MARGARET G. ROBERTSON
ELKHART -- Margaret G. "Marty" Robertson, 85, died Saturday, April 8, 2006, at her residence in Elkhart.
She was born Oct. 28, 1920, to Dr. C.A. and Genevive (Jordan) Sanford.
She married Wayne H. "Jack" Robertson Sept. 15, 1940, in Elkhart.
He survives.
She graduated from Hotchiss High School in Colorado.
She owned and operated a beauty shop in Elkhart for many years.
She loved to bowl, was active in the VFW Auxiliary and enjoyed volunteering her time on the election board.
Other survivors include two sons, Jackie J. Robertson, Elkhart, and Cruz W. Robertson, Elkhart; three daughters, Karen M. Loveland, Palisade, Colo., Sandra K. Henry, Lansing, Mich., and Deb Serrato, Elkhart; 14 grandchildren, Kenny J. Reazin, Karma J. Reazin, Kraig Reazin, Janet Sidmon, Teresa Wehemier, LaJean Jimerson, Steven Robertson, Jamie Urias, Matt Robertson, Tami Sheare, Shawn Talbert, Brooke White, Jessica Harlin, Kelsie Serrato; and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Edward Wayne Robertson, and one great-grandson, Corey W. Talbert.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Elkhart Cemetery
with Pastor Jimmye Cole presiding. --

DELORES M. HORTON
Johnson -- Delores M. Horton, 66, died Friday, April 7, 2006, at Stanton County Hospital in Johnson.
She was born July 27, 1939, to Jake and Bertha (Legleiter) Gross in Grove County.
She married Marion J. "Joe" Horton May 24, 1958, in Garden City.
He preceded her in death Aug. 18, 1991.
She was a graduate of Garden City High School and the Law Enforcement Academy in Hutchinson.
She worked as a dispatcher and deputy for the Stanton County Sheriff's Department for 23 years.
She also volunteered as a Stanton County EMT for many years.
After retirement, she doctored cattle at Western Feedyard.
She was a member of the St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Johnson.
She is survived by one son, Mike Horton and wife, Amber, Johnson; one daughter, Becky Dunford and husband, Tim, Johnson; two granddaughters, Lacey Horton and Samantha Horton; two brothers, LaVerne James Gross, Pampa, Texas, and David L. Gross, Wichita; and longtime friend and companion, Bruce Jackson, Johnson.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Elmer J. Gross; and one sister, Katheryn Gross.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fields Memorial Wesleyan Church in Johnson with the Rev. Dave Kaufmann presiding.
Burial will follow at Stanton County Cemetery
in Johnson.

ANTHONY A. DAIGLE
Anthony A. "Tony" Daigle, 66, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at Euless, Texas.
He was born Sept. 7, 1940, to Joseph and Jodie (Crews) Daigle in Port Arthur, Texas.
He married Jana Wyatt in 1998 in Carrollton, Texas.
He graduated from Sam Houston State University and went to graduate school at Trinity University in San Antonio where he received his master's degree in hospital administration.
He started his employment at Boeing in Seattle.
He was the current administrator and chief executive officer at Southwest Medical Center.
He had also been the administrator for Muskogee Hospital in Muskogee, Okla., Community Hospital in Santa Cruz, Calif., Springhill Memorial Hospital in Mobile, Ala., and McCuistion Regional Medical Center in Paris, Texas.
He served in the United States Marines from 1958 to 1967.
He is survived by two sons, Jason Daigle, Charleston, S.C., and Travis Daigle of South Carolina; one stepson, Wyatt Bowden, Paris, Texas; two stepdaughters, Paige Pearson and husband, Stacey, Keller, Texas, and Lauren Bowden, Dallas; two grandchildren, Parker and Emaline Pearson; one half brother, Jim Henry, Savannah, Ga.; and one sister, Diane Frazier, Houston.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Liberal with the Rev. David Bagwell presiding.

DELORIS M. PARIS
SUBLETTE -- Deloris Marie Paris, 62, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at her home in Sublette.
She was born Feb. 20, 1944, to Warren Burton and Ruby Jewel (Taylor) Wilkinson in Springer, N.M.
She worked as a vehicle clerk for 30 years at the Haskell County Treasurer's Office in Sublette.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in Gladstone, N.M.
She enjoying being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lee Paris, Sublette; two daughters, Amanda Marie Zerr and husband, Cletus, Wheat Ridge, Colo., and Jerri Leann Paris, Sublette; two grandchildren, Whitney and Logan Zerr; three brothers, Norwin Wilkinson and wife, Barbara, Clayton, N.M., Valdine Wilkinson and wife, Ina, Clayton, and ElDean Wilkinson, Springer, N.M.; one sister, LaDonna Woolley, Springer; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Rebecca Lynn Paris.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Christian Church in Sublette with Minister David Erwin presiding.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. MST at Gladstone Cemetery
in Gladstone.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today at Haskell County Funeral Home in Sublette.

CONNIE J. SABATA
GARDEN CITY -- Connie J. Sabata, 58, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.
She was born July 28, 1948, to Everest Edward and Marion Margaret (Abers) Lawson in Anadarko, Okla.
She married LeRoy L. Sabata Feb. 10, 1968, in Vilseck, Germany.
He survives.
She worked as a department manager for Wal-Mart for 18 years.
She had been a Cub Scout den leader and a Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed gardening, collecting hummingbirds, spending time on her patio and especially spending with with and caring for her grandchildren.
She is also survived by three sons, Lee Roy Sabata, Liberal, Marcus Louis Sabata, Lakin, and Joseph Edward Sabata, Garden City; 10 grandchildren; and five sisters, Barbara Neal, Del City, Okla., Judy Trotter, Pawhuska, Okla., Roberta Jones, Houston, Susan Lavallee, Lawton, Okla., and Nancy Johnson, Webster, Mass.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Garnand Funeral Home with the Rev. Lyle Stuehrenberg presiding.
There will be a family burial at Valley View Cemetery
in Garden City.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. tonight at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City.

ESTELLE M. DAVIS
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Estelle Mae Davis, 87, died Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, in Tucson, Ariz., after a brief illness.
She was born July 14, 1919, to Sidney Z. Graves and Edna Beath Graves in rural Texas County, Okla.
She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Nickens and husband, Paul, Tucson; three grandchildren, Lisa Costanzo and husband, Nic, Houston, Laura Ciernia and husband, Josh, and Greg Nickens, Tucson; three great-grandsons, Taylor Nickens, Tristan Ciernia and Logan Ciernia, Tucson; one sister, Irene Matkin Davis, Liberal; one nephew, Ken Matkin; and two nieces, Serena Caudell and Teresa Stout, rural Turpin, Okla., and their families.
A private family celebration of her life took place Nov. 4, 2006.
