Interment will be at the Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.

Kenneth R. Burkart, 84, a resident of the United Methodist Memorial Home in Warren, died at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday (April 21, 2004) at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, with calling one hour prior to services, at Christ’s United Methodist Church, 148 W. Third St., Roanoke. Rev. Veryl Roth will officiate.

Interment will be at the Star of Hope Cemetery.

Martin R. “Marty” Lightner, 43, Huntington, died at 9:55 a.m. Saturday (April 24, 2004) at his home following a lengthy illness.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Dr. Raymond Waldfogel, Dr. Howard F. Cherry, and Rev. Brent Birdsall will officiate.

Calling will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Glancy Funeral Homes, H. Brown and Son Chapel, Warren. Masonic services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home by the Amity Lodge 483 of Huntington.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Markle Church of Christ with Gerald Moreland, Mark Cleaveland, and Troy Mower officiating. There will be additional calling one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the Markle Cemetery.

William A. House, 80, rural Muncie, died Tuesday morning (April 27, 2004) at the Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. William Lavely and Gerald Moreland officiating. Burial will be at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie, with military graveside services.
