Kevin Hall
Kevin Ray Hall, 30, of Evansville, died Friday, March 3, 2000, at Deaconess Hospital after suffering from muscular dystrophy.
Surviving are his mother, Sandra Hall of Evansville; a brother, Kim Ray of Evansville; grandparents Trudy and Clyde Hall of Evansville, with whom he lived, and Edna Woodward.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel, the Revs. Emmett Owensby and C. Wayne Oldham officiating, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park.

Clarence Gottman
Clarence S. Gottman, 91, of Evansville, died Friday, March 3, 2000, at Parkview Care Center.
He worked at Servel and retired from Whirlpool Corp.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars 1114.
He was a World War II Navy veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Velma; a stepdaughter, Mary Louise Hughes of Evansville; a stepson, James W. Howard of Buckeye, Ariz.; two sisters, Erma Bauer of Evansville and Norma Bell of Haubstadt, Ind.; five stepgrandchildren, David Embry, Pamela Kuehne, Sheila Holtey, Sharon Spaulding and David Hughes; nine stepgreat-grandchildren; and stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Alexander Funeral Home North Chapel, the Rev. Wade Butler officiating, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park, with military rites.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or to the Evansville Rescue Mission.
James Gordon
James W. “LG” “Lord Gordy” Gordon, 37, of Evansville, died Thursday, March 2, 2000, at his home of cancer.
He was a truck driver and a Marine Corps veteran.
He was a 1981 graduate of Brookville High School in Brookville, Ind.
Surviving are his wife, Paula; a daughter, Melanie Gordon of Ratcliff, Ky.; his mother, Melba (Gordon) Truitt of Evansville; a sister, Jane (Gordon) Downard of Everton, Ind.; two brothers, Thomas Truitt of Jacksonville, N.C., and Timothy Truitt of Evansville; and his grandparents, William and Viola (Alter) Gordon.
Memorial services will be at a later date, following cremation.

Ina Gardner
Ina Rose (Hendrix) Barrett Gardner, 90, of Evansville, died Friday, March 3, 2000, at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
She worked for Fendrich Cigar Co., Igleharts and was a nanny for Dr. Hugh Stallings for 20 years.
She was a member of Garvinwood General Baptist Church.
Surviving are four sons, Dr. Curtis L. Barrett of Louisville, Ky., Paul K. and Thomas L. Barrett, both of Evansville, and Henry G. Gardner of Grapevine, Texas; a sister, Mary McGregor of Evansville; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, the Rev. Johnny Hibbs officiating, burial in Park Lawn cemetery.

Frances Pollard
Frances M. (Winkel) Pollard, 53, formerly of Evansville, died Thursday, March 2, 2000, at her home in Indianapolis of cancer.
She retired in 1999 from Indianapolis Baptist School after 13 years as a secretary.
She was a member of Indianapolis Baptist Temple, serving as the organist there for 10 years, retiring in 1997, and was a Women’s Bible Study leader.
She was a graduate of Lockyear Business College.
Surviving are her husband, Ronald W.; four daughters, Lorie A. Effinger, Stephanie S. Roby, Elizabeth A. Healey and Rebekah J. Roller, all of Indianapolis; four sisters, Velma Clayton, Hazel Dickmann, Phyllis York and Joyce Day, all of Anderson, Ind.; six brothers, Glenn Winkel of Coatesville, Ind., Raymond Winkel of Shoals, Ind., Marion Winkel of Aurora, Colo., and Willard, Richard and Samuel Chronic, all of Robinson, Ill.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. EST Monday at Indianapolis Baptist Temple, with burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. today and from noon to service time at the church.

Audrey Herrli
Audrey L. (Fahrholtz) Herrli, 77, of Evansville, died Saturday, March 4, 2000, at St. Mary’s Health Care Services/Welborn Campus.
She retired from Kent Plastics after 26 years and worked at Servel.
She was a member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, Old State Country Club, Western Hills Country Club and the All-American Eagles Varsity Club.
She and her husband co-sponsored a scholarship fund for students at USI Foundation.
Surviving are her husband of 26 years, Loren D.; a daughter, Joanne Klueg of Evansville; two stepdaughters, Leslie Schoenbachler and Denise Oran, both of Evansville; a son, Eugene L. Wilson Jr. of Vacaville, Calif.; two sisters, Mary Bebout of Scotsdale, Ariz., and Shirley Kelsie of Evansville; eight grandchildren, Jeanette Tillotson, Eugene L. Wilson III, Dirk A., Jeremy, Matthew, Kathy and Charlotte Klueg and Tara Oran; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel, the Rev. Elisabeth Baer officiating.

Madeline Holstine
Madeline R. Holstine, 89, died Saturday, March 4, 2000, at her home in Carmi, Ill.
Surviving are a sister, Wilma James of Enfield, Ill.; a brother, Jimmy Shaw of Evansville; and a nephew and caregiver, Donald R. James of Carmi.
Her husband of 53 years, Arnold E., died in 1992.
Arrangements are pending at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Hazel Savage
Hazel L. (Hill) Savage, 78, of Newburgh, died Friday, March 3, 2000, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville of renal failure.
She was Protestant.
Surviving are a daughter, Terry Best of Evansville; two sons, Robert of Evansville and Donald N. of Newburgh; a brother, William Hill of Arizona; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert K., in 1993, and by a son, Rick, in 1973.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Park Chapel, the Rev. Robert Nall officiating, with burial in the cemetery.

Leonarda Weyer
FERDINAND, Ind. — Leonarda C. Weyer, 75, died Friday, March 3, 2000, at Deaconess St. Joseph Hospital of congestive heart failure.
She retired from Ferdinand Elementary School after 23 years as secretary and treasurer.
She was a member of Ferdinand American Legion Post 124 Auxiliary, St. Ann Society, Ferdinand Daughters of Isabella and the Ferdinand Community Center.
Surviving are her husband, Edward T.; a daughter, Beverly Schulthise of Ferdinand; two sons, Jeffry and Tim, both of Ferdinand; a sister, Elfrieda Johanneman of Ferdinand; a brother, Norbert Weyer of Ferdinand; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. EST Monday at St. Ferdinand Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

Scott Wiseman
DALE, Ind. — Scott M. Wiseman, 30, died Friday, March 3, 2000, in Philpot, Ky., in a work-related drilling accident.
He worked for United Minerals Inc. in Huntingburg as an exploratory core driller.
He was a member of Barnfork Church in Folsomville.
Surviving are his wife, Melissa; a daughter, Sheena Wiseman of Jasper; two stepdaughters, Lauren and Kaila Marshall, both at home; his mother, Hattie B. Wiseman of Oakland City; three sisters, Sharon De’Chant of Jasper, Shirley Stroud of Birdseye and Avis Pollard of Jeffersonville; four brothers, Mike of Huntingburg, Jerry of Tell City and Jim and Randy, both of Birdseye.
Services will be at 11 a.m. EST Tuesday at Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg, with burial in Birdseye cemetery in Birdseye.

Jasmine Williams
PRINCETON, Ind. — Jasmine N. Williams, 3-year old daughter of Stacey Williams and Bradley Cropper of Princeton, died Thursday, March 2, 2000, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Princeton.
Also surviving is her grandmother, Sandy Putnel.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home, with burial in Columbia White Church cemetery.
