MUNFORDVILLE Sherman R. Reynolds, 73, of Munfordville died at 3:58 a.m. March 9, 2000, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
The Hart County native was a World War II Navy veteran and a retired carpenter.
He was a son of the late Curt Reynolds and Amy Self Reynolds.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Wilkerson Temple Methodist Church, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sego Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Hartsel Reynolds; two sons, Jerry Reynolds of Munfordville and Philip Reynolds of Cave City; a daughter, Cathy Higdon of Clarkson; three brothers, Howard Reynolds, Pete Reynolds and Wendell Reynolds, all of Munfordville; two sisters, Christine Russell and Nellie Johnson, both of Munfordville; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pauline Croghan
MUNFORDVILLE Pauline Croghan, 73, of Munfordville died at 10:05 p.m. March 8, 2000, at her home.
The Hart County native was a homemaker and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church.
She was a daughter of the late Wade Taylor and Katie Taylor.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sego Funeral Home with burial in Dog Creek Cemetery.
Visitation is in progress at the Funeral home.
Survivors include two sons, James Robert Croghan and Robert Wayne Croghan, both of Munfordville; three daughters, Teresa Middleton of Munfordville, Sharon Kaye Logsdon of Louisville and Diane Marie Sego of Radcliff; a sister, Bessie Sloan of Louisville; nine grandchildren; a stepgrandchild; four great-grandchildren; and two great-stepgrandchildren.
Paula Rae Woods
Paula Rae Woods, 31, of Alvaton died at 10:26 a.m. March 8, 2000, at Greenview Regional Hospital of injuries suffered in an automobile accident on W.G. Talley Road.
The Michigan native was a Drakes Creek Middle School cafeteria worker.
She was a daughter of Allen and Bonnie Bowling of Alvaton, who survive.
Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel, with burial in Bays Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral home.
Other survivors include her husband, Bobby Joe Woods Sr.; a daughter, Amber Woods of Alvaton; a sister, Michelle Holt of Detroit; a brother, Jamie Bowling of Detroit; and two grandmothers, Lizzie Bowling of Pikeville and Betty Jeffrey of Sarasota, Fla.
Verna Gonterman
BROWNSVILLE Verna Frances Rigdon Gonterman, 87, of Mammoth Cave died at 12:35 p.m. March 1, 2000, at her home.
The Mammoth Cave native was a homemaker. She was a daughter of the late William T. Rigdon and Susan Katherine Houchins Rigdon and wife of the late Gerstle C. Gonterman.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Union Light Missionary Baptist Church in Mammoth Cave, where she was a member, with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Patton Funeral Home.
Survivors include a son, Harvey Gonterman of Auburn, Ga.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Elizabeth B. Hornback
Elizabeth Borrone Hornback, 92, of Bowling Green died March 10, 2000, in Louisville.
The Bowling Green native was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and Western Kentucky University Teachers College, a homemaker, a member Holy Spirit Catholic Church and former secretary of Faculty Wives Club. She was a daughter of the late Bert J. Borrone and Julia Monahan Borrone and wife of the late Vernon T. Ted Hornback.
Private graveside service is scheduled. J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two sons, Ted Hornback Jr. of Sacramento, Calif., and Jerry Hornback of Louisville; a daughter, Ann Hornback of New Orleans; a sister, Dorothe Borrone Greer of Bowling Green; and four grandchildren.
Jessica M. Guess
MUNFORDVILLE Jessica M. Guess, 68, of Louisville died Feb. 29, 2000, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
She was a Hart County native.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sego Funeral Home with burial in Center Point Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at the Funeral home.
Survivors include five sons, Terry Guess, Ricky Guess, Charles Guess and Timothy Guess, all of Louisville, and William Wayne Guess of Brandenburg; a daughter, Sharon K. Fleming of Louisville; three sisters, Louise Gillock, Marie Campbell and Betty Jean Spencer; two brothers, Charles Hawkins and Douglas Hawkins; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Bobby L. Bunch
Bobby L. Bunch, 61, of Bowling Green died at 10:45 a.m. Oct. 14, 2000, at his home.
The Warren County native was a former Warren County jailer, a farmer and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
He was a son of James Bunch and Mary Novice Elrod Bunch of Bowling Green, who survive.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the Funeral home.

MORGANTOWN Andy Burnes, 37, of Bowling Green died Oct. 13, 2000, at Greenview Regional Hospital.
The Butler County native was a son of the late Pyrtle Burnes and Mattie Woosley of Rochester, who survives.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home with burial in Noah Johnson Cemetery.
Other survivors include his wife, Mary Burnes; two daughters, Melanie Hunt and Whitney Cardwell, both of Morgantown; two stepdaughters, Corrie Chapa of Russellville and Amy Chapa of Bowling Green; a stepson, Frank Chapa III of Auburn; a sister, Diana Hamlet of Bowling Green; two brothers, Phildon Burns of Bowling Green and Timmy Burnes of Roundhill; a stepfather, Emmit Woosley of Rochester; four stepsisters; four stepbrothers; and a grandchild.
Elious Cline
Elious Jefferson Cline, 88, of Bowling Green died at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 13, 2000, at a Bowling Green nursing home.
The Edmonson County native was a retired farmer.
He was a son of the late Herbert Cline and Margaret Logsdon Cline and husband of the late Audrey Elizabeth Poteet Cline
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Edmonson County with burial in Wingfield Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home and will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the church.
Survivors include a son, Ernest Cline of Bowling Green; four grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Charles Crawford
Charles Edward Crawford, 73, of Bowling Green died at 9:50 a.m. Oct. 13, 2000, at the Medical Center in Franklin.
The Springfield, Tenn., native was a printer for Gerald Printing in Scottsville and Litho Printing in Bowling Green, owner and operator of McFall Printing in Springfield, worked for Ekles Printing in Springfield, was a Springfield Jaycee, played guitar for the Lions Club Orchestra of Springfield, and was a member of the Rotary Club and Eastland Heights Baptist Church in Springfield.
He was a son of the late Mallie Lee Crawford Morris.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with a graveside service at 4 p.m. Monday at Memorial Gardens in Springfield.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine Austin Crawford; stepfather, John W. Morris of Springfield; two daughters, Denise Crawford and DeAnn Crawford, both of Bowling Green; two sons, Tracey Crawford and Owen Crawford, both of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews.
Marion Edmonds
GLASGOW Marion Columbus Jug Edmonds, 64, of Glasgow died at 1:04 p.m. Oct. 12, 2000, at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.
The Park City native was a meat packer at Hyde Packing Plant.
He was a son of the late Christopher Columbus Crit Edmonds and Anna Myrtle Edmonds.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Glasgow, where he was a member, with burial in Barlow Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Watts Funeral Home.
Survivors include two daughters, Jayne Carpenter of Bowling Green and Gail Edmonds of Owensboro; two sons, Kelvin Edmonds and Barnard Francis, both of Glasgow; a brother, William Bill Edmonds of Indianapolis; three sisters, Emma Jones of Louisville, Elizabeth Edmonds of St. Louis, and Christine Sublett of Glasgow; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Bobby Hurley
BRISTOL, Va. Bobby Lynn Hurley of Bowling Green died Oct. 12, 2000, at a Bowling Green nursing home.
The Bristol, Va., native was an employee of the Virginia Social Services Department and was a retired associate director of the Kentucky Council for Higher Education.
He was a son of the late Stanley Hurley and Elsie Booher Hurley.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Odum Cemetery in Bristol.
Local arrangements are under the direction of J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel.
Survivors include two brothers, Paul W. Hurley of Bristol and Ronnie L. Hurley of Bowling Green; and a niece.
