Born July 3, 1919, in Sourlake, Texas , she was a homemaker and member of the Swiss Colony Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel (Johnson) and Paul Eichblatt; and her husband, William O. Edmonds Sr.
Survivors include two daughters, Ann Corso of London, Ky., and Bonny Porter of Denver, Colo.; three sons, Billy Edmonds of Louisville, Ky., Gerry Edmonds of Columbus, Ga., and Jim Edmonds of Chicago, Ill.; six grandchildren, Andy Edmonds of Chicago, Ill., Shannon Gruenke of Nashville, Tenn., Josh Martinez of Denver, Colo., Kendra Powers of Omaha, Neb., Max Swartz of London, Ky., and Katie Corso of London, Ky.; and a great-grandchild, Hunter Powers of Omaha, Neb.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, October 11, at the Swiss Colony Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Jervis officiating.
There will be no visitation.
London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Swiss Colony Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 2, at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Lillian E. McDaniel, 84, of Corbin, Kentucky, died Wednesday, October 3, 2001, at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Bessie (Owens) and James Phipps.

Evelyn Smith, 73, of Valparaiso, Indiana, died Monday, October 1, 2001, at Fountain View Place in Portage, Indiana.
Born February 8, 1928, in London, Kentucky, she was a homemaker and member of the Blackwater Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lily (Hodge) Maxey and Daniel Maxey; and her husband, Shelby R. Maxey.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Luna and husband Fred of Valparaiso, Ind.; a son, Darrell R. Smith of Benton, Ky.; a brother, Charles Maxey and wife Josie of Corbin, Ky.; two sisters, Rosa Smith and husband Earl of London, Ky., and Geneva Williams and husband Jim of Tampa, Fla.; and three grandchildren, Shelbie J. Luna, Bridgette Smith and Jacob Smith.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Friday, October 5, at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gene Huff and Bro. Larry Roark officiating.
Burial followed in the Smith Cemetery.

Nola Ball, 92, of Sheffield Place, London, Kentucky, died Monday, October 1, 2001, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Nannie Belle (Coldiron) and Charlie McKnight, and was preceded in death by her husband, Archie J. Ball.
Funeral services were held Thursday, October 4, at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Swiss Colony Cemetery.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 3, at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel in Corbin, Kentucky, with burial following in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Cindy Jill Hatton Miller, 28, of Somerset Road, London, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 2, 2001, at her residence. She was the daughter of Mary Janice (Nicely) and Charles Edward Hatton, and the wife of Terry Miller, all of London, Ky.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, October 5, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Corbin, Kentucky, under the direction of the Bowling Funeral Home. There will be visitation at the church from noon until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in the A.R. Dyche Memorial Park.

Eric Todd Hopkins, 22, of Slate Lick Street, London, Kentucky, died Monday, October 1, 2001, at the Marymount Medical Center in London.
Born July 10, 1979, in Manchester, Kentucky, he was a former employee of the Red Lobster restaurant in Richmond, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Martha Hopkins and Charlie Hopkins.
Survivors include his parents, Debbie (Proffitt) Hopkins and Esco Hopkins, both of London, Ky.; a son, Drake Vanorney; a brother, Chris Hughes of London, Ky.; and his grandparents, Wilma Proffitt and Tilford Proffitt, both of London, Ky.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 4, at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Baker, the Rev. Shawn Madden, and the Rev. Thermon Taylor officiating.
Burial followed in the Smith Cemetery
at London.
