He was the husband of Jessie White Releford. The son of Cleo Carlous Releford and Dorothy Devine Releford. Additional survivors include one son Eric Allen Releford of Harrodsburg. One daughter Jessica Maria Combs and her husband Jeremy of Harrodsburg. One grandaughter Peyton Makinley Combs of Harrodsburg. A special great nephew Blake Sargent of Harrodsburg. Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was self- employed construction contractor. He raised registered beagles had won several awards in trials. He enjoyed horses and hunting.
He was preceded in death by one brother David Lynn Releford and one sister Elizabeth Ann Releford.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday April 12, 2005 at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home by Derek Baker. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. Monday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and 7:00 A.M. Tuesday until the hour of service.

Mrs. Tyler was the widow of Donald “Rat” Tyler. Born September 8, 1934 in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Edna Skirvin Brock, Sr. She was a homemaker and was a member of Pioneer Baptist Church. She attended Salvisa United Methodist Church where she was a member of C.A.P., and collected miniature lamps. She was a quilter who loved flower gardening, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
Survivors include: one son: Donnie Tyler and his wife, Vicki of Salvisa; two daughters: Linda Hardin and her husband Bobby of Salvisa and Donna Bostic and her husband, Ernie of Anderson County; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one grandson: Dwayne Stumph, one sister: Dolly Arnold and two brothers: Walter Brock and Leonard Brock.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2005 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Wiley officiating. Burial will be in the Kirkwood Cemetery
with Mike Tyler, Rudy Tyler, Chuck Tyler, Dennis Tyler, Johnny Tyler, Larry Devine and Louis Sea serving as pallbearers and Angela Tyler, Jason Tyler, David Tyler and Daniel Stumph serving as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Friday and after 7:00 a.m. Saturday at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.

She was the widow of J.B. Dean and the daughter of the late T.R. and Flossie Hardin Coulter. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Springfield and enjoyed cooking, traveling, canning and working in her garden. Survivors include: one daughter: Sue Young, Danville; one brother: Doris Coulter, Thompsonville; one sister: Wilnah Dile, Pierceton, Indiana; one grandchild: Bartley McQueary; three great-grandchildren; one special niece: Janet Curtsinger of Lexington and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter: Ina Neal Dean; three brothers: Arvel Coulter, J.R. Coulter, and Carl Coulter; four sisters: Mattie Bell Settles, Ruby Willis, Effie Goode and Edith Gowins and one grandson: Barry McQueary.
She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Springfield and enjoyed cooking, traveling, canning and working in her garden.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Addie Lee Oldham Ross. Survivors include two sons: Jerry and his wife Donna Higginbotham of Harrodsburg and Michael and his wife Dora Lee Higginbotham also of Harrodsburg. One brother Loraine Ross of Harrodsburg, four grandchildren: Tammy H. Nichols, Chris Higginbotham, Kevin Higginbotham, and Carla Higginbotham. Five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Ansel Ross, Wilbur Ross, Charlie Ross, Stanley Ross, and William Ross. Two sisters also preceded her: Agnes Jean Ross and Margaret Matherly.
She was retired from James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital, having worked in the cafeteria there. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Church of Christ and she enjoyed her flowers. Mrs. Higginbotham loved being a U.K. Basketball fan, which is why many of her friends lovingly referred to her as “Mrs. WildCat”.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2005 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Calvin Runner officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery
in Willisburg with Nathan Nichols, Jackie Freeman, Ryan Owens, Dennis Curtsinger, Ralph Culp, Scotty Anderson, and Buddy Shirley serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and after 7:00 a.m. Saturday at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.

She was a homemaker, a Jehovah Witness and enjoyed reading her bible.

She was the widow of Bradley Whitehouse and the daughter of the late George and Sarah Monroe Phillips. Survivors include two grandsons: Harold Darland and his wife Betty of Harrodsburg, Marshall Darland and his wife Brenda of Harrodsburg. Seven great-grand children and six great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters: Mabel K. Darland and Elizabeth Whitehouse. Four Brothers: Cue Phillips, Felix Phillips, Sidney Phillips and William Phillips. Four sisters: Amelia Clodfelder , Matt Lane, Susie Elizabeth Roller and Mary Devon. Two great grandchildren Melessa Darland and Lance Darland.
A homemaker and a member of Harrodsburg United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting and cooking until the age of 98.

He was the son of Kenneth B. and Audrey Cosby Kirkland. Additional survivors besides his parents include: His companion, Mona Minter, Salvisa, one brother, Michael Kirkland and his wife Cynthia, Louisville, two nephews and one great-niece.
He was a farmer and a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and reading and loved his dogs, Megan and Jack.

She was the wife of Aubrey Saylor, Kettering, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Winfield and Mary Leonard Russell. Additional survivors besides her husband include: step sons: Wayne Saylor of Hamilton, OH. and Michael Saylor of Charleston, S.C.; step-daughter, Debie Meece of Klawock, AK; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, one brother: Leo Russell, Akron, Ohio and several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Judy Carolyn Pennington; two brothers: Woodrow and Romie Russell and three sisters: Lucille Bugg, Caltha B. Payton, and Evalene Pennington.
She was a member of the First Baptist of Kettering. She was a former employee of Sunshine Biscuit and Kettering Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2005 at Bruner’s Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. James Harley officiating. Burial will be in the Bruner’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery

She retired from Owens-Corning in Illinois after 42 years, was a member of Harrodsburg Christian Church, Homemaker’s Club, Harrodsburg Christian Church Quilters and was a Champion Bowler in her younger days.
