Horrocks, 91, Winfield, died Saturday, April 26, at William Newton Hospital, Winfield. n addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Goad, Dorothy McMillan and Mabel Rogers; his half-sisters, Josie Poindexter and May Breece; his brother Albert Horrocks; his half-borther, Bill Breece and his granddaughter, Sonyia Sphar. Bertha C. Schieber, 91, longtime Newkirk, Okla., resident, died Sunday, April 27, at her home in Newkirk. A prayer service has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday in Miller-Stahl Funeral Chapel, Newkirk. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, in St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Burial will be in Newkirk Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established with St. Mary's School through Eastman National Bank, Box 468, Newkirk 74647-0468. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Alvin Vap, two sisters, Anastasia Otto and Francis Schieber, and one grandchild.
