Funeral: 11 AM Saturday August 14, 2004 at Strode Funeral Home

Burial will be in the Gamaliel cemetery in Gamaliel, KY

She is survived by two brothers and nine sisters: Glen Jerry Allen of Russell Springs, KY,

Jimmy Neal Allen of Festus, MO, Sarah Jane Harrell of Bowling Green, KY, Penny Gayle Killman of

Celina, TN, Rachel J. Kinslow of Greensburg, KY, Jewell Earles of Indianapolis, IN, Doris Smitley of

Indianapolis, IN, Dimple Marie Dennis of Champaign, IL, Joyce Blythe of Tompkinsville, KY, Linda Stacey of

St. Louis, MO, and Wanda Sue Stacey of St. Louis, MO and a long time companion Bruce Gibson of Indianapolis, IN

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Nancy Evans Allen Walker, two sisters; Ruth Deckard Norris

and Vickie Faye Allen, two brothers; Frank Allen Jr., and Eagle Edward Allen

Ina V. Thompson Chappell

Age 84, Formerly of Tompkinsville, KY died Monday August 9, 2004

at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY

Visitation: 4 PM to 9 PM Wednesday August 11, 2004 at Strode Funeral Home

Funeral: 1 PM Thursday August 12, 2004 at Strode Funeral Home

Burial will be in the Mt. Poland cemetery in Monroe Co., KY

She is survived by a son and daughter: Barlow Chappell of Louisville, KY - Lanetra Brummett of Brooks, KY

sister- Annie Walden of Scottsville, KY; sister-in-law Agnes Thompson of Tompkinsville, KY

She is also survived by three grandsons; Brandon Brummett and wife Laura, Brynce and Bryan Chappell;

and two granddaughters, Stacena Bohannon and husband Joseph and Jennifer Chappell. All live in Louisville and

the surrounding metropolitan area. She was preceded in death by her parents - Jessie E. and Evie Mae Ford Thompson,

Husband - Rufus Ted Chappell and (4) brothers Fred Sr., Hughie, Ranzie, & Brynce Thompson

The family has requested expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to Hospice and

Palliative Care of Louisville or the Mt. Poland cemetery Fund.

Age 90, of Tompkinsville, KY died Monday August 9, 2004

at the Monroe County Medical Center

Visitation: 4 PM to 9 PM Tuesday August 10, 2004 at Strode Funeral Home

Funeral: 2 PM Wednesday August 11, 2004 at Old Temple Hill Baptist Church

Burial will be in the Old Mt. Herman cemetery

He is survived by 2 brothers and a sister: Carson Milam of Tompkinsville, KY

Sam Denton Milam of Wichita Falls, TX and Pearl Milam White of Indianapolis, IN

He was preceded in death by his parents - Walter and Bessie Murley Milam

brother - Cordell Milam and sister - Mary Alice Murray

Rosie York Bryant

Age 65, of Tompkinsville, KY died Thursday August 5, 2004

at the Monroe County Medical Center

Burial will be in the Rocky Hill cemetery Bugtussle Community

She is survived by her husband: Lowell Bryant of Tompkinsville, KY

a son: Johnny York of Tompkinsville, 4 daughters: Patsy Osgatharp of Lafayette, TN

Wilma Ammons of Knoxville, TN, Brenda Jessie of Glasgow, KY and Shelia Howard of Bowling Green, KY

3 brothers, 4 sisters, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She was a native of Ohio County, KY

She was preceded in death by a son Paul York, her first husband Ernest B. York, father

Quintin Duncan, and mother Ora Mae Bratcher Duncan

Pearl Webb Beason

Age 65, of Gamaliel, KY died Friday July 30, 2004

at the Monroe County Medical Center

Visitation: 5 PM to 9 PM Saturday July 31, 2004 at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel

Funeral: 2 PM Sunday August 1, 2004 at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel

Burial will be in the Gamaliel cemetery Gamaliel, KY

She is survived by a brother: William Webb of Tompkinsville, KY

5 Sisters: Reable Copass, Ree Fox, Faye Proffitt all of Tompkinsville

Ina Copas of Glasgow, KY and Mae Crowe of the Jeffery Community Mt. Hermon, KY

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Roxie Deckard Webb

also a twin brother Earl Webb, she was the widow of the late Keith Beason who passed away Febuary 8, 2004

Age 80, of Red Boiling Springs, TN died Wednesday July 7, 2004

at the Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN

She is survived by a son: Larry Lloyd West of Old Hickory, TN

2 sisters: Ida Mae Sadler of North Springs, TN and Jaunita & Joe West of Red Boiling Springs, TN

2 grandson's and wives: Phil and Wendy Price of Hendersonville, TN and

Chris and Melanie West of Hermitage, TN and 5 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers Mitchell and Harold York

Age 88, of Hestand, died Friday June 18, 2004

at Monroe County Medical Center

Funeral: 1:30 PM Sunday June 20, 2004 at Germany Church of Christ

Burial will be in the Baxter cemetery

She is survived by: Daughter and son-in-law Jo Nell and Dr. Bruce H. Carter of

Louisville, KY- son and daughter-in-law John Kelly and Martha Sue Murphy

of Hestand 4 Grandchildren and wives Dr. Keith B. and Audrey Carter,

Dr. Kevin B.and Millicent Carter, Barry and Rita Murphy, and Randy and

Tracy Murphy, 9 great-grandchildren, and a sister-in-law Florence Baxter

She was the widow of Johnnie Denton Murphy, she was preceded in

death by a brother Carl Baxter.

at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN

Burial will be in the Oak Hill cemetery

He is survived by his wife - Ann Beth Heilman Moore of Tompkinsville

Two daughters and son-in-laws: Andrea & Gordon McAlpin of Tompkinsville,

Mary Marshall & Donnie Peden of Gamaliel

Dustin Peden, and Andrew Peden, An aunt: Jean Slaughter of Tompkinsville
