Theodore "Ted" Kinstler, 74, of Cincinnati, formerly of Southgate, died at 10:35 p.m. Saturday at Franciscan Hospital Mount Airy Campus in Cincinnati. He was an auditor with Fifth Third Bank and a Navy veteran of World War II. His wife, Lelah Wright Kinstler, died in 1989.
Survivors include daughters, Carol Lee Stortz and Linda Sue Arnett, both of Sarasota, Fla.; a brother, Richard Kinstler of Cincinnati; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. John United Church of Christ, Newport. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at the church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.

Harold L. Lawrence, 78, of Highland Heights, died Sunday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. He was a retired millwright and a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Preston Lawrence; daughters, Brenda Luxenberger of Erlanger, Barbara Jean Lawrence of Newport, and Mary K. Demoss and Linda Susan Lee, both of the state of Washington ; and sisters, Virginia "Tenny" Allen and Mary Jo Jones, both of Manchester, Ohio, and Margie Sharkey and Betty Meade, both of Sandusky, Ohio.

Harry Webb Marshall, 80, of Williamstown, died Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center Grant County in Williamstown. He was a retired employee of the Kentucky Transportation Department, a member of Porter Christian Church, and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. His wife, Bernice Crupper Marshall, preceded him in death.

Richard Ping, loved family, woodworking
Richard Eugene Ping was a quiet man who enjoyed woodworking and being with his family.
Mr. Ping grew up in Somerset but spent most of his later years in Northern Kentucky.
He built everything from cabinets to homes, said a brother, John "Jack" Ping of Somerset.
"He was a good person. He was soft-spoken and a good father," Mr. Ping said of his brother.
Mr. Ping, 73, of Cold Spring, died Monday at his home after an extended illness. He was a retired assembler with General Electric, a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Mr. Ping enjoyed University of Kentucky basketball and also rooted for the Cincinnati Reds.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, his brother said.
"He was a hard-working fella," Jack Ping said.

Newport's Lt. James Bogart, loyal officer
James D. Bogart Jr. of Newport knew he'd found his calling when the U.S. Air Force made him a military policeman.
He went on to serve 20 years with the Newport Police Department before retiring as a lieutenant and taking a job in security at St. Luke Hospital East in Fort Thomas.
"He just always wanted to be a police officer," said a daughter, Pamela Neace of Newport. "It always was his dream."
Lt. Bogart died Monday night at the hospital. He was 61 years old.
A native of Newport, Lt. Bogart joined the Newport Police Department in the mid-1960s. One assignment during his two decades on the force was to head the traffic department.
Mrs. Neace said her father earned the respect of many. A Fort Thomas officer whose police career started in Newport told her that her father gave him a strong foundation in law enforcement.
"He was a good guy," Mrs. Neace said. "He was one of the best."
Lt. Bogart was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Church in Newport. He was a "huge" University of Kentucky basketball fan, said Mrs. Neace.
She said he remained loyal "through the bad years. Even through the suspension."
Other survivors include Lt. Bogart's wife, Patricia Wolke Bogart; daughter, Cynthia Bogart of Newport; a sister, Judy Martin of Erlanger; and three grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent DePaul Church in Newport. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Dobbling Funeral Home in Bellevue. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery
