He was a retired supervisor of the catalog department at Dana Corp., having been employed there for 39 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran, president of Greers Ferry Optimist Club, president of the AARP Chapter in Greers Ferry, an EMS ambulance driver and a city councilman for Greers Ferry. Surviving are his wife, Viola Jenneve; two daughters, Lynn Kozicki of Ingleside, Ill., and Diane Taylor of Monee, Ill.; a sister, Charlotte Bell of Sherman, Texas; and three grandchildren.
