CECIL LILLIAN DRISCOLL, 87, of Van Cleve, Ky., formerly of Woodburn, died Thursday in Kentucky. Born in Allen County, she retired in 1995 after 25 years on the faculty at Hobe Sound Bible College in Hobe Sound, Fla. She had also been a foreign missionary with Faith Mission Ministry of Mitchell, S.D., serving in Guatemala and Cuba. She was also a missionary for World Gospel Mission of Marion, serving in Honduras. Surviving are two brothers, Marion Driscoll of Fort Wayne and Allen Driscoll of Wawaka; and two sisters, Florence Paxton and Bonnie Austin, both of Fort Wayne. Services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at E.
