Harold Stone
MARION - Harold Winfred Stone, 74, of Princeton, W.Va., formerly of Marion, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002, at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, W.Va.
He was a teacher, having taught school at Lanse Creuse High School, and was the former Director of Vocational Education at the Pankow Career Center in Clinton Township, Mich.
Surviving are a daughter, Susan Novikoff; a sister, Helen Jo Guess; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, with burial in Repton Cemetery.

Rosemary Sutton
PROVIDENCE - Rosemary Sutton, 76, of Cadiz, formerly of Providence, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2002, at Princeton Health Care Manor.
She was employed for 37 years with the Agriculture Stabilization & Conservation Service in Webster County.
Surviving are a son, David Sutton; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Melton Funeral Home in Providence, with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery
in Clay.

William Brown
MARION - William O. Brown, 76, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2002, at Caldwell County Hospital.
He worked for the Marion Police Department for 33 years and was a former police chief.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Ellen.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home, with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.

Dorothy Caraway
PRINCETON - Dorothy (Wilhelm) Caraway, 86, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2002, at Crittenden County Hospital in Marion.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Gerhardt; five sons, Wilburn, Robert, James, Marvin and Gary Caraway; a sister, Virginia Ray; and 22 grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Morgan's Funeral Home, with burial in Morse Cemetery
in Caldwell County.

John Littlepage
MORGANFIELD - John David McAlen Littlepage, 14, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002, of injuries suffered in an automobile accident at the U.S. 60 Bypass and Beaver Dam Road.
He was a student at Union County Middle School.
Surviving are his father, John Littlepage; a sister, Teresa Littlepage; and his grandmother, Shirley Matson.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Whitsell Funeral Home Morganfield Chapel, with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery.

MADISONVILLE - Claudie Rice, 70, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002, at his home.
He retired after 20 years from the Air Force and after 23 years from the Earl C. Clements Job Corps Center in Greenville.
Surviving are his wife, Carolyn; his mother, Luria Edna Cartwright Rice; two daughters, Glenna Rae Riggs and Theresa Rice Matthews; three sons, Harold Reed, Danny Ray and William Earl "Billy" Rice; two brothers, Shirley Lee and Glendal Rice; eight grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Browder United Methodist Church, with burial in Browder Cemetery.

Margaret Adams
PRINCETON - Margaret Jane (P'Poole) Adams, 72, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., of liver disease.
She was a farmer.
Surviving are her husband, Donald R.; three daughters, Linda Hart, Vickie Fuller and Janie S. Adams; a son, Robert L.; four sisters, Anne Gray, Lavina Marlowe, Phyllis Wood and Sue Moore; three brothers, James, Gayle and Edward P'Poole; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Morgan's Funeral Home, burial in Blue Springs Church Cemetery.

MADISONVILLE - Donna Lynn (Kington) Alexander, 40, of Prairie Village, Kan., died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002 in Platte County, Kan., of an automobile accident.
Surviving are her husband of 19 years, Christopher B.; two daughters, Hannah Rachael and Karen Ruth Alexander; a son, Christopher Matthew; a sister, Marilyn Rodgers; and two brothers, Triston and Joe Kington.

H. Truett Cook
OWENSBORO - H. Truett Cook, 64, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002, at Owensboro Mercy Health System.
He had owned and operated Lyons Brothers Wholesale Co. and was the state secretary for Travelers Protective Association.
Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Shoemaker and Michelle Magan; a son, Frank; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walnut Memorial Baptist Church, burial in Lewisport Cemetery.
