Ligonier
RICHARD DALE FISEL, 79, died Friday at home. Born in Ligonier, he had been a meat cutter at Kroger, Kellams Foodtown and Holsingers. He then worked in the recreational vehicle industry for 23 years, retiring in 1988 from Advantage Corp. in Goshen. He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. He was vice president of Ligonier High School Alumni for two years, and served two terms on the Ligonier City Council. Surviving are his wife, Frances; two sons, Stephen R. of Longview, Texas, and Marc J. of Columbia City; and two grandchildren.
Services at 2 p.m. Monday at Ulrey-Renner Funeral Home, Ligonier, with calling two hours before services. Burial in Brown cemetery, Millersburg. Memorials to Ligonier Historical Society.

HUBERT W. KELLER, 91, died Friday at Swiss Village Retirement Community. Born in Monroe, he worked at Preble Cannery and retired in 1973 from Adams County Trailer Sales. He was also a custodian at Decatur Bank & Trust, Decatur Public Library and Decatur Church of God. Surviving are his wife, Mildred L.; a son, Robert A. of Decatur; two daughters, Donna Gerber of Decatur and Lois Brunstrup of Monroe; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
