Mary M. Faulkner, 100, of Williamstown, died Friday at Grant Manor Health Care Center, Williamstown. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Stringtown Christian Church in Berry and a former member of the Williamstown Woman's Club.
Her husband, Arnold Faulkner died in 1968. Survivors include a niece, Geneva Herron of Williamstown; a nephew, Bernard Mardis of Williamstown.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery, Berry. Memorials are suggested to Stringtown Christian Church, Berry, Ky. 41003.

Elgin "Pat" Harris, 85, of Wilder, died at 1:42 a.m. Friday at the Highlands of Ft. Thomas. He was a retired technician for ADT Security and a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Laverene Geyer Harris; a stepdaughter, Joyce Rolf of Ft. Thomas; a stepson, Jerry Geyer of Kennesaw, Ga.; sisters, Ophelia Brock of Lexington and Ann Van Meter of Miami; six stepgrandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Camp Nelson V.A. Cemetery, Nicholasville. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Northern Kentucky, 1403 Alexandria Pike, Ft. Florence Harris, 72, of Bellevue, died Friday at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Newport.
Her husband, Vincent Harris, died in 1996. A daughter, Joan Brookbank, died in 1994. Survivors include daughters, Carol Wells of Newport and Judy Dyas of Highland Heights; brothers, Larry Skaggs of Florence and Virgil Skaggs of Covington; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

Forence Leppert, 76, of Bellevue, died Thursday at her residence. She was a homemaker and a retired waitress for the Loyal Cafe, Bellevue.
Her husband, John E. Leppert, died in 1962. Survivors include sons, James Leppert of Detroit, Robert Leppert of Columbus, Ohio, Richard Leppert, Daniel Leppert and William Leppert of Bellevue; a brother, Joseph Lageman of Missouri; sisters, Margaret Walton of Waynesville, Ohio, Gertrude Riley of Crescent Springs, Rose Williams of Milford and May Childress of Pulaski, Tenn.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Robert G. Parrish, 75, of Florence, died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. He was retired from the Marine Corps after 32 years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Parrish; sons, Bobby Parrish Jr. of Raleigh, N.C., and Jeffery Parrish of Goose Creek, S.C.; daughters, Janice Wolf of St. Petersburg, Fla., Cindy Martin of Erlanger; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

Betty Graus Racke, 62, of Highland Heights, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas. She was a cook for Hardee's in Highland Heights and a member of St. John's Community Church, Cold Spring. Survivors include sons, Barry A. Racke of Cold Spring and Gregg K. Racke of Alexandria; her mother, Ida P. Graus of Cold Spring; a brother, Jerry L. Graus of Cold Spring; eight grandchildren.

Dolores Marie Uebel, 91, of Highland Heights, died Friday at Lakeside Place Nursing Home, Highland Heights. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Therese Church and Altar Society, Legion of Mary, and St. Francis Senior Citizens Club.
Her husband, Lawrence Uebel, died in 1964. A son, Ronald R. Uebel, preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Fasse of Cold Spring; a son, Larry Uebel of Highland Heights; a sister, Eleanor Fowler of Newport; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Therese Church, Southgate, with prayers at 10 a.m. at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas and visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas.

Cold Spring social worker Kathy Kirst, directed Campbell Lodge Boys' Home
The life of Kathy Lee Kirst revolved around those she helped, especially the residents of Campbell Lodge Boys' Home.
The executive director of the lodge, Miss Kirst, 41, of Cold Spring, died Friday in St. Luke Hospital East.
Though she was suffering from Lou Gehrig's Disease, Miss Kirst stayed on the job, and even worked the day before she died, said her aunt, Audrey Enzweiler of Bellevue.
"She was devoted to the lodge," said Mrs. Enzweiler.
Along with Campbell Lodge, where she served for 15 years, the last decade as executive director, Miss Kirst was also a social worker with the Brighton Center, the Runaway Center and the Home Contact Program. In addition, she worked directly with the Campbell County public schools in conjunction with the lodge.
"She was a person who was really dedicated to the boys. She was like a mother to them," said Bob Sparks, a staff member at Campbell Lodge.
"She lived on the premises and was always there for the boys. If any of them had problems they talked to her and worked it out. They loved her," said Sparks.
"The job was everything to her. It was all she ever wanted to do. She was on call 24 hours a day, but she loved it," added Mrs. Enzweiler.
A graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Miss Kirst had a degree in social work from Northern Kentucky University, and was active in student social work organizations while in school. She remained active in professional groups during her working life.
Miss Kirst also was a volunteer over the years at various places where help was needed, including nursing homes and low-income housing, her aunt said.
In addition to her aunt, survivors include her uncle, Clem Enzweiler of Bellevue, and uncle and aunt Elmer and Ruth Schlupp of Edgewood; and several cousins.
Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Tuesday at St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Linnemann Funeral home, Erlanger. Entombment will be in St. Mary Mausoleum, Ft. Mitchell. Memorials: to Campbell Lodge Boys Home, 150 Skyline Drive, Cold Spring, Ky. 41076.

Robert A. Bersch, 80, of Ft. Thomas, died at 4:15 a.m. Sunday at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas. He was a retired manager with Hertz Car Rental, and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Seger Bersch.

Ann Cooper, 61, of Edgewood, died at 12:50 a.m. Sunday at her home. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, John Cooper; sons, Mark Cooper of Florence and Gordon Cooper of Independence; daughters, Shirlee Davenport of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Kelly Bleier of Crescent Springs; a brother, Robert Anderson of Erlanger; a sister, Margaret Myers of Atlanta; and three grandchildren.
