Funeral mass will be at 12 Noon Friday at the St. Augustine Catholic Church, Rensselaer with Fr. Paul White officiating. Burial will be Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Rensselaer, at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Jasper County Hospital Home Healthcare or Hospice. Survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary E. (Nagel) Rowan, daughters, Carole Mitchell and Maria (Charles) Buysse, 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren and his three sisters, Mary Ellen Stowers, Grace Hanley and Pat McFadden.

Mary and her husband Leonard resided in Rensselaer for many years. She is survived by her grandchildren, Rick Gosnell and Maggie Thompson and 4 Great Grandchildren.
