ANDY L. KRUPP

EDWARDSBURG — Andy L. Krupp, 36, of Garver Lake Road, died at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born in South Bend on Feb. 16, 1964, and was a lifetime area resident. He and his wife, Michelle, were married
in Edwardsburg on Aug. 9, 1998, and she survives.
Mr. Krupp also is survived by two daughters, Kayla and Haylee, both of Edwardsburg; and his parents, Norman and Judy Krupp of Edwardsburg.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Community Baptist Church in Edwardsburg, where the funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday. Pastor Dan Dark will officiate and burial will follow at Edwardsburg cemetery.
Bubb Funeral Chapel in Mishawaka is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Krupp had worked at Mercury Displacement industries in Edwardsburg since he was 16. He was a fan of NASCAR racing, enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing and was a member of the Edwardsburg Snowmobile Club and National Rifle Association.
Memorials may be given to his daughters' trust fund at G.W. Jones Bank in Edwardsburg.
LUCIAN STEINBAUGH
Dec. 13, 1923 - Jan. 30, 2001
SOUTH BEND — Lucian Steinbaugh, 77, of River Park, died at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) in his home after an illness.
Mr. Steinbaugh was born in Mishawaka on Dec. 13, 1923, to Oscar and Martha Steinbaugh and married
Laverna Jackson, now his former wife, in Osceola in January 1947. He later married
Katherine Stopper in South Bend on July 25, 1975.
He is survived by his wife; six daughters, Mrs. Billy (Connie) Stabler of Uriah, Ala., Mrs. Bill (Bonnie) Tuttle of Buchanan, Mich., Mrs. Chuck (Sherry) Raven of Mishawaka; Sandi Steinbaugh of Elkhart; Mrs. Roy (Rosie) LaBere of Wexford, Pa., and Mrs. George (Patricia) Truman of South Bend; one son, Edgar of Mishawaka; 18 grandchildren; 13 great - grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Bill (Patricia) Correll of Mishawaka and Mrs. Chuck (Kathleen) Sisk of Nashville, Tenn.; and two brothers, Gerald (Linda) of Goshen and Vertsel (Evelyn) of Osceola.
Two brothers, Edgar and Byron, are deceased.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bubb Funeral Chapel North in Mishawaka, where the service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
Mr. Steinbaugh served in the U.S. Army during World War II and worked for 30 years at Dodge Manufacturing, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the Century 21 Club and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 360.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.
DAVID T. TINSLEY
March 28, 1979-April 9, 2003
ELKHART -- Friends of David T. Tinsley may call from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home & Crematory, where the service will be at 10 a.m. Monday. Full fire department rites will be given by the Osolo Township Fire Department, and the service will be officiated by the Rev. Dale Turner. Burial will be at Prairie Street cemetery.
Mr. Tinsley, 24, of 24790 Buddy St., died at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday (April 9, 2003) at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born in Elkhart to Harold R. and Jackie L. (Girten) on March 28, 1979, and graduated in 1998 from Memorial High School, where he had been an honor roll student.
He is survived by two brothers, Randall R. (Chris) and James A., both of Elkhart; five sisters, Leanna R. Spencer and Mrs. Todd (Lisa) Klosowski, both of Elkhart, Mrs. Jeff (Kimberly A.) Ball of Osceola, and Loren and Jacque Bloss, both at home; and his mother, of Elkhart. His father died Feb. 25, 1998, and a brother, Robert, died Sept. 20, 2002.
Mr. Tinsley was a member of the Osolo Township Fire Department.
Memorials may be given to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
AARON L. NISLEY
GOSHEN -- The graveside service for Aaron Lynn Nisley was Thursday at Clinton Brick cemetery with Bishop Jesse Schlabach officiating. Miller-Stewart Funeral Home in Middlebury was in charge of arrangements.
Aaron, the infant son of Marion and Ruby (Bontrager) Nisley, 62413 S.R. 13, was stillborn Wednesday (April 9, 2003) at New Eden Care Center in Topeka.
FRANK E. LAMBERSON
Nov. 23, 1908-April 9, 2003
ELKHART -- Frank E. Lamberson, 94, of 1648 Woodfield Court, died at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday (April 9, 2003) at Elkhart General Hospital.
Mr. Lamberson was born in Goshen on Nov. 23, 1908, to Verne E. and Amy J. (Cook) Lamberson, graduated in 1926 from Goshen High School and married
Esther E. Yoder on Nov. 1, 1933. They moved to Chicago and lived there for eight years before returning to Elkhart. She died Oct. 4, 1995.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Joanne) Franklin of Elkhart, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A sister, Janet Fryberger, is deceased.
Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, where a private service will be Monday. The Rev. Mark Mikel will officiate, and burial will be at Violett cemetery, Goshen.
Mr. Lamberson worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 38 years, retiring in 1967, then was employed for six years as a school bus driver for Elkhart Community Schools. He was a member of First Congregational Church, serving as a deacon.
Memorials may be given to the church or Faith Mission.
PHILIP M. COLOMBEL
June 15, 1928-April 7, 2003
PAW PAW, Mich. -- Philip Michael Colombel, 74, of 49266 M-40, died Monday (April 7, 2003).
He was born June 15, 1928, in Chicago to Maurice and Marie (Thomas) Colombel and married
Glena Mae (McCardy) Link in Hammond, Ind., on Aug. 30, 1968. She died March 20, 2003.
Mr. Colombel is survived by three daughters, Lorrie L. Burhans of Cornell, Mich., Susan L. Barnard of Elkhart and Nancy L. Clark of Ennis, Texas; five sons, Philip M. Jr. of Paw Paw, Stephen and Mark, both of Los Angeles, Christopher and Maurice, both of Fredericksburg, Va.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for one hour before the memorial service for Philip and Glena at 11 a.m. Saturday at Adams Funeral Home in Paw Paw.
Mr. Colombel and his wife owned and operated Double M Trucking and LesService de Colombel Inc. Trucking, retiring in 1992.
Memorials may be given to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or American Diabetes Association.
IVAN B. YODER
Dec. 28, 1921-April 9, 2003
GOSHEN -- Ivan B. Yoder, 81, of Greencroft, formerly of C.R. 30 in Elkhart, died at 6:17 p.m. Wednesday (April 9, 2003) at Goshen General Hospital.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home in Wakarusa. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Olive West cemetery, followed by the memorial service at 2 p.m. at Olive Mennonite Church. The Rev. Peter Buller will officiate.
Mr. Yoder was born to Harvey and Eliza (Newcomer) Yoder on Dec. 26, 1921, in Elkhart County and married
Maxine Hershberger in Nappanee on Oct. 3, 1947. She died June 6, 1974.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Gary (Dina) Miller of Elkhart; one son, Jack (Ruth) of Bruning, Neb.; six grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Howard (Miriam) Wenger of Oklahoma; and four brothers, Merrill (Fay) of Wakarusa, David (Florence) of Elkhart, Earl (Mildred) and Carl (Ruth), both of Goshen.
A sister, Emma Hart; and brother, Paul Yoder, are deceased.
Mr. Yoder was a factory worker for 30 years and a member of Olive Mennonite Church.
Memorials may be given to the church.
LYLE J. CURRENT
Dec. 13, 1945-April 10, 2003
CASSOPOLIS -- Lyle J. Current, 57, of 19343 Brownsville St., died in his home from cancer at 6:17 a.m. Thursday (April 10, 2003).
He was born in Fargo, N.D., on Dec. 13, 1945, to Ronald L. and LaVerne E. (Forde) Current and married
Karen Woods Wiley in Cassopolis on July 4, 1983.
Mr. Current is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Peter (Jennifer W.) Conniff of Otsego, Mich., and Lisa S. Wiley of Baltimore; and two brothers, Dale (Ann) of Detroit Lakes, Minn., and Wayne (Carol) of Fargo.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. (Michigan times) Sunday at Connelly Funeral Home, where the service will be at 4 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Dr. Claudette Haney will officiate, and burial will be at a later date at Reames & Norton cemetery.
Mr. Current came here from Fargo in 1967, the same year he began teaching history and English at Ross Beatty High School.

SHARON J. BREEDEN
May 31, 1946-April 10, 2003
ELKHART -- Sharon Jean Breeden, 56, of C.R. 101, died at 5 a.m. Thursday (April 10, 2003) in her home.
Mrs. Breeden was born May 31, 1946, in Bremen to Joseph H. and Eva Marie (Rabe) Cunningham and was a lifetime area resident.
She is survived by two sons, Kenny (Joanna) Breeden of Mesa, Ariz., and Ryan Cox of Elkhart; two grandchildren; five sisters, Patricia Slayton of Graham, Wash., Phyllis Cunningham and Barbara Stephens, both of Elkhart, Ruth Gilbert of Indianapolis and Linda Hines of White Pigeon; and four brothers, Robert Cunningham of Plymouth, Raymond, Roger and Joey Cunningham, all of Elkhart. One brother, Richard Cunningham, died Feb. 6, 1999.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Palmer Funeral Home in Osceola, where the service will be at 11 a.m. Monday. Pastor Bud Walterhouse will officiate, and burial will be at California Road Missionary cemetery.
Mrs. Breeden worked in the RV industry in various capacities, including customer service and management.

WILLIAM J. GARBETT
July 8, 1940-April 8, 2003
ELKHART -- William J. "Bill" Garbett, 62, of 1444 Veterans Drive, died at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday (April 8, 2003) in his home after an extended illness.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Billings Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Mr. Garbett was born in Marquette, Mich., on July 8, 1940, to Ernest and Bertha (Tonila) Garbett and served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by three sons, William J. (Rhonda) and Leslie (Lorna), both of Winthrop Harbor, Ill., and John P Garbett; one sister, Mrs. Brian (Lisa) Knoll of Winthrop Harbor; and three brothers, Rodney (Melanie) of Marquette, Howard "Joe" (Pat) and Kirby, both of Negaunee, Mich. Two brothers, Wayne and Gary, are deceased.
Mr. Garbett worked mostly as a certified auto mechanic and most recently at Dutchmen Manufacturing as a tool crib operator. He enjoyed boating and spending time along Lake Michigan.
DONNA K. MILLER
June 12, 1954-April 6, 2003
EDWARDSBURG -- Donna K. Miller, 48, of Cedar Street, died in her home from injuries she suffered in an accidental fall about 6 p.m. Sunday (April 6, 2003).
There will be no visitation or funeral. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Miller was born in Winchester, Ky., on June 12, 1954, to Lonnie and Lois (Bently) Watson, attended Southwestern Michigan College and moved to the Edwardsburg area 27 years ago.
She is survived by one son, Jerome A. Miller of Texas; eight grandchildren; and four sisters, Ethel Mae Stephenson and Nancy Edgell, both of Fort Wayne, Kathy Schulze of Carrie, Ky., and Earlene Edgell of Detroit Lakes, Minn.
Ms. Miller worked as a bartender and waitress at the Fireside Restaurant in Edwardsburg, Matterhorn and Hacienda, both in Elkhart.
