Fanola Nell Whitlock DeSpain
Mrs. Fanola Nell Whitlock DeSpain was born December 3, 1917 in Green County, KY to the late Robert Marion Whitlock and Bertha Everett Mouser Whitlock. She departed this life Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the Taylor Regional Medical Center in Campbellsville, having attained the age of ninety-five years, eleven months and twenty-seven days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Thomas DeSpain. She graduated from Lindsey Wilson College and started teaching at Liletown in 1936. She received her BS degree from Western Kentucky Normal School in 1948 with a secondary certificate. She retired from teaching in 1982. She was initiated into the Order of the Eastern Star in September 1955. She served as Worthy Grand Matron in 1968-1969.
She is survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends.

Ernie Randolph, Jr. was born August 12 1966 in Sparta, Tennessee to Joyce Turner Randolph of Liberty, Tennessee and the late Wilburn Ernest Randolph, Sr. He departed this life Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at his home in Green County, having attained the age of forty-seven years, three months and eleven days.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a self-employed concrete contractor. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents: Earnest and Willie Randolph and Reece Turner.
He is survived by his wife Tammie Corbin Randolph of Green County, mother: Joyce Turner Randolph of Liberty, Tennessee, grandmother: Ruby Turner of Sparta, Tennessee, three sisters: Kimberly Carr of Belleville, Michigan, Teresa Collins of Knoxville, Tennessee and Chasity Newsome of Dearborn Heights, Michigan and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Barbara Joan Dowell
Mrs. Barbara Joan Dowell was born December 30, 1939 in Green County, KY to the late Clifton and Opal Pierce Lile. She departed this life Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at her home in the Mell Community, having attained the age of seventy-three years, four months and eleven days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death May 13, 2011 by her son, Ronnie Dowell. She is also preceded in death by one brother: Robert Lile and two sisters: Shielda Bailey and Virginia Campbell.
Mrs. Dowell is survived by her husband Ralph Dowell, two sons and one daughter-in-law: Joey Dowell of Green County, Donnie and Tammy Dowell of Trevorton, Pennsylvania and one daughter and son-in-law: Sherry and Chris Ervin of Edmonton. She is also survived by one sister: Devona Wiggins of Florida, eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Coleman "Rabbit" Williams
Mr. Coleman "Rabbit" Williams was born on January 11, 1935 in Black Gnat, KY to the late Gladys and Dan Williams.
He went home to be with his Lord and Jesus Christ on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY at the age of 78.
Coleman confessed his belief in Christ at an early age. He worked for Kroger for 32 years, before retiring. His passion was farming.
He was united in marriage in 1961 to Mary Nell Groves Williams. Besides his wife Mary, he is survived by four sons: Coleman "Bud" Williams, Jr., Derrick Lee Ferman (Ebony), Vevon Hughes (Kim), Curtis Williams and four daughters: Betty Jean Ramos, Anita Keith (Norman), Myra Duncan and Devon Scales (Jermaine), grandchildren: Cameron, Trey, Jayce, Kaitlyn, Donovan, Devyn, Davis, Nevaeh, Kenley, Tymeshia, several great-grandchildren, one sister: Nancy Lee Bailey , three sisters-in-law: Ollie Williams, Helen Williams and Josie Williams, two aunts: Claudette Vaughn Hopkins and Jeannie Vaughn, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister: Clarence Wesley Williams, Walter Williams, Pauline Young, David Lloyd Williams and Harlon Dan Williams, Jr.

Laura Christine Berdeaux, age 49 of Campbellsville passed away at her home Wednesday, October 16, 2013. She is survived by three sons and one daughter: Justin Hubbard of California, Matthew Hine of Missouri, David Hine and Christine Frazier, both of Georgia, her mother, Sue Huff of Greensburg, one brother: John Clemons of Missouri, four sisters: Roelonda Elbert of Indiana, Victoria Head of North Carolina, Karol Caldwell of Louisville and Melissa McNear of Campbellsville, two grandchildren, special aunt, Ruby Turner and her fiancé: Harry McClendon.
Funeral services for Laura Christine Berdeaux will be conducted 1 p.m. Sunday at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Neagle cemetery in the Thurlow Community of Green County.

James Keith "T-Bo" Davis was born October 14, 1985 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He departed this life, Thursday, September 26, 2013 in Arkansas, having attained the age of twenty-seven years, eleven months and twelve days.
T-Bo had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a truck driver. He is preceded in death by his grandmother: Rowena Davis and his grandfather: Billy Jean Posey.

Robert Wayne Perkins was born November 5, 1952 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to the late Virgil and Lucille Edwards Perkins. He departed this life Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at his home in Campbellsville, KY, having attained the age of sixty years, ten months and nineteen days.
Mr. Perkins had made a profession of faith in Christ. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a self-employed masonry contractor.

Mr. Matney had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Mormon Faith. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during World War II. He was a member of the James L. Pruitt VFW Post 5813, Greensburg, KY. He was a tree topper and a farmer. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Lile Matney, three sons and two daughters-in-law: Arnold W. and Shirley Matney of Greensburg, KY, Alvin C. and Kaye Matney of Sulphur Well, KY and Benny Matney of Metcalfe Co., KY, one daughter and son-in-law: Norma L. and Wayne Keltner of Vine Grove, KY. Michael Carter
Michael Carter, age 54 of Louisville, KY passed away on September 16, 2013. He was employed with ECM.
Michael was born on January 29, 1959 in Louisville, KY to Vernon "Pete" Carter of Campbellsville, KY and the late Carolyn Gowan Carter. Besides his mother, he is preceded in death by his sister: Shannon Renee' Davis.
He is survived by his wife: Star Duncan Carter, two sons: David Ray Carter and Jonathan Kenney Carter (Samantha), brother: Kenneth Ray Carter, eight grandsons and one granddaughter, and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). Mr. Voris Wilson Whitlock was born January 2, 1925 in Green County, KY to the late Steward and Lelia Mills Whitlock. He departed this life Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Campbellsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, having attained the age of eighty-eight years, eight months and nine days.
Voris had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Community Baptist Church. He had taught Sunday School for sixty years. He was owner and operator of Whitlock and Sons Grocery. He was a Green County Constable for many years. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during World War II. He was a member and former Chaplain of the James L. Pruitt VFW Post 5813, Greensburg, KY. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother: Vontryce Whitlock, and three sisters: Maxine Bagby, June Wilgus and Theresa Bates.
He is survived by his wife Geraldine Baker Whitlock, one son and daughter-in-law: Rodney and Cheryl Whitlock of Campbellsville and one daughter and son-in-law: Beverly and Mike Creek of Bowling Green. He is also survived by one sister: Treva Hopkins of Shepherdsville and one grand-daughter and her husband: Angela and Scotty Alexander of Bowling Green.
