Hazel Williams, 81, of Cynthiana, died Sunday at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana. She was a homemaker and a member of Short Creek Baptist Church, Pendleton County.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Perkins of Falmouth.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Turner Ridge Cemetery, Pendleton County. Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth.

Falmouth's Elizabeth "Libby' Field
Elizabeth Marie "Libby" Field was the thread who kept four generations of her family together.
She enjoyed cooking for her family, but her meals came at a price, said a grandson, Robert Yelton, a detective with the Falmouth police department.
"Grandmother was very compassionate. She was a regular contributor to the League of Animal Welfare," Mr. Yelton said. "She always tried to support organizations that helped stray animals. And after dinner, she always had raffle tickets that everybody had to buy for the league."
Mrs. Field, 84, of Falmouth, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North in Covington.
She was a former nurse with Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and a member of Falmouth Christian Church. She also was a member of the Board of Directors of Disciples of Christ Church and First National Bank of Falmouth.
A son, J. P. Field, died in 1974. Another son, Grafton Field, was stillborn.
Her husband, Jesse Preston Field, is former chief executive officer of the First National Bank in Falmouth and Williamson Heating and Cooling in Cincinnati.
Mrs. Field enjoyed her social life, her grandson said.
"She would let you know her opinion, but she wasn't forceful or obnoxious," Mr. Yelton said. "And she made sure that Christmas was always special. She would cook for two days."
In addition to her husband and grandson, survivors include a son, Donald Field of Lexington; daughters, Patty Yelton of Falmouth and Linda Field of Ft. Wright; 9 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth. Visitation will begin there at 1 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth. Memorials are suggested to Falmouth Christian Church, 303 W. Shelby St., Falmouth 41040.

Dorothy Schoech Arnzen, 85, of Edgewood, died Saturday at Florence Park Care Center in Florence. She was a tax examiner with the Internal Revenue Service and a member of Daughters of Isabella Newport Circle No. 88.
She also was a member of Catholic Order of Foresters St. Ann No. 19, and a member of St. Agnes Church, Ft. Wright.
Survivors include daughters, Dotty Kammerer of Xenia, Ohio, Bobbie Reilly of Melrose Park, Ill., Mary Hoffmeister of Edgewood and Ginny Pohlman of Versailles; sisters, Margaret Calhoun of Villa Hills and Alberta Rohling Muth of Enon, Ohio; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Church. Visitation will immediately follow Mass, in the church undercroft. Cremation will be at Hillside Chapel, Cincinnati. June Ballard, 78, of Erlanger, died at 10:30 p.m. Monday at her home. She was a retired employee of American State Insurance Co. Her husband, Joseph Ballard, died in 1969.
Survivors include sons, Miles Ballard and Dennis Bal lard, both of Erlanger, and William Boese of Bloomington, Ind.; a daughter, April Miller of Independence; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Cremation will be at Hillside Chapel, Cincinnati. Don Catchen and Son Funeral Home, Elsmere, is handling arrangements.

Carl G. Caldwell, 68, of Erlanger, died at 6 p.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth South Hospital, Edgewood. He was a bookkeeper with Texaco and a member of Florence Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jewell L. Martin Caldwell; sons, Barry G. Caldwell of Dallas, Terry L. Caldwell of Glasgow and Darrell W. Caldwell of Williamstown; sisters, Carlita Cainfield of Louisville and Norma Buckman of Pittsburgh; and nine grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.

Charles Dwayne Hayes, 30, of Covington, was found dead May 16 in the Ohio River in Boone County. He was a construction worker. Survivors include daughters, Jovana Hayes, Joneisha Hayes and Jordan Hayes, all at home; his mother and stepfather, Helen and Gary Fields of Covington; and a sister, Joanne Hayes of Covington.

Florence O'Banion, 74, of Owenton, died Tuesday at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Owen County.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin O'Banion; daughters, Betty Coffman of Owenton and Mary Turner of Carrollton; sons, Jesse O'Banion, Marvin O'Banion and Clifford O'Banion, all of Sparta, Kenneth O'Banion, James O'Banion, Melvin O'Banion, Eugene O'Banion and Woody O'Banion, all of Owenton, and William Lee O'Banion of Covington; brothers, Buford Wainscott and Jimmy Wainscott, both of Owenton; a sister, Fay Wanda Duvall of Cincinnati; 25 grandchildren and 30 great- grandchildren.

Wilma L. Phillips, 71, of Madison, Ind., formerly of Carrollton, died Monday at King's Daughters Hospital in Madison. She was a homemaker and a member of Madison Pentecostal Church in Indiana. Her husband, Paul Phillips, died in 1970. A son, Bobby Gene Phillips, died in 1994.
Survivors include daughters, Janet Louden of Springville, Tenn., Bonnie Albert and Regenia Williams, both of Madison, Ind., Rita Pyles of Carrollton and Karen Phillips of Hanover, Ind.; sons, Ricky Phillips of Milton and Randall Phillips of Seymour, Ind.; and 26 grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, Carrollton. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, and 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of services at the funeral home.

Gertrude Rebholz, 92, of Jeffersontown, formerly of Covington, died Sunday at Meadow East Nursing Home in Jeffersontown. She was a retired switchboard operator with St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington. Her husband, Matthew Rebholz, died in 1974.
Survivors include a son, Tom M. Rebholz of Portland, Ore.; a daughter, Rita Brooks of Louisville; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
