Timothy Line
Timothy L. Line, 44, of French Lick, Ind., the father of Miranda Line of Evansville, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001, at his home of apparent heart failure.
He was a 1975 graduate of Dubois High School.
He was a construction worker and an Army veteran.
Also surviving are his wife, Donna (Thompson) Line; other daughters, Autumn Denny of French Lick and Keanna Line of Jasper, Ind.; his mother, Emma Lou Line of Hillham, Ind.; three sisters, Lynn Raney of Jacksonville, Fla., and Brenda Line and Theresa Jones, both of French Lick; two brothers, Norman and Kelly, both of Hillham; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday at T.L. Pinnick Mortuary in French Lick, the Rev. Claude Lagenour officiating, with burial in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

Charles Underhill
CANNELTON - Charles E. Underhill, 77, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001, at Owensboro Mercy Health Systems in Owensboro, Ky., of pneumonia.
He retired as a photographer from Art Gerber Studio in Tell City in 1980, after 21 years.
He was a World War II Army Air Force veteran.
He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.
He enjoyed traveling and going to country music shows.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Mary (Devillez) Underhill; a son, Michael of Tobinsport, Ind.; and nieces and a nephew.
Services will be at 10 a.m. EST Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Leopold, with burial in the church Cemetery, with military rites.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 8 to 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Huber Funeral Home Tell City Chapel, with a prayer service at 4 p.m. today.

Larry Ice
CANNELTON - Larry "Butch" Ice, 60, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City of an apparent heart attack.
He was a graduate of Rockport High School.
He was a pulp inspector for Willamette Industries in Hawesville, Ky., for more than 30 years.
He enjoyed fishing and playing pool.
Surviving are his wife, Edie (Young) Ice; a daughter, Dana Collins of Evansville; a son, Darren "D.J." of Antioch, Calif.; three stepsons, Chris Driskell of Campbellsville, Ky., David Driskell of Cannelton and Fred Gray of Hawesville; three sisters, Clayta Duvall of Rockport, Francis Statler of Evansville and Martha Kinder of Carmel; three brothers, Frank and Donnie, both of Owensboro, Ky., and Jerry of Rockport; and three grandchildren, Ethan, Emily and Isaac Collins.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene Ice.
Services will be at 1 p.m. EST Saturday at Huber Funeral Home Tell City Chapel, with burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery
in Rockport.

Pauline Pemberton
LYNNVILLE - Pauline (McWilliams) Pemberton died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at her home.
She attended the Deaconess School of Nursing.
She was affiliated with her late father, Ora McWilliams, and her late husband in the McWilliams & Pemberton Funeral Home in Lynnville for many years.
She was a 50-year member of the Lynnville Eastern Star and attended Lynnville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Janet Haley of Lynnville; a son, Randall K. Pemberton of Lynnville; four grandchildren, Brad and Craig Pemberton and Dayd and Zachary Haley; four great-grandchildren; and her caretakers, Ella Gore, Beaulah Hay, Jackie Winternheimer and Jean Veech.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Pemberton.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Pemberton-Bradley Funeral Home, with burial in Lynnville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

Judy Birchler
TELL CITY - Judy A. (Owen) Birchler, 56, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at her home of cancer.
She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Jerry Birchler; a daughter, Leah Al-Abed of Newburgh; four sons, Scott of Owensboro, Ky., Brett and Dion, both of Tell City, and Kirk of Evansville; a sister, Jane Schroeder of Georgetown, Texas; five brothers, Terry Owen of Chicago, Alan Owen of Avon, Bill Owen of Jasper, and Mark and Donnie Owen of Tell City; and 11 grandchildren, Megan, Chelsea, Travis, Brennan, Brooke, Bryce, Haylee, McKenna and Jamison Birchler and Sami and Amirah Al-Abed.
Services will be at 1 p.m. EST Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church in Tell City, with burial in St. Mary Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home, with a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Friday.

Donald Collins
Donald Paul Collins, 43, of Evansville, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2001, at his home of liver failure. He worked for the city of Evansville and had been an iron worker.
Surviving are a daughter, Krista Collins of Evansville; his mother, Claudia Collins of Evansville; three brothers, Rick, Jerry and Kenny, all of Evansville; and nieces and a nephew.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Pierre Funeral Home, the Rev. Michael Stoelting officiating, with burial in Tupman Cemetery.

Amy Gibson
Amy B. Gibson, 84, of Evansville, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2001, at her home. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Jo Elpers of Evansville; a son, Roy F. Wade of Newburgh; four grandchildren, Debbie Robinson, Tony Crawley and Jana L. and Jeffrey Wade; and three great-grandchildren. Her husband, Otis "Hoot," died in 2000.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Browning Funeral Home, the Rev. Robert Nall officiating, with entombment in Park Lawn Mausoleum.

Wilma Lancaster
Wilma L. Lancaster, 79, of Evansville, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2001, at Angel River Health & Rehabilitation of congestive heart failure. She retired in 1985 from the Metropolitan Evansville Transit System.
Surviving are three daughters, Nancy Satterfield and Donna McDowell, both of Evansville, and Sherri Leslie of Boonville, Ind.; two sons, Larry of Evansville and Jim of Henderson, Ky.; two sisters, Bonnie Cain of Tennessee, and Doris Jean Gates of Evansville; 12 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Her husband, Robert Warren, died in 1993.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, the Rev. Mike Claypool officiating, with burial in the cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Alexander Funeral Home East Chapel.

William Stahl
William R. "Billy" Stahl, 57, of Evansville, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2001, at Westpark Rehabilitation Center of complications of a stroke.
He was a musician and played bass at the Executive Inn and Pete's Supper Club. He had also worked at Solarbron Point.
Surviving are his wife, Maxine; and two brothers, Hurley of Ocheyidan, Iowa, and Ronnie of Waterloo, Iowa.
The body will be cremated. There will be no visitation at Pierre Funeral Home.
