Nordberg, Bernie, age 71, Independence, died July 2, 2006. He was a retired Sinclair and ARCO employee and was a free-lance computer artist and amateur poet. A celebration of music and life was held July 6 at Zion Lutheran Church under the direction of Potts Chapel. He is survived by his wife Della, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
