Services for Mrs. Harold Thomas Louviere, 77, the former Frances Rogers, will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church with the Rev. Jude Halphen officiating. Interment will be in Broussard cemetery near Bayou Petit Anse.
Visitation will be from 4-10 p.m. today with a 7:30 p.m. rosary at David Funeral Home North, Trotter Street, which will reopen Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the time of services.
A native and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Louviere died at 5:55 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 2000, at her residence.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Thomas Louviere of New Iberia; four sons, Billy Thomas Louviere, and his wife, Mercedes Curtis, Harold Gene Louviere, and his wife, Gail Hebert, and John Edwin Louviere, all of New Iberia, and Kent Byron Anthony Louviere of Lafayette; one daughter, Collette Louviere Rader, and her husband, Norris Rader Jr., of New Iberia; one brother, Lee Rogers of New Iberia; one sister, Leanda Rogers Nugent of Pollock; 12 grandchildren, Michelle Delahoussaye, Kay Ann Fannello, Elise, Marielle, Michael, Slade and Thomas Louviere, Natalie, Neil, Nicholas and Norris Rader III, and Scarlet Sumrall; and eight great-grandchildren, Joshua and Kelsey Delahoussaye, Amy Fannello, Elizabeth, Mary and Slade Louviere Jr., and Jaide and Steven Sumrall Jr.
Mrs. Louviere was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Zulma Delcambre Rogers; two brothers, Ernest Delcambre and Augustine Rogers; and two sisters, Emily Rogers Boudreaux and Lilly Rogers Saunier.
Pallbearers will be John, Michael, Slade and Thomas Louviere, and Neil, Nicholas and Norris Rader III.
Honorary pallbearers will be Leon Delahoussaye, Tony Hebert, Norris Rader Jr., Clifford Saunier and Steven Sumrall.

Elaine M. Dupuis
LAFAYETTE - Services for Elaine Mouton Dupuis, 79, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at La Chapelle de Martin and Castille with Rev. Nicholas Trahan, associate pastor, Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, officiating. Valerie Andrus, organist, will sing "Amazing Grace," "Ave Maria," "The Lord's Prayer" and "Let There Be Peace On Earth." Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today with a 6:30 p.m. rosary at the funeral home, which will reopen Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the time of services.
A native of Carencro and a resident of Lafayette since 1965, Mrs. Dupuis died at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at her residence.
Mrs. Dupuis was the daughter of the late Freddie J. Mouton Jr. and the former Palmyre Breaux, both natives of Carencro. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. John Catholic community.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Dupuis Sr. of Lafayette; her son, Roy Dupuis Jr., and his wife, Karla, of Sarasota, Fla.; two daughters, Phyllis D. Murphey of New Iberia, and Anne D. Pyle, and her husband, Bill, of Lafayette; six grandchildren, John W. Murphey Jr., Kathy Escuriex, Connie Weiss, Lucie Pyle, and Marcel and Andre' P. Dupuis; four great-grandchildren, Jacob and Ashley Escuriex, and Courtney and Whitney Weiss; and her brother, Freddie J. Mouton Jr.
Mrs. Dupuis was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Freddie J. Mouton Jr., Bill Pyle, Ashton Mouton Jr., John Murphey Jr., Jerome Escuriex and Carl Weiss.

CHURCH POINT - Services for Hubert Boudreaux, 78, will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church with the Rev. Bill Ruskoski officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be until 10 p.m. today with a 7 p.m. rosary at Duhon Funeral Home, which will reopen Wednesday from 8 a.m. until the time of services.
A resident of Sunset, Mr. Boudreaux died at 11:15 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18, 2000, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.
Mr. Boudreaux served in the U.S. Army during World War II and retired as a chef with an offshore company.
He is survived by four sons and their wives, Michael and Angie Boudreaux, Blaine and Carole Boudreaux, and Tony and Phyllis Boudreaux, all of Sunset, and Donald and Juanita Boudreaux of Carencro; five daughters and their husbands, Corliss and Terry White of Mesquite, Texas, Judy and Walter Dodge of New Iberia, Donna and Charles Gardiner of New Orleans, Vicki Landry of Sunset, and Juanita and Greg Hollier of Carencro; two sisters, Rita B. Venable of Port Arthur, Texas, and Ida B. Meche of Opelousas; 18 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Boudreaux was preceded in death by his wife, Inez B. Boudreaux; his grandchild, Kendra Boudreaux; his parents, Marif and Moise Boudreaux; two brothers, Artus and Black Boudreaux; and three sisters, Azena B. Venable, Edna B. Savoie and Mae B. Wills.

Services for Rev. McKinley Smith, 93, will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Star Pilgrim Baptist Church with the Rev. Francis Davis officiating. Interment will be in St. Matthew cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-10 p.m. today with an 8 p.m. wake service at Fletcher's Chapel, which will reopen Wednesday from 7 a.m. until the time of services.
A resident of New Iberia, Rev. Smith died at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2000, at IHS at Heritage North Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
Rev. Smith was baptized at an early age at Star Temple Baptist Church and later united with Star Pilgrim Baptist Church, where he served as assistant pastor under the leadership of Rev. Cyrus V. Jackson.
He is survived by two sisters, Mae H. McDonald and Geneva S. Williams, both of Los Angeles; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rev. Smith was preceded in death by his wife, Evangelist Willa McGee Smith; his parents, Sylvester and Alvina Segura Smith; three brothers, Amos and Villery Smith, and infant Smith; and one sister, Mary Ruth Thompson.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Simmons, Jefferson Johnson Jr., Tommy Volter, John C. and Jerome Davis, Nelson Vitatoe and Jina Ross Smith.

Perry A. Dugas
Services for Perry Adam Dugas, 71, will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Monsignor Guy Lemoine officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph cemetery in Loreauville.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. today with a 7 p.m. rosary at Evangeline Funeral Home, which will reopen Thursday from 8 a.m. until the time of services.
A native of Iberia Parish and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Dugas died at 11:25 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18, 2000, at a Lafayette hospital.
Mr. Dugas was formerly employed at Abdallas for 25 years and at Stage Department Store for the past 1 1/2 years. He was a member of the WOW and St. Peter's Catholic Church, where he served as an usher for many years. Mr. Dugas enjoyed playing his harmonica.
He is survived by his brother, Lennet J. Molbert Sr. of New Iberia; two nephews, Henry Robicheaux and Lennet Molbert Jr.; and four nieces, Anna and Alice Robicheaux, Tressie M. Taylor and Cheryl Molbert.
Mr. Dugas was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Genista Segura Dugas; and his sister, Evelyn Robicheaux.

A native of Youngsville and a resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Gary died at 1:15 a.m. today, Sept. 20, 2000, at Dauterive Hospital.
Mrs. Gary was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter, Gladys G. Landry of New Iberia; two sisters, Mrs. Francis McNease of Beaumont, Texas, and Mrs. Irma Provencher of Lafayette; two granddaughters, Michelle Landry-Davidson, and her husband, Jack J. Davidson Jr., and Sherdell Landry-Maturin, and her husband, Randy Maturin, all of New Iberia; three great-grandsons, Bryce and Harley Davidson, and Rylee Tucker Maturin, all of New Iberia; one great-granddaughter, Baylee Patton Maturin of New Iberia; and her son-in-law, Curtis Landry of New Iberia.
Mrs. Gary was preceded in death by her husband, Robley Gary; her parents, Louis and Rita Hulin Rabeaux; and two brothers, Carlton and Wilson Rabeaux.
Pallbearers will be Harley and Jack Davidson, Dallas Gary Jr., Dallas Gary Sr., Curtis Landry and Randy Maturin.

A resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Rodriguez died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2000, in Breaux Bridge.
Mrs. Rodriguez was a Sacred Heart catechism teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Alton Rodriguez of New Iberia; her mother, Lucy Green of Breaux Bridge; three daughters, Brenda Istre of New Iberia, Angela Rodriguez of Longmont, Colo., and Janet Rodriguez of Owensboro, Ky.; three brothers, Aaron, David and Sandy Green, all of Breaux Bridge; five sisters, Stella Herwic of Breaux Bridge, Norma Thibodeaux of Lafayette, Thelma Usie of Baton Rouge, and Lucy Ann Courville and Gloria Camile, both of Catahoula; and five grandchildren.
Mrs. Rodriguez was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Green.

Services for Andrew "Andy" Dupuis, 85, will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at David Funeral Home Chapel North, Trotter Street, with the Rev. Charles Thevis officiating. Entombment will be in the Holy Family Mausoleum.

A native of Cecilia and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Dupuis died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000, at Maison Teche Nursing Center in Jeanerette.
Mr. Dupuis was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for 55 years and a member of the Family Motor Coaching Association. He was the owner and founder of Dupuis Electrical Wholesale in 1962.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Johnson Dupuis of New Iberia; his son, Donald Wayne Dupuis, and his wife, Betty Judice Dupuis, of New Iberia; and two grandsons, Chad A. Dupuis and Randy A. Dupuis, and his wife, Catrina, all of New Iberia.
Mr. Dupuis was preceded in death by his parents, Andre and Adevina Latiolais Dupuis; and his brother, Robert Dupuis.
Pallbearers will be Chad and Randy Dupuis, Walton "Joe" LeBlanc, Chad Martin, Thomas "Tommy" Mire and Mike Villermin Sr.

A native of St. Martinville and a resident of Lafayette, Ms. Talley died at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2000, at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette.
Ms. Talley was a caretaker and enjoyed spending time with her friends.
She is survived by her mother, Mathilda Girouard Talley of New Iberia; two sons, Dennis Perero of Houston, and Duane Perero of New Iberia; three daughters, Kristi P. Broussard and Lona P. DeRouen, both of New Iberia, and Paula S. Robichaux of Youngsville; six brothers, Collins Talley of Weirton, W.Va., Jimmy Talley of Las Vegas, Nev., Larry Talley of St. Martinville, and Nolan, Perry and Shelton Talley, all of New Iberia; two sisters, Sylvia "Dee" Blanchard of New Iberia, and Jeanette Hutchinson of Lafayette; and eight grandchildren.
Ms. Talley was preceded in death by her father, Abel Talley Sr.; her son, Carl Simon; and her brother, Abel Talley Jr.

A native of Arnaudville and resident of Loreauville, Mr. Emonet died at 12:20 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, 2000, at Iberia Medical Center.
Mr. Emonet farmed for over 50 years, serving the last 15 with T&S Farms. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II with the special services.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Tauzin Emonet of Loreauville; his mother, Alida Laviolette Emonet of St. Martinville; three daughters, Theresa Amy and her husband, Wayne, of Loreauville, Gloria Landry and her husband, Rodney, of Port Neches, Texas, and "Rita" Elaine Viator and her husband, Lawrence "Toblanc", of Loreauville; three sisters, Pearl Bergeron of Opelousas, Armance of Loreauville and Gladys Tauzin of Coteau; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. Emonet was preceded in death by his father, Arcade Emonet; two brothers, Hervey L. and Rodney L. Emonet; and a granddaughter, Christy Landry.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Amy, Brian, Craig, Rodney and Shawn Landry, and Lawrence Viator.
