephews and nieces. A brother, Frank J. Scopelliti, died in 1992. He was born in Calabria, Italy, son of Domenic and Angela (Scopelliti) Scopelliti, and lived most of his life in Leominster before moving to Fitchburg six years ago.
Mr. Scopelliti was a toy designer at Sanitoy Co., Fitchburg. He was a member of St. Anna's Church.
The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, in St. Anna's Church, 194 Lancaster St. Burial will be at a later date in St. Leo's Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West St., is directing arrangements.

WORCESTER - Deborah L. Trudell, 34, of 26 Houghton St., died May 28 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center.
She leaves her father and stepmother, James E. Trudell and Gina M. Trudell, both of Worcester; a brother, James E. Trudell Jr. of Worcester; three stepbrothers, James P., Michael, and David Trudell, all of Worcester; a sister, Theresa Trudell of Worcester; a stepsister, Jennifer Trudell of Worcester; nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Ann (Gradowski) Trudell. She attended South High School.
Ms. Trudell was an assembler in the area.
She enjoyed dancing.
The funeral will be Tuesday, June 4, from Graham, Putnam, Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main St., with Mass at 11 a.m. in St. John's Church, 44 Temple St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 3, in the funeral home.

HOLDEN - Ruth E. (Johnson) Wisner, 89, of 17 Chaffins Lane, a retired credit manager, died Thursday, May 30, in Holden Nursing Home after an illness.
She leaves two nieces, Alice H. Tidwell and Mary Ellen Leis, both of Lakeland, Fla.; and a close friend, Dorothy A. DeWitt, with whom she lived. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Levi J. and Bertha (King) Johnson, and lived 40 years in Holden. She graduated from Commerce High School, Worcester.
Mrs. Wisner was a credit manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co., Worcester, where she worked 30 years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of Chaffin Congregational Church.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, in Chaffin Congregational Church, 155 Shrewsbury St. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. There are no calling hours. WORCESTER - Crispin A. Zamora, 74, of 35 Elliot St., and Miami, retired machine operator, died Friday, May 31, in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center after a short illness.
He leaves his wife of 51 years, Maria M. (Gomez) Zamora; five daughters, Vincenta Torna, Belkys Alvarez, Ivonne Zamorra, Marilyn Fernandez and Yamiles Zamora, all of Miami; 14 grandchildren, including Erik P. Torna of Belchertown, who was one of his primary caregivers; a great - grandson; nieces and nephews. A son, Roberto Zamora, and siblings Maria, Eraelio and Carlo Zamora, predeceased him. He was born in Cruces, Las Villa, Cuba, son of Alfredo and Bacila (Hernandez) Zamora, and moved to the United States in 1971, living most of his life in Miami.
Mr. Zamora was a machine operator for Phalo - Beldon Corp., retiring in 1988.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, in Arthur S. Manzi & Son Funeral Home & Garden Chapel, 179 Shrewsbury St. (www.manzifuneralhome.com). Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 3, in the funeral home.

WORCESTER - Floyd Accola, 87, of 65 Lake Ave., died Sunday, June 2, in Christopher House.
He leaves his fiancee, Berjouhie Virginia Terjanian Shooshan, with whom he lived; a daughter, Paula L. Tesdell of Des Moines, Iowa; a brother, Alfred Steve Accola of Arizona; a grandson; nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Edgar, George and Ralph Accola, predeceased him. He was born in Alleman, Iowa, son of Louis and Carie (Alleman) Accola, and lived in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., before moving here in 1995. He attended Drake University and graduated from American Conservatory in Chicago and The Juilliard School in New York.
Mr. Accola was a builder in the New York - New Jersey area for many years before retiring. He was also a choral director and voice teacher, and was active in the Republican Party.
Funeral services and burial will be in Des Moines, Iowa. Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation St., is directing arrangements.

SOUTHAMPTON - Richard C. Allen, 84, of Coleman Road, formerly of Brimfield, a World War II veteran and a retired head cashier, died Tuesday, June 4, in Baystate Medical Center, Springfield.
He leaves his wife of 20 years, Yvette (LeHenry) Allen; two daughters, Susan Myshrall of Coventry, Conn., and Becky Erban of Stuart, Fla.; a sister; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews. His first wife, of 39 years, Barbara (Chandler) Allen, and two brothers, Howard Allen and Frank Allen Jr., predeceased him. He was born in Suffield, Conn., son of Frank R. Allen Sr. and Ruth M. (O'Connor) Allen, and lived in Agawam, East Longmeadow, Brimfield and Southampton. He was educated in Agawam schools. He was a Army veteran of World War II, serving in Normandy, and was awarded the Purple Heart.
Mr. Allen worked 34 years for A&P Tea Co., retiring as head cashier in 1981. He was active in civic affairs in Brimfield and Southampton. While in Brimfield, he was affiliated with the fire and police departments and the board of selectmen. He received commendations from President Clinton, the Massachusetts State Legislature, Boy Scouts, Massachusetts Bicentennial Commission and many other organizations. He was also active with Brimfield Congregational Church, the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Masons and the Order of Eastern Star.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 10, in Brimfield Congregational Church, Brimfield. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 8, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, June 9, in Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 North Main St., Palmer. Memorial donations may be made to Southampton Police Department or to Southampton Fire Department, both Southampton, MA 01073.

HUDSON - Barbara E. (Houghton) Allen, 73, of 39 O'Neil St., died Sunday, June 9, at the Coe's Pond Hospice Residence in Worcester, after an illness.
She leaves her husband of 53 years, Gordon Allen; two sons, Steven N. Allen of Hampstead, N.H. and David S. Allen of Mashpee; a daughter, Sandra L. Cooper of Clinton; two grandchildren and two brothers. She was born in Hudson, daughter of Henry and Evelyn (Hargraves) Houghton and lived all her life in Hudson. She graduated from Hudson High School in 1946.
Mrs. Allen was a secretary and bookkeeper for several insurance agencies in Hudson. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and was an antique collector.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, in Forestvale Cemetery, Broad St. There are no calling hours. Please omit flowers.
