Lefevers, Estill
Estill E. Lefevers, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Lefevers, died at Cary Thursday following a brief illness.
Burial will take place Friday at Cary under direction of Durham Funeral Home.
Lefevers, Eula Cox
Mrs. Eula Lefevers, 64 of the Middlesboro Road, Pineville, Ky., passed away Wednesday, December 20, 1978, at the Breckinridge Hospital, Austin, Texas.
Mrs. Lefevers was born May 6, 1914 in Gainesboro, Tenn., the daughter of the late John Cox and Viola Cox Ford.
She was the wife of the late Arthur Lefevers, of Lefevers Jewelry in Pineville.
She was a member of the Moss Chapel Baptist Church.
She is survived by six children, Franklin Lefevers, Austin, Texas, Howard Lefevers, Johnson City, Tenn., Charles Lefevers, Crownsville, Md., Mrs. Irnee Richmond, Fort Bragg, N.C., and Jerry Wayne Lefevers and Arthur Lefevers, Jr., both of Pineville; 12 grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 23, at the Durham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. W.B. Bingham officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pineville Memorial cemetery with family friends as pallbearers.
The family is receiving friends at the Durham Funeral Home Chapel until the funeral hour.

Lefevers, Eulis G.
Mr. Eulis G. Lefevers, age 65, a life long resident of Kettle Island, Ky., passed away Sunday, November 15, 1981 at the Pineville Community Hospital.
He was born December 11, 1915 at Kettle Island, Ky., the son of the late Millard F. Lefevers and Alifair Gross Lefevers.
He was joined in holy Matrimony June 19, 1938 in Knox County, Ky., to Miss Charlotte Frost, daughter of George and Mallie Frost. He was a member of the Millcreek Baptist Church. His is survived by his wife, Mrs. Charlotte Lefevers, Kettle Island; 2 daughters, Miss Karen Lefevers, Indianapolis, Ind.; Mrs. Janet Brooks, Milford, Ohio; 3 sons: Coleman Lefevers and Keith Lefevers, both of Kettle Island; Bryan Lefevers, Indianapolis, Ind.; 2 sisters: Mrs. Phronia Wilson, Greenup, Ky.; Mrs. Betty Leslie, Jensen, Ky.; 3 brothers: Cam Lefevers, Stoney Fork, Ky.; Scott Lefevers, Lockport, Ill.; James Lefevers, Clinton, Tenn.; 9 grandchildren, 1 step-grandson, 3 daughters-in-law: Mrs. Deanna Lefevers, Mrs. Phyllis Lefevers and Mrs. Sue Lefevers; 1 son-in-law: George Brooks.
Funeral services for Mr. Lefevers were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 1981 at the Mill Creek Baptist Church with Reverends Ray Collett, Rondall howard, James Ramsey and Otto Brock officiating. Burial followed in the Brock(Burns Springs) cemetery, Kettle Island, Ky. The pallbearers were his nephews: David Wilson, Tom Wilson, Bob Short, Bill Short, Howard Short, Jimmy Lefevers, Jay Lefevers, Bobby Lefevers, Tim Lefevers, Gordon Lefevers, Gary Lefevers, Mike Brock, Kenny Frost and Johnny Frost. The Honorary Pallbearers were his grandsons: Don Lefevers, Tom Lefevers, Charles Coleman Lefevers, Eddie Brooks, Carl Steinbergen, and two first cousins: Homer Howard and Gabe Howard.

Lefevers, Farmer
STONEY FORK -- Farmer Lefevers, 80, passed away Sunday, Aug. 15, 1993, at his home at Stoney Fork.
He was born March 16, 1913, at Kettle Island, a son of the late Sidney "Sonny" and Maggie Elliott Lefevers.
He had been a self-employed truck driver.
An avid University of Kentucky basketball fan, he played basketball in high school at Kettle Island.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Frances Helton Lefevers; three daughters, Janice Lefevers, Linda Lefevers-Reeves, and Deborah Stokes; grandchildren, Jody Akers, Jamie Akers-Mayes, and Leigh Ann Harris; and a sister, Lillie Lawson.
Services were to be at 11 a.m. today at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Witherite presiding.
Burial will be in the Lawson Family cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as casketbearers.

Lefevers, Ferman Jolly
"Nick" Lefevers passes away
Ferman Jolly (Nick) Lefevers, a prominent member of Bell County passed away monday November 12 of an apparant heart attack.
Born in Bell County on January 16, 1926 the son of Mrs. Mabel Withrow Lefevers and the late Newt Lefevers, he was a life-long resident of Bell County.
He was a member of the Blackmont Baptist Church.
Mr. lefevers was a york rite Mason, past Master of Lodge 691, a memeber of the Eastern Star, American Legion, and past President of Chain Rock Citizens Band Club.
He served 2 years in the U.S. Navy and was employed by the Dept. of Parks in Pine Mt. Park, Pineville.
Survivors: wife mrs. Eileen Britton Lefevers, Pineville, mother, Mrs. Mabel Lefevers, Pineville, one daughter, Kimberly Denise Lefevers, two stepdaughters, Lisa Ann Lefevers, Teresa Lynn Lefevers all of Pineville, two sisters, Mrs. Earnest Ann Broughton, Pineville and Mrs. Eva Bea Hebron, Columbus, Ohio, one brother, Newt Lefevers Jr., Milford, Ohio.
Funeral Services were conducted Wednesday November 14, 1973 at the Arnett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Pearl Saylor officiating.
Active Pallbearers: Jim Bingham, Grant Ward, Jr., Ed Jenkins, Roy Jarvis, Hubert Dozier Jr., Jewel Farris and other members of Bell Lodge 691 F & AM. Honorary Pallbearers, Chain Rock Citizens Band Club and the American Legion.
Interment was in the Pineville Memorial cemetery.

Lefevers, Floyd
Funeral services for Floyd Lefevers, 44, of Cary were held Monday, April 8, at the Cary School with the Rev. Finley Low and the Rev. Ed Idle officiatiing.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Lefevers of Cary; one daughter, Buella Lefevers of Ohio; two brothers, Lloyd Lefevers of Louellen and Arnold Lefevers of Cary; two sisters, Flora Lefevers and Ethel Southers on Cary.
Burial was in the Red Hill cemetery with Durham Funeral Home in charge.

Tazewell, Tenn. - Ina Woods LeFevers, 80, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2005.
She was a member of Tazewell Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Virgil LeFevers; parents, Ed and Zelma Woods; sister, June Wakefield; nephew, Tim Wakefield: son-in-law, Paul Brock.
She was a beloved mother and mother-in-law to: Sarizel LeFevers and husband Kenneth Robbins, Rick and wife Kathy LeFevers, and Keith and wife Mary Ann LeFevers; she was a loving and devoted grandmother to her grandchildren and their spouses: Tracy Thomas and her fiancé Ben Hale, Alison and husband Steve Bailey, Ricky Todd and wife April LeFevers, Travis and wife Geri LeFevers, Jeremy and wife Becky LeFevers, Rebekah LeFevers Hatfield and husband Andy Hatfield, and Heather Hillman and Sara Laws; and a beloved great-grandmother to Tabitha Thomas, Austin Hale, Sarah Ann, Stevie and Seth Bailey, Jacob and Hailey LeFevers, Aimee and Chole LeFevers, and Kinsee and Kylie LeFevers.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Claiborne Funeral Home with the Rev. Eddie Overholt officiating.
Music will be provide by Mrs. Janice Derreberry.
Graveside service will be in the Irish Memorial cemetery on Saturday, June 11, at 10 a.m.

Lowe, Ethel Lefevers
Peritonitis Fatal To Mother; Child Lives
Mrs. Ethel Lowe, 23 years old, died at the Wilson Hospital here Monday of peritonitis following an operation for appendicitis.
Mrs. Lowe's child, which was born while she was at the hospital, is alive and doing nicely.
Mrs. Lowe was the daughter of Senney Lefevers, of Kettle Island, and was well known in Pineville.
Funeral services were held at Kettle Island.
McCoy, Nadine Hall
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Mrs. Nadine Hall McCoy, 83, formerly of Pineville passed away at her home on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, when the angels came and took her home be with her Lord.
Born Jan. 8, 1923, at Blanche, Ky., she was the daughter of the late John Hall and Minnie Rice Hall.
She moved from Pineville in 1978 to Knoxville, where she resided until her death.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Caude McCoy; six brothers, Walter Hall, Rice Hall, Lester Hall, Arthur Hall, Benny Reed Hall and Robert Warren; and one sister, Victoria Woolum.
She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Brenda Gail Dexter of Knoxville; grandson, Gary Lee Mills of Knoxville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home with the Rev. Thea O. Carter presiding.
Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
Miracle, Rena Bell
CALVIN — Rena Bell Miracle, 86, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2008, at the Pineville Community Hospital.
She was born in Calvin on October 15, 1921, the daughter of the late Joe and Maggie Buell Miracle.
She, along with her husband, the Rev. Alvie Miracle, were founders of the Church of God of True Believers and had a Church Radio Program for many years.
Rena Bell organized an annual Homecoming at the church which was well attended.
Saved as a young woman, one of her favorite things to do was to play the guitar and sing both at home and at church.
She dedicated her life to the church and felt like the members were her "children" whom she loved very much.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Alvie Miracle, a son, Joe Henry Miracle and brothers, Joe Miracle Jr. and Garrett Miracle.
Survivors include her daughter, Geraldine Reid of Pineville; grandsons, Kimble Clark Reid, and Fred Asher Reid and his wife, Annette; great-granddaughter, Krystal Hocky; and great-great-granddaughter, Krystaline Hocky; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of God of True Believers with the Rev. Hubert Baker and the Rev. Deboyce Givens presiding.
Music will be by the Rev. Givens, Mary Miracle and singers from the church.
Burial will be in the Buell cemetery at Page with nephews and friends serving as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Kimble and Fred Reid.
The family received friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, and will receive them on Monday from 6 until 9 p.m. at the Church of God of True Believers.
