Dorothy W. Allen Horn, 79, of Fort Wayne, a retired teacher, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000, at home.
The Cleveland native retired in 1982 from Forest Park Elementary School after 21 years of service. She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Star of the East, past matron of Shiloh Order of Eastern Star, past deputy of Indiana State Order of Eastern Star, Teti-Daughter of the Nile, Fort Wayne Retired Teachers Association and ADO sorority. She was a volunteer reader for disabled children at Georgetown branch library.
Surviving are her husband, Richard M.; sons Erik W. and Karl L. Allen, both of Fort Wayne; a stepson, Douglas R. of Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Karen K. Hayes of Brimfield; stepdaughters Cynthia J. Chaffee of Chester, Mass., Cheryl A. Chaney of Atlanta and Linda D. Horn of Sacramento, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 4700 Vance Ave., with calling one hour before services. Calling is also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. today with a 7:30 p.m. Order of Eastern Star Service at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Burial will be at Lindenwood cemetery.

Merea E. Woodworth
Fort Wayne — 1910-2000
Merea E. Woodworth, 90, of Fort Wayne, a retired office worker, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, at Parkview Hospital.
The Lancaster Township, Wells County native retired in 1980 from Royal Lace Paper after 12 years of service. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Phyllis Dronberger of Alexandria; nephews Terry Bowman of Markle and G. Douglas Bright of Uniontown, Ohio; and a niece, Nancy Cleveland of Garrett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl L.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Elzey & Haggard Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, with calling from 4 to 8 p.m. today with a 7 p.m. Eastern Star service. Burial will be at North Webster cemetery.

Paul S. "Pete" Witham
Huntertown — 1917-2000
Paul S. "Pete" Witham, 83, of Huntertown, owner/operator of Witham Real Estate in Churubusco and Huntertown since 1974, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne.
The Alger, Ohio, native had been co-owner/operator of Tri State Insulation in Fort Wayne for several years, was an Allen County farmer and had also run a turkey operation. He was a member of Huntertown United Methodist Church where he had served on the administrative board, Huntertown Lodge 689 F&AM; and Scottish Rite Valley of Fort Wayne.
Surviving are his wife, Maurine; daughters Judy Myers and Sue Stonestreet, both of Churubusco, and Nila Ferguson of Huntertown; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard, and sisters Mary and Carrie Witham.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Huntertown United Methodist Church, 16021 Lima Road, Huntertown, with calling one hour before services. Calling is also from 2 to 8 p.m. today with an 8 p.m. Masonic service at Sheets Funeral Home, Churubusco. Burial will be at Eel River cemetery, Allen County.

Fort Wayne
Domingo Garcia Sr., 71, of Fort Wayne, a retired supervisor, died Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at home.
The Dallas native retired in 1998 from OmniSource after 15 years of service, had worked with American Hoist & Derik for 30 years and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Dolores; sons Antonio of Chicago, Marcos of Greenfield and Domingo Jr. and Vincent, both of Fort Wayne; daughters Audrey Clemmons of Grand Prairie, Texas, Mary M. Neher of Columbia City and Teresa Wilds and Julia Gomez, both of Fort Wayne; and 23 grandchildren.
Prayer services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mungovan & Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun St., precede services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1910 Hale Ave. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m Friday with a 7:15 p.m. rosary service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Catholic cemetery.

Joseph N. "Joe" Fisher, 84, of New Haven, a retired electrician, died Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at Parkview Hospital.
The Elkhart County native retired in 1982 from Pilgrim Farms in Plymouth, was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church, its Men's Club and Kiwanis Club.
Surviving are his wife, Rosalie; daughters Sara Ecenbarger of Yoder and Ann Hauke of New Haven; sisters Ruby Kinney of South Whitley and Berniece Berger of Nappanee; a brother, Wendell of Nappanee; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brothers Keith, Donald and Robert, and a sister, Viola Fisher.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at New Haven United Methodist Church, 630 Lincoln Hwy., E., New Haven, with calling one hour before services. Calling is also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 Indiana 930 E., New Haven. Burial will be at Concordia cemetery Gardens.

The Montpelier, Ohio, native retired in 1985 from Cover-All Rental Service after 17 years of service and was a World War II Navy veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Marann; a son, Scott of North Miami Beach, Fla.; and three grandchildren.

The Newark, N.J., native had worked at Dana Corp. as a machinist for 29 years.
Surviving are his wife, Carole A.; a daughter, Allison N. Phillipy of Carmel; a son, Lance E. of Fort Wayne; and two grandchildren.

Terry W. Loop, 50, of Fort Wayne, a Vietnam War Air Force veteran, died Sunday, June 11, 2000, at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.
The Marion native worked at Ottenweller Corp. in the maintenance department for the past seven years and was a member of Anchor Community Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Candace Thompson of LaGrange, N.C.; his stepmother, Adeline Loop of Fairmount; a sister, Electa Norris of Russiaville; a brother, Joseph of Saginaw, Mich.; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William L. and Lois Loop.
Services are 4 p.m. Saturday at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville, with calling from 2 p.m. until services.

The Omaha, Neb., native was past president/member of Fort Wayne Woman's Club and a member of Mary Penrose Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Surviving are her husband, Jack Sr.; sons Jack Jr. and Rich, both of Fort Wayne; a half brother, Jack Stiffler of Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
