Indianapolis, IN, Dimple Marie Dennis of Champaign, IL, Joyce Blythe of Tompkinsville, KY, Linda Stacey of
St. Louis, MO, and Wanda Sue Stacey of St. Louis, MO and a long time companion Bruce Gibson of Indianapolis, IN
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Nancy Evans Allen Walker, two sisters; Ruth Deckard Norris
and Vickie Faye Allen, two brothers; Frank Allen Jr., and Eagle Edward Allen

She is survived by a son and daughter: Barlow Chappell of Louisville, KY - Lanetra Brummett of Brooks, KY
sister- Annie Walden of Scottsville, KY; sister-in-law Agnes Thompson of Tompkinsville, KY
She is also survived by three grandsons; Brandon Brummett and wife Laura, Brynce and Bryan Chappell;
and two granddaughters, Stacena Bohannon and husband Joseph and Jennifer Chappell. All live in Louisville and
the surrounding metropolitan area. She was preceded in death by her parents - Jessie E. and Evie Mae Ford Thompson,
Husband - Rufus Ted Chappell and (4) brothers Fred Sr., Hughie, Ranzie, & Brynce Thompson
The family has requested expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to Hospice and
Palliative Care of Louisville or the Mt. Poland cemetery Fund.
