Visitation and funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Grace Church in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 1:00 PM. Bishop Edward Knight will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Beauregard cemetery in DeRidder, LA.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Johnnie Howel and Dolores Jarrell .
Visitation and Funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Visitation began at 9:00 AM until the time of Funeral service at 11:00 AM also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Reverend Tyler Stevison and Brother Jerry Key officiated.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the building fund of New Life Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.

Geraldine Foster, 64, of Rosepine, LA, passed from this life on June 7, 2018.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 42 years Dennis Foster of Rosepine, LA; son, Tim Foster and Amanda of Rosepine, LA; brothers, Bobby Dale Slaydon of Leesville, LA, David Slaydon of Leesville, LA and Danny Slaydon of Lake Charles, LA; sister, Doris Welch of Leesville, LA; grandchildren, Shaylee, Tracey, Johnny, Skyla and a host of other family and friends.
Preceding her in death are her parents; Willie and Ellen Slaydon; brother, Kenny Slaydon.
Visitation and Funeral service was held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Visitation started at 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Reverend Dennis Moses officiated the service. Burial followed at Good Hope cemetery in Singer, LA.
Barbara Ann Hebert Bolton
Barbara Ann Hebert Bolton of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Thursday, June 7, 2018 surrounded by her family at the age of 84 years. She was born on August 14, 1933 in Iota, LA, and moved to DeRidder, in 1952, where she met her husband, Buddy Bolton and they were married
for 56 years. Together they made their home in DeRidder and worked side by side as owners of the Western Auto Store in DeRidder for 33 years. Then she taught Pre-K for 10 years at “The Education Center” before retiring. Barbara was actively involved in the Civitan Club, Daughters of the American Revolution, First Baptist Church Sunday School Director And Teacher, ACTS Retreat, Catholic Daughters, Magnolia Home Makers, Magnolia 2009 Woman of the Year, Knights of Columbus, Commissioner-In-Charge for her voting precinct for several years, she served the Beauregard Volunteer for Family and Community Organization as Literacy Chairman, judged 4-H projects, and volunteered accepting and displaying exhibits for the Beauregard Parish Fair each year. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of DeRidder for forty years before uniting with Grace Church in 1993, then returning to her Catholic upbringing in 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeRidder.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Cheryl Bolton Davidson and husband Wallace “Buddy”, Elizabeth Bolton Runge and husband Michael, all of DeRidder, LA; foster son, Reverend William “Billy” Nash and wife LeeLee of Mangham, LA; grandchildren: Christopher Runge of Spokane, WA, Kristin Touchet and husband Mike of Porter, TX, Amanda Fortenberry and husband Len of Tupelo, MS, Brittany Runge and Caleb Miers of DeRidder, LA; great grandchildren: Alex and Gita Runge, Jordan and Taryn Touchet, Gavin, Cadyn and Bentley Miers, Carter, Conner and Brooke Fortenberry; nephews and nieces: Tom Bolton and wife Brenda of The Woodlands, TX, Janet Hebert Pitre and husband Pete of Merryville, LA, Debbie Hebert of Moss Bluff, LA, Carlton Hebert of Merryville, LA, John Hebert and wife Laurie of Baytown, TX, Renee Hebert of Spring, TX, Joel Hebert and wife Alma of Edinburg, TX, J.D. Hebert and wife Kay of Borger, TX; special friend, Frank Foitek; and extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Murel Picney “Buddy” Bolton; father, Lucien Hebert; mother, Helen Doucet Hebert Prudhomme; brothers, Austin Lee Hebert, Sr., John Carlton Hebert, Thompson Wallace Hebert; granddaughter, Stephanie Elizabeth Futrell, and grandson, Joshua Mychael Touchet.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 5:00-9:00PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home, in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 09, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeRidder. Father Jude Brunnert, M.S. will officiate. Pallbearers will be Len Fortenberry, Danny Gibson, Austin Hebert, William “Billy” Nash, Pete Pitre and Joe Foitek. Burial will follow at Beauregard cemetery in DeRidder, LA.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 8, 2018, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother Lynn Clayton will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be, Timmy Roy Cantrell, Sam Crow, David Perkins, Jack Castilaw, Michael Mabini, Ricky Cantrell. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Dannon Melton, Ryan Johnson, and Jared Mabini. Ronald Dale Doyle
Ronald Dale Doyle, born August 16, 1948, was called home on June 10, 2016. Left to cherish Ronald’s memory is his Mother, Irene Doyle; daughter Kimberly Lambert and husband Roy and granddaughter Samantha. Ronald’s brother David Doyle and wife Carol along with his sisters Paulette Rodeghero and husband Cody, Debbie Ball and husband Biff, Sherry Hyatt and husband Chipper, Pam Baker and Husband Kenneth; with numerous nieces and nephews. His companion Jeannie Maxie and daughter Paula Ashworth along with grandchildren Johnathan, Justin, Kamren, and Kalynne.
Ronald is preceded in by his son Richard Dale Doyle, grandson Skylar, Father Farley Doyle, Grandparents Seth and Alma Diron, sisters Connie Sue and Jacqueline and brothers Danny Ray and Lil’ Rick.
Ronald will be dearly missed.
Funeral Service will be held at Oretta Pentecostal Church Tuesday June 14, 2016 at 11:00. Burial will follow at Goodhope cemetery in Singer, LA.

Pamela Michelle Beckwith (Carpenter), 26, of DeRidder, was born September 8, 1989, to Mary Luella Underwood Beckwith & Joseph Beckwith of Crumwell, OK. Pam lost her battle with kidney failure and calcium phylaxis on June 10, 2016, and now resides with her Savior in Heaven.

Carpenter of DeRidder, LA; Father, Joe Beckwith and brother, Logan Beckwith both of Sulphur, LA; Grandmother, Mary Underwood of Oklahoma; uncles, Richard, Johnney, and Frances Underwood all of Oklahoma; uncle and aunt, David and Grace Freester of Sulphur, LA; cousins Chris, Johnney, & Amanda Feemaster. Rickey "Big Dog" Griffin
Rickey "Big Dog" Griffin, 57, of Merryville, LA passed from this life on Sunday, July 10, 2016.
Rickey was born in Monroe, Louisiana to the late Mildred and Charles Griffin. He loved driving a truck and enjoyed his job as a log truck driver. Rickey spent much of his free time riding motorcycles and fishing. He especially loved saltwater fishing. Rickey knew his way around the barbeque pit. His girls considered him to be the "King of the Grill."
"Big Dog" is survived by his wife, Kathie Griffin of Merryville; 6 daughters, Sandra Burnett of Lafayette, Ashley Miller of Lafayette, Kristi Eaves and husband Greg of Merryville, Wendi Collins and husband Chris of Port Arthur, Mandi Klutts of Merryville and Kami Young also of Merryville; 4 brothers, Wilton Ray Griffin, Sr. and wife Mary of DeRidder, Bryan Keith Griffin, Sr. and wife Tammy of DeRidder, Ronald Wayne Griffin of Rosepine, and Robert Lee Griffin of Merryville; 3 sisters, Barbara Myers and husband Philip of DeRidder, Janice Dick and husband JW of Merryville and Wanda Sue Vander and husband Kelvin of Rosepine. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Rickey was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Allen Griffin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday July 16, 2016 also at Myers Colonial. Bro. Larry Dickens will officiate. Burial will follow at Merryville cemetery in Merryville, Louisiana.
