Lorene Hobbs Howell, 69, of Williamstown, died at 1:55 a.m. Wednesday at her home of cancer. She was a homemaker and a member of Stringtown Christian Church, Berry. Her husband, James Elmore Howell, died in 1985.
Survivors include a brother, Raymond Hobbs of Cincinnati; and her brother-in-law, Estelle Howell of Corinth, who took care of Mrs. Howell.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery, Berry. Thomas E. Jacquillard, 56, of Covington, died at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Burlington. He was a retired patrolman with the Kenton County Police Department.
Survivors include sons, Thomas E. Jacquillard II of Stewart, Ga., and Sean C. Jacquillard of Southgate; a daughter, Teresa M. Kernan of Richmond, Va.; his parents, Arthur C. Jacquillard of Northland, Colo., and Eulala Hill of Covington; and two grandchildren.Services will be at noon Friday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Geraldine Mullins, 62, of Ludlow, died at 9 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

Glenn J. Munson, 69, of Georgetown, died Tuesday at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. He was a truck driver with Consolidated Freight, Cincinnati, and a member of Renaker Baptist Church. He was a member of Teamsters Union Local No. 661, Cincinnati.
Survivors include his wife, Roselyn Munson; sons, Randy Munson of Sadieville and David Munson of Georgetown; daughters, Pamela Asher of London, Linda Munson of Sadieville, Brenda Munson and Glenda Thompson, both of Georgetown, and Karen Wilson of Versailles; a brother, Floyd Munson of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Emma Juett of Hesler and Florence Giles of Monterey; 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Renaker Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. tonight at Rogers Funeral Home, Corinth. Burial will be in Raven Creek Cemetery, Corinth.

Frank Edward Reeves, 49, of Dublin, Ohio, formerly of Bellevue, died at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday at his home. He was a marketing department employee with the U.S. Postal Service, and a member of Northern Kentucky Soccer League and Delta Theta Sigma Fraternity. He was an Army veteran of the Vietname War.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Fugate Reeves; a son, Christopher Reeves of Dry Ridge; a daughter, Erica Reeves of Athens, Ohio; his mother, Ruth Foran Reeves of Florence; and a sister, Ruth Wyman of Florence.

Paul D. Rose, 60, of Alexandria, died at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas. He was an insurance salesman with Western Southern Life.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene Ruwe Rose; a son, Greg A. Rose of Alexandria; a daughter, Kim Koenig of West Chester, Ohio; brothers, Robert Rose of Ft. Thomas and Fred Rose of Bellevue; a sister, Jewell Retten of Lancaster, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.

Lillian Schram, 90, of Florence, died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital West in Florence. She was a homemaker, a member of Florence Christian Church and a member of the Florence Order of the Eastern Star chapter. Her husband, John R. Schram, died in 1996.
Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie Owens of Williamstown; sisters, Daisy Knight of Lakewood, Fla., and Mary Dee Ornella of Cincinnati; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Wava Geraldine Beach Smith, 96, of Hampton Township, Pa., formerly of Ft. Thomas, died Tuesday at Landmark Manor Care Home in Allison Park, Pa. She was a homemaker and a former member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Ft. Thomas. Her husband, Samuel Shirley Smith, died in 1962.
Survivors include a son, Meade E. Smith of Hampton Township, Pa.

David Binder "D. B." Vanlandingham, 76, of Covington, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a farmer and a member of Visalia Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Georgia Ann Armstrong Vanlandingham; a son, David W. Vanlandingham of Union; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Ralph Edward Wendling, 82, of Ft. Thomas, died at 7:55 a.m. Wednesday at his home. He was a retired lithographer with Wendling Printing, Newport, and a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Hobing Wendling; a son, Jeff Wendling of Maysville; daughters, Beth Woesman of Cincinnati, Chris Kurtz of Tampa, Fla., and Amy Wendling of Ft. Thomas; a brother, Howard Wendling of Ft. Thomas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Ludlow's Geraldine Mullins, devoted mom
Geraldine Mullins of Ludlow lived her life for other people.
"She was a very giving person," said her son, William "Billy" Mullins of Ludlow.
"She'd help anybody that came down the road.
"She had two children of her own, but she had a lot of other children that she helped."
Mrs. Mullins died Wednesday evening at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood. She was 62 years old.
Mrs. Mullins was a native of Ludlow who reared her children there. She had one daughter, Doris Mullins, an adopted daughter, Judeann Mullins - both of whom live at home - and a foster daughter, Vena Riggs of Ludlow.
"My sister Doris is handicapped, and she wasn't supposed to live to be a year old, and Doris right now will be 44 years old," said Billy Mullins.
"Mom dedicated her life to see that Doris had the best life she could have. That was probably her greatest contribution. She also had five grandchildren that she really cared a lot about."
Mrs. Mullins liked to paint ceramics and sew. "She made dresses for herself and Doris," said her son.
He said Mrs. Mullins was a woman of strong faith. She was a member of Central Church of the Nazarene in Ft. Wright.
In addition to her children and grandchildren, survivors include her husband, Lloyd Mullins; brothers, Martin Bandy and Roy Lee Bandy, both of Ludlow and sisters, Christine Laughlin of Ludlow and Margaret Marks of Owenton.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Central Church of the Nazarene in Ft. Wright. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home in Ludlow. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery
in Ft. Mitchell.

Ethel Blades, 97, of Phenix City, Ala., formerly of Falmouth, died Wednesday at Phenix City Health Care Center. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church in Phenix City. Her husband, William Blades, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Paul Blades of Phenix City; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family in Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth. Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, is handling arrangements.

Edward Blick Sr., 91, of Ft. Thomas, died Wednesday at Swiss Villa Living Center in Vevay, Ind. He was a retired presser with Hyde Park Clothes, Newport, and a former member of Erlanger United Methodist Church. He was a former shop chairman of the Amalgamated Life Clothier Union. His wife, Harriett Powell Blick, died in 1987.
Survivors include a son, Edward Blick Jr. of Norman, Okla.; a daughter, Nancy Machcinski of Erlanger; a brother, Harold Blick of Tuscon, Ariz.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
