HUGOTON Marie Rich, 76, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001, at Satanta Long Term Care Unit in Satanta.
Funeral services are pending and will be announced by Paul's Funeral Home in Hugoton.
BERT E. MCCLURE
TURPIN, Okla. -- Bert E. McClure, 58, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001, at the Via Christi St. Francis Campus in Wichita.
He was born May 3, 1943, to Bert and Berttie E. (Bryley) McClure in Brush, Colo.
He graduated from Cal Fraley Boy's Ranch High School in Amarillo, Texas.
He married LaDonna D. Harvey Nov. 9, 1963, in Dalhart, Texas. She survives.
He served his country in the United States Army.
He drove a truck for many years and was manager of Choice's Station in Dalhart.
He moved to Turpin from Pampa, Texas in 1982.
He was a member of the VFW Lane Day Post No. 3166, in Liberal.
His hobbies included going to auctions, garage sales and fishing.
Other survivors include three sons, Larry McClure and wife, Melissa, and, Bert Wade McClure, all of Turpin, and Mark Wayne McClure and wife, Angela, Oklahoma City; two daughters, Eyvonne Franco and husband, Osvaldo, Turpin, and Charmane McDade and husband, James, Oklahoma City; three brothers, John Dove, Liberal, Ernie Rudolph and wife, Tammy, Orlando, Fla., and Mike Rudolph and wife, Debbie, Blackwell, Okla.; three sisters, Chris Gilcrease and husband, John, Ponca City, Okla., Lenora Whan and husband, Danny, Plains, and Loraine Salley and husband, Ellis, Pampa; 14 grandchildren, Jennifer McClure, Eric McClure, and Tyler McClure, Ashley McClure, Lacey McClure, Christopher McClure and Caressa McClure, Ross McClure, Albany McClure and Donald McClure, and Jimmy and Jeremy McDade.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one sister; and one foster son, Donald.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Faith Tabernacle Church in Liberal, with Dr. Ollie Kinser presiding.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Dalhart Cemetery
in Dalhart, Texas.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Mortuary in Liberal.
C.C. ORTH
ELKHART C.C. Orth, 89, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001, at Morton County Hospital in Elkhart.
He was born Nov. 14, 1911, to Charles William and Elizabeth (Combs) Orth in Richfield.
He married Irldene Smith Jan. 15, 1947, in Liberal. She survives.
He was a lifetime resident of Morton County.
He was the owner/operator of the Sinclair Service Station in Elkhart.
He was a member of VFW Post No. 3162 in Elkhart and the American Legion.
Other survivors include one son, Pete Orth, Elkhart; one daughter, Pam Jaselnik, Kansas City, Mo.; one brother, James J. Orth, Austin, Texas; three sisters, Doris Runkle, El Paso, Texas, Lola Johnson, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Helen Thompson, Elkhart; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Harrell Chapel at Harrell Funeral Home in Elkhart, with the Rev. Terrell Giddens presiding.
Burial will be at the Elkhart Cemetery
in Elkhart.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today at Harrell Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to the Morton County Historical Society in Elkhart.
HARVEY D. ROLL
SPRINGFIELD, Colo. Harvey D. Roll, 89, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001, at Southeast Colorado Hospital in Springfield.
He was born May 7, 1912, to Benjamin and Agnes (Wilkins) Roll in Elkhart.
He had been a resident of Springfield since 1997, moving there from Elkhart.
He married Dorothy Lekas March 1, 1983, in Truth or Consequences, N.M. She survives.
He was a farmer.
He was a member of the Church of God in Elkhart.
Other survivors include two sisters, Wincy Owen, Salina, and Lorene Peterman, Wichita.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of God in Elkhart.
Burial will be at the Elkhart Cemetery
in Elkhart.
Friends may call from 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at Harrell Funeral Home in Elkhart.

BRYAN LEE WILSON
SATANTA -- Bryan Lee Wilson, 33, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001, in Haskell County as the result of an automobile accident.
He was born July 16, 1968, to Donald Lee and Charlene (Cadenhead) Wilson in Omaha, Neb.
He married Brandy D. McCauley Sept. 23, 1989, in Ulysses. She survives.
He had been a resident of Satanta since 1994.
He worked for ExxonMobil Production as a maintenance and reliability system contact.
He served in the United States Airforce. He was a member of the Color Guard Team, and up to the time of his death he had been serving in the Air National Guard. He was a life member of the Wichita Air Guard Association "Jayhawk Club" at McConnell Airforce Base Kansas.
He was a member of the Grand Lodge AF and AM of Kansas, Ulysses Lodge No. 435, the Midian Temple of Wichita, and the Eastern Star No. 471 in Ulysses. He was a member of the Ulysses Gun Club in Ulysses.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, North Pole, Alaska.
His hobbies included playing golf, riding horses, roping, hunting quail and pheasants, and spending time with his pets.
Other survivors include his parents of Fairfax, Okla.; his grandmother, Mary Cadenhead, Ponca City, Okla.; father- and mother-in-law, Charles and Betty McCauley, Satanta; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul Cadenhead, and Jim and Pairlee Wilson.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Shelton Memorial Christian Church in Ulysses, with the Rev. Bob Glasgow presiding.
Burial and graveside rites by the
Air National Guard will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery
in Ulysses.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses.

HANNAH M. KOEHN
MONTEZUMA -- Hannah M. (Dirks) Koehn, 97, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2001, at Bethel Home in Montezuma.
She was born Nov. 26, 1903, to Isaac and Rachel (Koehn) Dirks at Tampa in Marion County.
She married Dan P. Koehn Jan. 11, 1925, in Tampa. He died March 30, 1988.
She had been a resident of Gray County since 1925. She had been a resident of Bethel Home in Montezuma since 1981.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Church of God in Montezuma.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty Mae Koehn and husband, Robert Lee, Montezuma; two brothers, Tobias Dirks, Hillsboro, and Melvin Dirks, Lehigh; one sister, Martha Unruh and husband, Dayton, Lehigh; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jake Dirks, Ervin Dirks and Gus Dirks; and three sisters, Mary Unruh, Leona Koehn and Irene Rhodes.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. today at the Montezuma Mennonite Church in Montezuma, with Ministers Charles Schmidt and Bruce Dirks presiding
Burial was at the North Mennonite Church Cemetery
in Montezuma.
Montezuma Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
EUNICE A. POOL
AMARILLO, Texas -- Eunice A. Pool, 86, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001.
She was born Aug. 8, 1915, to Elmore and Margaret (Ormiston) Palmer in Seward County.
She graduated from Liberal High School in 1934. She moved to Amarillo in 1936, where she attended school and worked.
She married Buster S. Pool in 1941 in Clovis, N.M. He died May 11, 2000.
She moved to San Antonio in 1938, and to New Orleans during World War II, as her husband was stationed there. She and her husband moved back to Amarillo in 1949.
She worked with her husband at Maxor Drug in Amarillo for 10 years.
She was a member of St. Luke Presbyterian Church. She took care of flower arrangements for the church services.
She was a homemaker, a gourmet cook and an artist. She sewed tailored suits for her husband and son, and formal gowns for some of the women's organizations in Amarillo.
She was active in the Garden Club and the Does.
Survivors include one son, Bill Pool and wife, Judy, Wimberly, Texas; four sisters, Clara Griggs and husband, Doug, Amarillo, Margaret Parmelee, Turpin, Okla., Edna Olinger, Hugoton, and Florence Herring, Shreveport, La.; three brothers, Donald Palmer, Topeka, Earl Dean Palmer, Oklahoma City, and Wendell Palmer, Pampa; two step-granddaughters and one great-grandson, all of Houston, Texas; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Charles; one sister, Lois Farmer; one niece; and one great-grand niece.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Oct. 1, 2001, at St. Luke Presbyterian Church in Amarillo, with Dr. J. Pat Kennedy presiding.
Burial was at the Llano Cemetery
by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia Street in Amarillo.
The family suggests memorials to the Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, Amarillo, TX 79101; the New York Disaster Relief Fund or to the donor's choice.
