Funeral services for 81 year-old Mary Jane Watson of Daytona Beach, FL formerly of Louisville will be held at 1:30 p.m. EDT, Friday (June 28, 2013) at the Owen Funeral Home in Louisville with Father Brian Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Watson & Hunt Funeral Directors are handling the arrangements.
Survivors include, six children, Harold Watson of Daytona Beach, FL, Jim Watson of LaGrange, Rhonda Lambert of Old Town, FL, Kevin Watson of Louisville, Charlie Watson of Port Orange, FL, & Karen Sowers of Port Orange, FL, two brothers, Novy & Dean Hubbard, two sisters, Betty Lou Miller, & Maude Alice Francis, twelve grandchildren, Adam Watson, Bridget Burton, Michael Watson, Jason Watson, Tom Watson, Christina Morga, Glenn Watson, Rob Watson, Tony Watson, Stephanie Coomes, Charlotte Coomes, & Robert Scott Watson, and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Alfus & Amzel Beasley Hubbard, her husband, Bennie Robert "Bob" Watson, Jr., and her son, Joseph M. Watson.

Funeral services for 70 year-old Nellie Mae Leonard of Leitchfield will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday (June 27, 2013) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield with Bro. Cecil Williams officiating. Burial will be in the McGrady Creek cemetery in Olaton, Kentucky. Visitation will be held after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Cassandra Mae Embry of Leitchfield, three sons, Lester Earl Leonard and Thomas Anthony Leonard of Leitchfield and David Ray Leonard of Louisville, sisters, Bessie Marquess of Louisville and Imogene McDaniel of Indiana, brother, Jimmy Hall, nine grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry C. Hall and Loni Duncan, brothers, Richard Hall and William Hall and great-grandchild, Isabella Cook.

HARDINSBURG -- Richard Lee Timberlake, 62, of Hardinsburg died Friday, May 25, 2001, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. The Tell City, Ind., native retired from Meade County RECC in Hardinsburg in 2001 and was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Alvey TImberlake; two sons, Richard Timberlake of McQuady and Vernon Timberlake of Owensboro; a daughter, Lisa Timberlake of Hardinsburg; five grandchildren; and a half sister, Joann Scott of Indiana.
Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home in Tell City. Burial will be in New Hope cemetery in Newtonville, Ind. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg and from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.

Funeral services for 64 year old William Fred Hornsby of Leitchfield will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday (July 1, 2013) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield with Bro. Gary Watkins officiating. Burial will be in the St. Elizabeth cemetery in Clarkson, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Monday.
Survivors include his wife, Valma Brooks, daughters, Peggy Embry & Monica Fields, sisters, Lois Cox, Mary Ann Cox, Janet Banda & Pamela Portman, five grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucille Clark Hornsby and a sister, Alice Faye.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Glenn; two sons, Guy Glenn of Westview and Chad Glenn of Hardinsburg; two daughters, Donna Whitfill and Tessa O' Donoghue, both of Harned; six grandchildren; a stepmother, Ann Shaw of Hardinsburg; two brothers, Wayne Shaw of Hardinsburg and Jeff Shaw of Falls of Rough; and a sister, Lee Ann Shaw of Hardinsburg.
Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg. Burial will be in Kingswood cemetery in Harned. Visitation is from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today and after 8:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Graveside services for 58 year-old Steven M. Rhodes of Caneyville will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, (June 11, 2012) at the Kentucky Veterans cemetery West in Hopkinsville, Ky.
Steven was born August 23, 1953 at Fort Benning, GA. He was a United States Vietnam War Era Veteran, a real estate agent and a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Judi Blosevich Rhodes of Yeaman, his parents Fred and Mary Miles Rhodes of Kosciusko, Mississippi, daughters Jennifer Feeser (Chad) of Ft. Campbell, Katrina Rhodes and Stephanie Hull of Louisville, son James Hanson of Bardstown, granddaughter Haley Feeser, several other grandchildren and sisters Susan Pearson and Donna Woods of Kosciusko, Mississippi.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the family to help with medical expenses that were incurred.

KETTERING, Ohio -- Sarah "Jane" E. Miller Jenks, 102, of Kettering died Tuesday, May 22, 2001, at Lincoln Park Manor after a brief illness. She was an Owensboro native. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur L. Jenks.
Survivors include two stepsons, Thomas F. Jenks of Kettering, Ohio, and Peter Gordon of California; a nephew; and a niece.
Services are at 8 p.m. Friday at Tobias Funeral Home, Far Hills Chapel in Dayton, Ohio. Committal services are at 10 a.m. Saturday at David's cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation is after 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Dayton.

William Andrew “Bill” Johnson, JR. 73, of Rosine, passed away, Sunday, May 16, 2010 at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville. He was born February 24, 1937 in Rosine to the late William Andrew and Mae Goff Johnson. He was a supervisor of Operations for BASF Corp. in Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Tharp Johnson, who passed away, November 4, 2000.
Survivors include his son, Dewey Johnson of Georgetown, IN., two daughters, Thelma Christian and Susan Wittmer both of Louisville and three sisters, Alma Wright of Whiting, IN, Frances Harvey of Rosine, and Wilma Hutchings of Jeffersonville, IN. 5 grandchildren also survive.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Mike Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Rosine cemetery in Rosine. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
