Surviving are two daughters, Michelle Armstrong of Pekin, Ill., and Kay Mockbee of Danville, Ill.; two sons, Derrick R. of Hamlet and Bill R. of Terre Haute; two brothers, Bob R. of West Lafayette and Bill F. of Ida, Texas; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
